Dan and Mark were excellent. Like most home-improvement projects, ours was not without hiccups. But at every turn, Dan and Mark exhibited expertise and a commitment to do the project right and to our very high standards. They were responsive, attentive, and communicative. The final product--a combination of new herringbone white oak floors and refinished original fir floors--is beautifully done. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to install or refinish wood floors.

Not only did we receive quality carpet but we got remarkable customer service. The carpet came in two weeks early, when we had a family emergency they rescheduled our installation with no issues, the installers were early, polite, unbelievably fast, and cleaned up everything prior to leaving. Would recommend without hesitation.

All Rite Flooring was the sub contractor on a restoration project for my bathroom. While there were some issues with the work, Michael made sure everything was addressed and corrected with no hassle. Pleased with the work done and how great he was to work with.

Bentley Carpet has replaced the flooring in my home and a couple rentals. The owners and installers are good friendly people and reliable. They have great products and pricing has alway been very good.

This is the worst company I have ever come across they put no pride in there work they have no respect left me with a huge mess every single night after they left please go somewhere else and save your money cause you will be waisting it if you go with these clowns

Unbelievably poor workmanship and customer service. Unbelievably poor communication internally and externally. Canceled appointments four days in a row. Tried installing the wrong tile. Installed multiple colors of grout in the same room. Cleaning crews calling me to find out if projects are done because they can’t get a hold of ILG. Tile jobs so poor they’re doing things a third time. Installed a batch of defective tile where we had to replace everything on the first floor. If you’re a home builder, please do not work with ILG. If you’re a home buyer buying a home from a company like Taylor Morrison that works with ILG, be prepared for three years of missed appointments and cracked tile like us.
