We spent a considerable amount of time deciding which company to select for installing a polyaspartic garage floor. Guardian salesperson, Adam provided a clear and compelling case for using his company, including highlighting the durability of the floor, its quick-drying features and its lifetime warranty. Installers Bryce and Michael showed up precisely on time at 7 AM to start the process. The grinding, vaccumming, cleaning, repairing, painting, chipping and sealing processes all followed each other quickly and efficiently and their efforts ended with the installation of a perfect floor covering six hours later. Bryce was competent, pleasant, courteous, efficient and friendly. His knowledge of the various processes was complete and his articulation clear and compelling. He'd make an excellent sales person! We're looking forward to having a great garage floor for many years! Thanks!

Great experience working with Guardian Garage Floors Tucson. Starting from Garrison Schwartz visit for the quote to Abe and his coworker on doing an AMAZING job. Arrived @ 7:00am on time coming from Phoenix to Vail were we live. Abe explained the process and showed me the products to be used. They started working and at the end the Garage floor looked better than the Brochure. Great job and you can use my house as a reference in my area. I would absolutely recommend guardian garage floors to anyone looking to get their floors finished! These guys showed up on time, worked extremely hard and did an amazing job! The two guys they sent over were not only professional and knowledgeable but extremely friendly and just all around good guys. I wish I could remember their names because I would include them in this review. My mother and father live down the street and they're looking to get their floors done as well. They will absolutely be using them. They had their garage done a few years ago and the company that they chose did a terrible job and they've been looking to get it fixed ever since. As soon as they saw my floors they were in shock at how great it looks. I'm even considering having them do my patio in the back of my house because of how great it looks! We had an excellent experience from beginning to end. Staring with Jon, the estimator. Jon was very through, polite and very professional. He showed up early and explained everything to me in detail. He was willing to answer my questions and was overall very pleasant to talk to. He got us schedule pretty quick too. Megan was very polite and easy to work with as well. Now the crew (Jeff, Luke and Leo) did a phenomenal job! They were very polite, well mannered and man did they do a great job with the floor. The two guys that did the work were extremely professional, and explained every part of the process in detail. I was very pleased with the way that they prepared the floor with a circular grinder to clean and prepare the concrete for the application. The finished product is more than I expected. Perfect. An overall excellent company with an amazing product. Bryce, Zac and Chase completed the beautiful coating in my garage and patio in one day. We had a little issue with rain. The general manager inspected the floors right before he had to take a business flight! Bryce was back out to repair all areas of concern within a couple of days. Problem: We had a couple year old epoxy coated driveway that had begun to chip in some areas and also had stains that had soaked into the top layer of the epoxy coating and could not be removed.Action: After having had such a great experience and final result when Guardian Garage Floors of Phoenix did our garage floor with their four-step process that uses Polyaspartic Polyurea rather than epoxy, we knew they were the only business we needed to contact to also do our driveway.Process: With outstanding assistance from Megan in their office and Jon from his onsite visit to help us select just the right base color and chips, we could not be more pleased. Megan was so helpful in rescheduling the work at our home more than once do to unexpected issues on our part. She was always cheerful and ready to help.After a slight hiccup during the application process on day one of the process do to some unexpected rain, the outstanding work and attention to detail exhibited by team lead Bryce and his partner was again exceptional.Final Result: My wife and I could not be more pleased the with final appearance of our driveway in the Creekbed color with the standard chip size. My wife says it is just stunning. We’ve already had neighbors tell us they really like the final result and were going to look at also having their driveways completed by Guardian.

