Best Renovation Projects in Phoenix AZ

We recently used Phoenix Home Remodeling to remodel our small 90's kitchen and I cannot say enough positive things about our experience working with them. From the initial design phase to the project plan execution, the whole process was straightforward, well-organized, and efficient. The crew was very professional, good with timelines, and detail-oriented. They also brought in excellent subcontractors. The result is beautiful! We highly recommend them and will use PHR again for future projects.

Professional and quality work!

Homework Remodels remodeled our kitchen, backyard, patio, and two bathrooms. They restored our second-story balcony when its floor leaked. Their work was excellent. Steve Shinn designed the kitchen and the patio. We have been completely satisfied.

It was pleasure doing business with PJH Construction. The part owner - Andrew Thruston came out and knew exactly what my wife and I were looking for. From the start of the project (building office/den and featured wall in great room) which the assigned project manager was Jeff and was delivering excellent results with his crew: Alex, Robert, Fernando and Giovanni. As before we had another great experience with 540. They did a great professional job on our living room remodel. They listen to you. Not like some contractors in this valley that basically force you into somthing you dont like or want when they are in the middle of the remodeling. From invoice to construction to punchlist, they are very stand up. We had a butcher block countertop installed on our cabinets. Beautiful work and blending. We used them on the exterior of our house and they did an awesome job on it. There was a crazy amount of detail on the design and they nailed that as well. We will always recomend 540!

Top shelf team focused on building the right way, not the easy way!

Power Home Remodeling replaced our siding and windows. The installers were pleasant, courteous, professional and their work exceeded our expectations.

Ross turned our outdated primary suite into a beautiful, functional new space. Our jetted tub from 1990 is now a spacious shower outfitted with gorgeous natural stone. What was once our muted yellow stall shower is now a linen closet with ample storage. Floors, paint, fixtures, and the works - my husband and I absolutely love our new space.

Ross was easy to work with, tidy, and punctual. He took my envisioned design and improved it. Ross is very detail-oriented and thorough — you can tell he puts his heart into what he does.

We had our master bathroom (3 rooms) remodeled. We are very pleased with the work except the way they installed the drywall. A section beside the show developed a crack soon after the job was completed.

The company does not finish the walls, so you need to hire others to finish the drywall and paint.

We also needed to hire a glass company for the custom glass work of the shower surround on two sides.

From builder grade to Beautiful!

When we purchased our winter condo last year here in Tempe we wanted to update both of our bathrooms. We contacted Hochuli design company and got the ball rolling. We met with Scott & Lorrie only a week before we were to return to our summer home in Chicago. We were immediately impressed with their design showroom and them. With in a week they came out to our condo to walk through and understand our wants and ideas. After that we were under contract to have both bathrooms completely updated while we were back home in Illinois.

We had constant communication with our designer Amanda and contractor Martin. We felt a high level of trust allowing them to work in our condo while we were back home in Chicago.
They worked seamlessly with our building management and provided us with daily updates on the progress through the computer program Buildertrend. In fact having the daily updates with photos was like living through the construction without any of the dust! The preparation to prepare our condo for demo and construction was unbelievable! Plastic walls, heavy duty flooring protection etc. Their timeline for the project was accurate and they worked within our budget. We are more than happy with the results and would easily recommend Hochuli design & remodeling team to anyone who wants to take their project from builder grade to beautiful.
