Works for Pulte Homes. Improperly installed tile that is buckling. Scheduled repairs for February, months ago. ILG does not try to order the tile until the week before the repairs are scheduled. Tells Pulte the tile is now discontinued and cancels the repairs. Now they will supposedly let us choose from products with a similar lifetime, but won't have choices available until the week they were supposed to be repairing the floor. Poor quality and poor service.

Verify your local empiretoday rating. Clearly corporate has lost control of their service. No show, no call, and was told by customer service there is nothing we can do. Take your business to a local company or even Home Depot. At least they can keep an appointment not just ghost you and waste 2 hrs of your day.