Chase & Keenan did our floor, arrived at 7:15 & they worked very hard and were finished by 2:15. They went above & beyond accommodating the way I wanted the flooring to look. We could walk on the floor in 8 hrs if needed and put the car back in the garage in 48 hrs. They always communicated with us to ensure we understood the process. We also loved that the company & workers are veterans. The garage floor is beautiful we love it and have gotten so many compliments. The process that they use is Polyaspartic Polyurea a great product better than epoxy. and you get a lifetime guarantee in writing. We would definitely recommend the company and their staff

Ours was a commercial project that included first and second floor entry ways to a healthcare business, and 2 sets of staircases. We had standard epoxy done 10 years ago and it did not weather well. This is a huge upgrade and is so nice and bright, not slippery, easy to keep clean and just feels like top quality.The guys who did the install were awesome, very skilled and polite. The owner even came by to check on the project.I would not do anything else, especially if you are looking for quality and to not have to do it over again in a few years. It is worth the additional cost!

Very professional, communicative, and easy to work with. The floors are beautiful and I love them. There was a minor color discrepancy on the front block, being slightly lighter from the manufacturer. They immediately alerted me to it and without hesitation said we will grind this off and fix it, even it means we have to redo the whole floor. They take pride in their work and it shows. The people are Guardian were excellent every step of the way. They took the time to explain why their coating is different than the standard coating. It was not the cheapest from the multiple coats we got, but it provides a lifetime warranty. We had to push out the installation dates a few times because we were also installing garage doors, and Guardian was more than willing to work with us. Guardian Garage floor is definitely worth the investment. We had our garage floors done and it looks superb. Unlike other companies or DIY where the chips are spread, a heavy layer of chip is laid with their product to cover the whole floor. On top of having a product marketed as 20 times stronger than epoxy, we wanted a floor to last and Garage Floor delivered. I purchased a polyurea polyaspartic gargage floor installation from Guardian Garage, it was scheduled for June 1 at 7:00 AM. Luke and Ben , the two techs assigned to my project, texted their arrival time and arrived 10 minutes early. They wasted no time. They did a brief inspection of the garage floor, unloaded their equipment and went to work immediately.They worked straight through lunch, non stop, no breaks. I was absolutely amazed at their attention to detail, especially around the edges, the corners where the garage door rail comes down, and essentially everywhere. I spent a lot of time with them, not to check on them, but just to watch the process. I had a lot of questions which they answered professionally.The entire process was a real pleasure and the floor turned out to be spectacular. I would highly recommend Guardian Garage for any floor installation project you might have. Five stars plus. Give these guys a call. Their techs are obviously highly trained, professional and courteous.

I moved into a house that had brown garage floors. There were spots where the epoxy was wearing then or faded and it just looked terrible. The house is only 2 years old so I was shocked at how bad they looked.I consider my garage my Man-Cave and keep it very clean so I decided to replace the floor coating. I did a lot of research and kept seeing the name Guardian Garage Floors. I called and set up an appointment for an estimate. Jerry met me at my house and took a look at my floors. He was very professional and completely knowledgeable about the entire process. I looked at colors while he measured the floor. I received an estimate the next morning. I scheduled my appointment about 2 weeks out. They showed up on time, did a great job, cleaned up and were done in 1 day. I have 2 - 2 Car garages so I was impressed they got it all done in one day. Like I said, I did a lot of research, and Guardian will NOT be the cheapest quote. However, if you also look at their process, the materials used and the finished product, you will see a HUGE difference in their product and the other options. I highly recommend Guardian to anyone looking for an excellent garage floor.

After 8 years, the epoxy flooring in my garages and on my patio was really starting to yellow and fade, so it was time to shop for a replacement. Although Guardian's product is pricier than epoxy, I really love the lifetime guarantee against yellowing/fading. The guys were some of the most conscientious installers I've ever met. They took the time to tape off edges multiple times (peeling it up between coats to ensure that any spillage was removed before it could dry), and ensure that the floors looked perfect. I Couldn't have been happier with the job they did.

