AZ Pool Fence provides a quality product, excellent service and installation. Rob, the estimator, Ernie the installer and Micaela in the office were all friendly, courteous, informative and timely with the install of our removable mesh pool fence. Rob listened to what we wanted and made recommendations and left us the quote. Ernie was a great installer. He arrived on time to the minute. I explained how I wanted the fence to run and I expressed concerns about where drips and wires ran underground in and around where the fence was to go and he made sure that that they were not disturbed. He explained how to take the fence down, how to adjust the gate etc. He was very detailed. He is just a really nice guy. Micaela called to remind me of the estimating appointment with Rob and scheduled the install in a very timely manner. Overall, Great company to work with. Thanks.

No need to look anywhere else for a pool fence! Michael is an honest and professional businessman. He is more concerned about giving you a good product that is reliable and safe rather than just making a sale. You can tell he cares about what he does and has been doing it for a long time. Very disappointed 0 stars! I spoke to Juan personally on Monday he stated he would stop by the afternoon to give me a quote. He Never showed up. I decided to give him till Wednesday still no call no show. By Wednesday evening I texted again asking if he was still going to give me a quote. No call back, no text nothing. Very dissatisfied with the customer service. I'm definitely happy I didn't decide to contract the company. If this is the way they treat their customers I couldn't handle the no communication. Now I understand the other person rating them so poorly.
FYI: I understand the shortage on personal and material. My issue is the no call back, no quote no information.

Customer Name: Lenora Skog. I spoke with someone last Tuesday morning, texted him all my information, thinking he would set up an appt. Never heard from anyone until 5:45 that evening, when I received a text that he was on his way to look at the job. I told him that wasn't going to work, I was not home and it was getting dark outside, and I was not going to do this in the dark. Wanted to know who was home to show him the work, he was busy the rest of the week. Then he said he could come the next day (Wednesday) at 3:00. Never showed up and never called again! Evidently this company really doesn't want the work. Poor customer service.

We hired Jonathan to construct a 150’ block wall connecting two others in a corner of our property. Having recently moved here from upstate NY, we didn’t know of anyone who could offer us a recommendation so we pretty much relied on researching reviews and are glad we did.

Jonathan and his crew did a beautiful job. He was quick to respond to our request for a quote, took care of obtaining the required permit, completed the work in just a few days, and cleaned up the job site like nothing had happened at all. His price was very reasonable and I found he pleasant to deal with. I’d hire him again in a heartbeat.

Nice guys all around. Easy to deal with and very responsive. We've dealt with them three times-first time was a perimeter chainlink with barbed wire, second was a wrought iron fence, and most recently the repair of the original chainlink after it was heavily damaged in an accident. Each time has been a breeze to take care of-nothing to worry about during the entire process. This time, we had damage on Sunday and after estimates and quotes, they were out by Thursday (right before a holiday weekend) repairing it. Quality work and we've always had quick turnaround. Highly recommended.

DCS Industries did an amazing job installing my custom security door! I live alone so getting a security door installed was a must. I can now sleep peacefully knowing that my front door is protected and secured. I also love opening my front door while the security door is closed which provides security while allowing the fresh air to come in. Overall WONDERFUL service! The door came out exactly as I designed!

THEY NEVER ANSWERED MY CALLS LEFT MESSAGE AND NEVER CALLED ME BACK.

I am saddened to be writing this review, however the service I received is important for others to be aware of. I first reached out to Protect-A-Child Pool Fence about a year ago and received a quote. Due to other life events, we had to put off installation until most recently. I contacted Marty, who is very helpful. He came out quickly, confirmed the pool design and scheduled the install for 10am. The very next day, I received an email from Protect-A-Child offering a $100 off. The day before the install Dane (the owner) called and told me the install would not be until noon. He also mentioned that he was hoping I would reschedule all together, since he was going out of town or something. It was muffled, so I didn't get all his personal life stuff going on. He made a comment that he was hoping I didn't want it right away but was hoping for later. When I brought up the $100 off, he said that is not something he is participating in, but would off me $50. At first I accepted it, but upon review of the email again, I find it very concerning he stated he is not participating in a deal when his company's phone number is on the email. Additionally I received at least 6 emails on this deal over a week time. Anyways, the install day come. Since our install was moved to noon, I went to drop off my husband lunch at 11, returning home by 1130am. I quickly got the dogs locked up, gate opened, and everything read for my install. It was not until I walked out to check my mail, did I notice a business card on my front door from Protect-A-Child. Apparently they had shown up at 1115am. Obviously they did not wait around since they were ahead of schedule, since I was back home by 1130am. There was also no call/voice message left that they were running head of schedule. Dane the current owner DOES NOT COMMUNICATE well. Marty (the previous owner), does communicate to the best of his ability and I am sure if he was still running the company out install never would have gotten so messed up nor would we have been treated with disrespect. Anyways, as soon as i saw the card I called and left voice messages on the number on the back (the installer) and the number on the front (the owner). The installed did call me back (45 mins later) and said that maybe they could get out to me later that evening after 4pm, but to call the office the following week to reschedule. I have still yet to receive a call back from the owner. Unfortunately I could not do after 4pm, as we had family photos scheduled at that time . I also called and left a voice message for Marty, who did call me back. He was very apologetic and stated that Dane the owner had broken/lost his phone a few days prior and was only available via text. I don't know of any business owner who would go that long with out access to a phone. Interesting how Dane didn't mention that to me when he changed my time the night before. Come to find out, talking with Marty, other customers had called with similar issue, no installed showing up for there apt at 10am and it was noon, etc. Why on earth would the installed come to my house first if I was a scheduled at noon and yet the person before me had not received there install. Sounds like a pretty messed up schedule. If I wanted to reschedule the earliest they could reschedule me, was 2 weeks out. WOW! After I had already had a scheduled time, and had it changed on me, they wanted me to trust that the 3rd time they would get it right. Sorry! No Thank you! Any business where the owner cant return a phone call, or manage the schedule effectively, does not deserve my business. I recommend anyone doing business with them, be very careful and don't put any money down until the people have arrived and/or the job is installed. Who knows if they will even show up, but they may or may not communicate to you changes in there schedule etc. I am glad my husband would not allow us to continue doing business with Protect-A-Child.

Some jerk hit and run-my chain link fence. Jimmy and his crew were out right away and pretty much had me a new fence up with in a shift of work. Took longer for poles to set. Jimmy made sure fence was nice and straight and matching with existing fence. like nothing ever happened. Jimmy also gave me a great price. Thanx jimmy

Great experience from start to finish. Very happy with the results.

Custom Gabion Design was a triple win for us: 1) We could find them online through their very professional web site (doesn't sound like much, but try searching for Gabion fence installers in southern Arizona), 2) They were very responsive and professional, and 3) best of all, they did a GREAT job. They arrived on the day they said the would, at the time they said they would, and got 100 X 3.5 installed in just over a day.

Bob and his Son were great. They came several times to repair a gate they didn't even install, so when it was time for a new fence, I turned to them. They gave me a great price and completed the job on the 2nd day. I would highly recommend them!

I highly recommend Ironman! I'd give them 10 stars if that were an option! I shopped around on prices... there's was definitely the best... and I can't say enough about how pleased we were with the installation and finished product. The pool had curves and they were able fabricate fence to accommodate that. Scott the sales guy was great... no surprises. Very professional company. I will recommend to everyone in our neighborhood.
