They knew what we needed to meet inspection standards for our newly built pool. We got a black mesh pool fence that looks better than expected. We contacted a few companies and private contractors but AZ Pool Fence have experienced staff who seem to go above and beyond with reasonable prices. We will definitely go with them again.

Called on a Wednesday morning and was told they could come out the same day as long as I texted the details. I texted the details right away they never showed up on Wednesday. I followed up on Friday when I still hadn't gotten any response and there was no answer to that. I also followed up on Tuesday the following week and there was no response to that either. So it's been a whole week now and not only did they not bother to come out here for the estimate but they never bothered to even respond to any of the messages that I left.

He did a great job on my block wall, plus a fair price. Highly recommend.

We had our double front iron and screen door installed today. From estimate, purchase, customer service to installation we are so impressed with DCS. The gentleman who installed our door were awesome and it looks fabulous. Extremely competent and extremely conscientious and nice!!!! I love my door, bring on cool mornings and evenings!!!!!!

Some jerk hit and run-my chain link fence. Jimmy and his crew were out right away and pretty much had me a new fence up with in a shift of work. Took longer for poles to set. Jimmy made sure fence was nice and straight and matching with existing fence. like nothing ever happened. Jimmy also gave me a great price. Thanx jimmy

I just needed a quote on a pool fence to keep my small child away from the pool area. It would’ve been easy money for them since I only wanted a straight line fence to cut the yard in half. I took off work to be there for the quote and to discuss different options. I waited the entire window of time that I was given and they were a no show. I called the office to be informed that an email had been sent to tell me that they needed to reschedule on short notice. It was explained that the technician was on the other side of town that day. I checked my email to find that it was sent an hour before they were supposed to be there. I used a vacation day to get this done when I could’ve used it to spend time with my family during the summer break. I will not use or recommend a company that can’t even show up when they tell you they’ll be there. I’ll spend my money somewhere else.

Bob was amazing. The pool fence he provided us is perfect. Bob and his crew were extremely professional and clean. They removed old fence, poured new footings, installed new fence and gate. Then they came back and painted it a color we wanted. The work was perfect! The fence they provided us is better quality then other estimates we received for the same price. No hassle. Amazing! Matt was great! He got my new gate installed quickly and reasonably priced. I would definately reccomend.

Double wide gate lock flap/hasp broke off. Needed to be re-applied and welded. Also, Alex adjusted the gate for better closure and ability to lock in to the concrete sweep. Prompt, efficient, friendly. Alex saw what was needed and accomplished the work quickly. Final results are great.

Promises a completion date is then it changes after you give them a deposit. And then they won’t return your deposit back. They will take your money and run.

I contacted the CFO David about a job I needed done asap. He came out the next day and looked at the work that needed to be done, said it would be easy. A couple of days past by and he told me he was waiting on supplier info, and that he would have an answer by end of day. He never got back to me, and completely stopped returning my phone calls and emails. If he was unable to do the job, he should have called back and said so, no problem. But the choice to ignore a potential client, goes to show the level of care and professionalism this man/company have. Also, they are more expensive than their competitors. Dont bother with them, they will waste your time.
