From the first phone call to Mckayla to schedule our first estimate to meeting Rob (great guy) that estimated our job and then the day of installation, the crew...Oscar, Ernie, Mitchell and Duggy...you are welcome back at my house anytime. We so enjoyed working with you. You helped us with our questions and concerns and didn't leave till it was completed.
We did have a little issue with passing our final inspection with Pinal County but I called Mckayla to find out what we could do and within 5 minutes I had a call from Oscar telling me he'd be back at 4:30 to fix my issue.....true to his word, my issue was resolved and I passed inspection the next day. I couldn't have asked for better customer service. I also received a call from Tim making sure the issue was being taken care of.

I chose Clear Choice Pool Fence of Arizona because, first i could not believe everyone had 5 stars, 100% of the reviews, and I wanted to meet this fellow Michael who they said was great. Well I have my pool fence, and Michael was fantastic, and his suggestion placing the fence in a way that i did not think of save me 100's of dollar. Michael delivered a great product, installed perfectly and professionally, and my wife says the backyard even looks bigger. I have a lap pool, and chose to have two gates which are child proof/dog proof. You can feel very confident if you purchase from Michael. Great explanation on the product and its installation. I spoke to Armando on a Monday for a quote and was told I would receive a text to which I could reply with details in writing. And I was told I would receive a quote about 24 hrs after that. Never received a text.

Decided to reach out and spoke to Armando again before leaving a Google review. I received apology and then the text. I sent details. No quote 24 hrs later. Sent a follow up text and was assured I would receive quote. Never did.

I have a feeling if my husband had called, he might have gotten a response, a timely response at that. But a female asks for a fencing quote and the company can’t be bothered to reply.

Had the parts I needed highly recommend.

They were right on time with the quote and the follow up installation. The quality of my gate is superb. The installers were very professional and polite. All in all the company was a pleasure doing business with.

Had a section of my wall replaced due to tree root damage. They had to cut down the blocks to match the rest of the wall which was very labor intensive. They did a great job and the wall looks amazing.

As an out of state contractor, time is important to me. I don't want to spend a bunch of time waiting for materials or searching for parts. I was in need of a gate for an add-on to a project. I called many of the local Phoenix fence companies and they weren't very helpful or didn't call me back. American Fence was both helpful AND they had everything I needed in one stop. My salesman David was very knowledgeable and thorough. Their yard was clean, paved and organized. I am sitting at my desk in California writing this today because American Fence had the gate I needed IN STOCK so I could finish the project and get home for the Memotial Day weekend. (All of their competitors wanted 1-2 weeks to fab the gate!) Highly recommended - Thank You American Fence!!

I am extremely happy with my new decorative iron pool fence and gate made and installed by DCS Industries. From the onsite quote provided by Jonathan to the admin assistance from Maradith and the install by Jason and Micah, everything was handled professionally and efficiently. Family business very good people

Impressed with the efficient vinyl fence installation offered by the Scottsdale Fence Company, we highly recommend them. Their team charged us reasonable prices and completed the project on time.

Unfortunately the issues began literally from the start. When the gentleman came out the last week of September 2019 to take measurements and give us a quote, we were impressed and real excited to be doing business with Ironman. That excitement quickly diminished.
We were told the fence would be completed in 4 to 6 weeks, and someone would be calling to collect a deposit and schedule the work. No one called !!! I had to reach out, asking to put a deposit down and confirm scheduling. Of course the deposit was taken but apparently noone knew. We later received a call asking for the deposit. I informed Ironman that the deposit was infact made then asked about the start date. We were told we would receive a call back with a scheduled start date. Nope...never happened
Yep, you guessed it, I had to again call Ironman company AGAIN about the start date. We are now told ot wont be for another 6 to 7 weeks, if were Lucky because everyone is busy. I debated about the timing but what could we do. She said some one will call and confirm..heard that line before....
We finally get a call with a schedule date of early November, we said okay. A 2 man crew came out, the guy debated with me on the Placement of the fence. A few minutes later he realized we were correct.  They dug holes, fence parts off the truck and realized they had the wrong screws and left, saying a word. The only way we found out was, yep, by calling Ironman..again. The scheduler said they would be back the next day, which they weren't, and from there we got the following excuses and delays; Not enough butterflies, there weren't enough caps, there weren't the right screws, there wasnt enough screws, having to wait for parts to come in from vendor, waiting on the vendor...
The project was literally piece mealed together and finally completed with the placement of the final caps for the fence on December 19th 2019. And now, after all of that, Ironman had the odasity to promptly send us a bill for the remaining balance in December 20th 2019. We were discounted a little over a hundred and thirty dollars for all the inconveniences caused by the crazy fiasco.
After several hit and miss ccommunications between Ironman and us, Ironman took it upon themselves to attempt to run our credit card that was used back in September for the downpayment and make an UNAUTHORIZED and FRAUDLANT transaction. When asked why they simply said, well, it didnt go through.
When I checked our CC account, there were 5 attempts made .Highly illegal !!!
BBB has been notified....
Beware shoppers, I would think twice about doing business with this company...ever.
Sadly we were referred to Ironman by a friend...they let us down, our friend down, their customers down. So, this is the long way around in saying I would never send a referral to Ironman....

ParkPro requested 50% down for our gate project, which we paid promptly weeks prior to the installation. A week later (out of the blue) we received a lien notice from AZ Lien Service representing ParkPro threatening to slander title to our property when we made a good faith down payment and no work had been performed as of yet. We have given notice to ParkPro that under no circumstances are they ever permitted to place anything of record against this property or the company and individuals involved will be held personally accountable. We have worked with countless subcontractors on 14 construction projects and never has one acted in this fashion. ParkPro completed the project as contracted and we have paid ParkPro per the contract. It wasn’t a fun experience and nobody needs to go through this when there are so many other gate companies operating in the Phoenix area. We will run a title check upon completion of the construction project and take the appropriate legal action if it is found they slandered title to the property.

Great people great place great product

My neighbor Tom and I split the cost of a wooden fence/gate. Chris and his team member did a great job installing and informing us of the process. We were informed if we had any issues with the wooden pickets to contact him.
Approximately 5 months later, the wooden gate started to scrape against the concrete. I've called a total of 4 times. The office manager was very understanding each time. I was told he would respond. I left an actual message on the 18th of November. Google recently reminded me to leave a review, so here I am with mixed feelings.

Never showed up for appointment for estimate.
