Epoxy Werx did and amazing job on my garage floor coating. Everything about the experience was top notch! The estimate was easy and the final product was better than I could have expected. Cave Creek, AZ is a little ways out (especially for a 1 car garage l) so I didn’t know if they were going to want to service this area but they said it’s no issue at all. If you have anyone that needs their floor done, don’t hesitate to call these guys because it s truly professional job. I highly recommend using them!!!

We had our floors done when we first moved in and they looked great. The issue is when your floor settles and there are chips/cracks. I have had an awful time trying to get any response or an appointment even to fix my floors. It looks horrible with a chip right in the hallway and we are trying to sell our home. The customer service is very poor. I am still waiting with no actions after several weeks. I would not recommend them at this time. It is unfortunate as they have a nice product.

Had Brandon come by and he won us over to hire this company. It all fell apart from there. We had 3 days to get this done. 1st day they removed our carpet for the following 2 days to lay tile. 2nd day no one showed up in the 2 hour window. I called in and spoke to Kristen. Kristen at first couldn't find our account, then said, she would call the installer. 1 hour goes by and she called back saying she couldn't get ahold of him. She did say she brought this to her manager. In my opinion, he/she should have called me to explain this situation and to reassure me that the job would get done, not Kristen. I do NOT recommend this company for any service they offer.

I went to Porter with great expectations. I parted company discussed. Needing some metal work done in a major remodel . I Supplied them with a conceptual design drawing along with a 50% deposit. Then I waited and waited and waited for the return of final drawings. Never got the drawings. What got was we had a big project we were working on. When they finally showed up to install the job it was a disaster to say the least. I have never in my 20 years of remolding homes worked with such a poor supplier. There will always problems with remodels and construction. It's how you handle the problems that counts. Porter Barn Wood failed on all points. Poorly ran company and that starts at the top.

Cabinets are amazing quality and customer service was top notch. I ordered white shaker cabinets and they came out beautiful. My sister ordered custom made white shaker cabinets from a local custom shop and they look identical in both appearance and quality to mine. The big difference is I paid 75% less than she did. I will never order kitchen cabinets from anywhere other than Sanels Wholesale Cabinets. A+ 5/5.
