Very disappointed 0 stars! I spoke to Juan personally on Monday he stated he would stop by the afternoon to give me a quote. He Never showed up. I decided to give him till Wednesday still no call no show. By Wednesday evening I texted again asking if he was still going to give me a quote. No call back, no text nothing. Very dissatisfied with the customer service. I'm definitely happy I didn't decide to contract the company. If this is the way they treat their customers I couldn't handle the no communication. Now I understand the other person rating them so poorly.
FYI: I understand the shortage on personal and material. My issue is the no call back, no quote no information.

Customer Name: Lenora Skog. I spoke with someone last Tuesday morning, texted him all my information, thinking he would set up an appt. Never heard from anyone until 5:45 that evening, when I received a text that he was on his way to look at the job. I told him that wasn't going to work, I was not home and it was getting dark outside, and I was not going to do this in the dark. Wanted to know who was home to show him the work, he was busy the rest of the week. Then he said he could come the next day (Wednesday) at 3:00. Never showed up and never called again! Evidently this company really doesn't want the work. Poor customer service.

Nice guys all around. Easy to deal with and very responsive. We've dealt with them three times-first time was a perimeter chainlink with barbed wire, second was a wrought iron fence, and most recently the repair of the original chainlink after it was heavily damaged in an accident. Each time has been a breeze to take care of-nothing to worry about during the entire process. This time, we had damage on Sunday and after estimates and quotes, they were out by Thursday (right before a holiday weekend) repairing it. Quality work and we've always had quick turnaround. Highly recommended.

Used DCS to install a new double wooden gate and to replace several rusted metal fence posts on our wrought iron fence facing the golf course. Excellent workmanship and quality. Office communicated well throughout the entire process and field crews were all professional. Would highly recommend them for your fencing or gate needs.

Sloppy work, no pride in workmanship. The finished the fence, top caps missing, old fence left all over the yard, old fence posts were cut off well above the ground where they had sharp exposed edges, the double gate did not have concrete poured into the ground to secure it. They fixed that because they had not been given the final payment yet. When we saw that there was a section with flattened, bent, flimsy rods after payment, they said that's how they do it in a nasty email. It is not worth arguing, we are having another fence company come fix the work that they refused to make right.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! Came out to our School in Peoria as we had a fence with several broken bars in it. My position here at the school is to deal with vendors and repairs needed around the school. Out of all the vendors I have dealt with these guys have become 1 of my favorites. Straight and to the point, very reasonable pricing, and great quality. Showed up on time and did the job very quickly on top of making a few other welds where prior welds were cracking. THANK YOU!!

BEWARE OF LIARS: Due to my work schedule I could not be home for Iron Man Pool Fence to meet me for the measurements so I agreed to leave my RV gate unlocked for them. They were supposed to do the measurements on a Thursday. The following week I received a call from them stating that they needed to come out and re measure. I of course asked why. I was told that the representative had misplaced the paperwork. I told them I was unwilling to leave my property open again and ask for a call from the owner. I later verified that the representative never showed the first time. A week later the owner, nor anyone else has called. I called today, 11/5/2015 to find out what was going on. After getting my name I was told that the representative had been to my home that Thursday and had knocked on my door several times. I explained to the lady on the phone that that was not the arrangement and asked to speak to the owner again. After a few minuets on hold she came back and said that the representative could not open the gate when he was here. WELL, which is it...he didn't get an answer at the door or he couldn't open the gate or he lost the paperwork. One lie to cover another and by now they know I'm not stupid. I again ask to speak to the owner and after a short hold was told that he had left for the day. I then ask for his name and they told me they could not give me the information. All this time I am being congenial but firm. With all the lies I guess the owned does not give his name out. They forgot about the internet...His name is Jim Gemmell. t has been over 3 weeks so far.I will update this review depending on the outcome. Please stay tuned.

Manufactured and installed a split 14' RV gate and a pedestrian walk through gate. Very happy with their work. However I need one more gate, they were asked to measure and give a quote to manufacture and install, but they never did.

They were very nice to deal with, and had everything that was needed to complete my job!

Matt was great! He got my new gate installed quickly and reasonably priced. I would definately reccomend.

I have hired Gate Repairs and More for my last two projects. They have always been up front and honest with me. I have called other service providers before calling Gate Repairs & More and was given crazy estimates or was told gate could not be repaired and I would have to replace entire gate . Gate Repairs & More has always found a way to repair if possible rather than just replacing and that's truly appreciated. Great work and I would highly recommend this company to anybody needing Gate Repairs.

Frank responded immediately to my call and showed up early the next morning to fix my gate. He did an excellent job on the gate and the price was very reasonable.

These is by far the worst company I have ever hired. The workmanship is great. the Scheduling sucks. They never show up on time and never do what they say the are going to. If you can handle the mismanagement the work I would hope will get done sooner or later. It has now been 3 weeks for a job that should have taken 3 days. My advice, Find another company.

There are a lot of fence contractors in Phoenix and Mesa so save yourself some time and call FenceAZ. The prices are fair and they have some great experience in the industry.
