Dreams do come true! My wife and I bought our house in north Phoenix almost 2 years ago and have wanted to replace the original 1994 kitchen ever since. After talking with a few contractors, we met with Bobby of Atelier 507 and immediately had a positive feeling about what could be accomplished. He came back quickly with a presentation that clearly fulfilled my vision for our new kitchen, and his cost estimate was right where we wanted to be. Our new kitchen included all new cabinetry, granite countertop, tile backsplash, a custom island 3x the size of the old one, plumbing and installation of lots of new lighting. I could go on and on about what a great job his crew did, but what impressed me the most was Bobby’s constant follow-up and communication. He also had wise input regarding some of my initial ideas, and I’m glad I took his advice. Back in early September my wife and I decided it was time to redo our kitchen. We’ve been wanting to do it for several years and have kept putting it off. I did a google search for kitchen remodeling in Scottsdale as that is where we reside. Of course there were a lot of companies that showed up which can be a bit overwhelming. We called several companies and asked about promotions or free quotes to see if we could figure out range or pricing. One of our big concerns was being over charged. At the end of the day we ended up selecting Lux Remodels. One of the biggest reasons was Jerzy the owner and Carl who worked with us every step of the way on this project. As described on their website we scheduled an in house consultation as we did with 2 other remodeling companies. The first thing we noticed right away is that they have a wealth of experience which immediately made us feel comfortable. They were organized and answered every question we had from expanding a section of our kitchen to add a small eat area to the timeline as we really wanted this finished before Thanksgiving. Lastly the cost was slightly less expensive than the other 2 companies which was an added bonus. As with any remodeling effort, it was noisy and we all had to make adjustments but the bottom line is that Lux Remodels was professional, on time and did an amazing job. We couldn’t be happier. Make sure to talk to Jerzy. He’s the owner but he’s very hands on and seemed genuine in all of our interactions.

Five 40 was hired to complete a 500 sq. ft. addition to the house. The addition included the construction of an entirely new bathroom. They were also completely remodeling the master suite. The staff was courteous and professional during the process.
We did have a few hiccups during the process, mostly due to supplier's inability to deliver components on time. Five40 was excellent in communicating the delays and working around them to the best of their ability.

In short, I'd recommend Shannon and the gang for any remodeling needs.

After months of searching for a company to remodel my bathroom and ended up calling Independence Home Remodeling based on a coworkers recommendation. After calling and getting a quote I decided they were the right company for the job and the entire job was done quicker than expected at an affordable price with quality work that can't be matched.

The crew worked diligently and completed the 3 bathroom remodels a day early. Very pleased with the new look and craftsmanship quality.

I couldn t be more thrilled with Doug Parks! I had 22 windows replaced in my home and Doug and his crew were courteous and very polite. It was such a positive experience, I called Doug to replace my entry doors...which also was a positive outcome. He stopped by during the holiday to check on things. I noticed he had a 'Home Concepts' logo on his shirt. Doug came out and helped me design a beautiful new tub & shower enclosure. The young man 'William' was very knowledgeable and turned my bathroom into a beautiful space. And all this in 2 days....job well done!

We buit our house with David Mikes. We were worried we wouldn't know how to handle such a large project. Fortunately, we were lucky enough to have David as our contractor.

David would set up weekly meetings with his subcontractor or company contact. We would meet with David and the specialist in the area we were looking at that week. The meetings were always very productive because David was right there helping with decisions, dimensions, architectural plans and logistics to make the process smooth.

I have four other fiends who were building at the same time with other companies. They did not have the same easy experience we had. Most of them had to hire designers and work on their own schedules to make selections needed to move forward in a timely manor.

David was very good about reminding us about costs. He wanted to make sure there were no surprises when we decided to upgrade in many different areas.

We have never had trouble reaching David. He is very prompt in answering phone, texts and emails. He handles situations quickly without any complaint. He has handled the punch list very responsibly. We have no complaints.

Over the building process we also became very good friend's with David Mikes. Through all the many meetings over the build time, he was always very enjoyable to be around. We all have many good memories of building our dream home.

We Purchased 2 showers with Rain Glass doors & 1 Soaker tub. Great product And installation but i had a problem With then sending in the final invoice To close the zero interest on the deal But i got to the right guy & missionDone ?? So i called and wanted toAdd a shower wand like in the 1stShower witb a slide door & Yikes$1850 ADD … So we passed !!This could have been a 5 star reviewIf there was service after the saleI would have been happy to pay $1000Or so But $1850 !! Tell me to BEND OVER !! Seriously !!! $1850 !!

Hunter is an honest hardworking, forthright individual. I've known him for over 10 years and can vouch for his character. And when ready for his construction skills and reliability will not hesitate to employ him and recommend him to others considering remodeling projects.

I needed help with a damaged cultured marble shower surround. Scotty was awesome. He had the correct material on hand and his price was very fair. Will definitely look to AZ BathMasters for future projects!

It says a lot about a company when they follow through with everything they said they would do. It might seem like a givin but working with so many builders over the years you learn its not.