We absolutely love our new flooring with Guardian Garage! They came and installed the flooring on the day they said they would (they even got us in a day early due to a late cancellation). They were on time, respectful, and very hard working! They stayed until the job was completely done and it looks BEAUTIFUL!We found a small chip a couple days later (they said it doesn’t normally chip, but I understand it happens). The guy who installed our floors immediately responded to my text and said he would be back out the next week to fix the chip we found, no questions asked! He kept his word, arrived on the day he said he would, and fixed the chip. You can slightly tell that there was a repair done there, but it’s not too bad.The only concern I had the entire time was with the original consultation. The guy who came and quoted us measured the square footage of our garage incorrectly, which somehow added a couple extra hundred square feet and obviously increased our price more than it should’ve been. Luckily, we knew something wasn’t right and we went back out and measured it ourself. The original employee who measured incorrectly accepted his mistake, apologized, and changed the quote to be based on the correct square footage. We totally understand mistakes happen, but just be careful (with any company, not just this one) that you are confident in the square footage of your floors so you don’t get overcharged.Overall, amazing company! Amazing product! And we’re so happy we went with them, even though they are a tad bit pricier than other flooring companies. (They’re pricier because they aren’t technically epoxy; their product is better)

We are in the process of remodeling an older home which we recently purchased that hasn’t had much love or attention paid to it. The garage had a green rug sitting on top of the concrete for so long that the green fibers had become one with the concrete. The guys from Guardian were confident they would be able to remove the carpet and the residue from the glue that was holding it in place before finally applying the epoxy floor we had chosen. They went to work and within a few hours the garage looked brand new. These guys were awesome and they took the time to ask questions regarding the placement of the product in the outlying edges of the garage. In doing so they gave us the ability to really create the space we envisioned. Out back they worked on a patio area we intend to use for our sectional. Once again they took the time to explain the process and when confronted with a really tough area to apply the product to they consulted with us and our general contractor before proceeding. They came up with a solution to the challenge that particular area was presenting which involved working with the product in a way that to me, indicated how well they know their craft. In the end the final outcome of both areas far exceeded our expectations and we are truly amazed at how professional and skillful both technicians were in bringing life and the look of a new home to a home which was built decades ago.

ABEL and LEO were the main installers for this job on Wed, April 26, 2023. They were timely, hard working, professional and very clean workers. They love their jobs and it showed! They explained everything they did and if there were questions they provided the answers. The install took them a 4 hours longer than anticipated and the company sent over LUKE to add assistance. It was no easy job but they all had smiles while they worked. I chose a floor that was black, gray, red and white and now that it has cured 24 hrs it’s spectacular! I’m waiting till Sat as ABEL thought 48 hours plus would be ideal in getting the best results.They started at 7am and left the residence after 5pm. As well, the place was spotless even to the driveway that they swept when done. If you want THE BEST and THE BEST RESULTS don’t waste your time calling around! There is only one company to call ……GUARDIAN GARAGE FLOORS as they are NUMBER 1 in my book.

Guardian Garage Floors did a fantastic job. They did a great job explaining the process and proactively kept the lines of communication open from start to finish. The company is veteran owned and employs several veterans.My job involved applying a professional floor coating to my 3 car garage. It included coating the 3-4 inch concrete boarder around the edge of the garage. The crew arrived promptly at 7:20 AM and were done and leaving by 2:00PM.The crew that did our garage floor were exceptional (Bryce, Tim and Jerome (trainee), were prompt on time and extremely polite. It was refreshing to have 3 young men work on my house who had hard working work ethics, thoroughly explained the process before and during the installation and took pride in their work. They encouraged my involvement and checked in with me through the process to make sure they were completing the job to my expectations. And never did they make me feel as if I was questioning what they were doing, even for the littlest of things. They cleaned up completely. They answered all my questions and made sure I was 110% satisfied before they left. I would highly recommend Guardian Garage!!

Terrific experience from start to finish. My initial meeting with Garrison was very informative and he was super nice. Our install guys were awesome. Rick and Luke knew their stuff and the process was well explained and could not have gone more smoothly.
