Best Remodel Consultation in Phoenix AZ
We have a weird office nook in our house and decided that a built-in desk would help bring the room together. Paul Rene is the Phoenix go-to for this kind of job. Everything was great and very professional from beginning sketches to final execution.

I had Jeremy out to do work on my house in 2020 during the beginning of the pandemic. I selected him after an exhausting review of handyman/contractors (as I had already been taken to the cleaners by my HOA & insurance recommended contractor). Jeremy was a breath of fresh air and even more knowledgeable & HONEST than the writeups depicted. His rates were fair, he listened when discussing issues, he knew his stuff, had a great team (himself, Oscar, & Dustin) and did an outstanding job! [Myriad of work performed: Installed - exhaust fan, wall drop table, handicap bar outside shower; repaired good-sized window frame leak; restored deck ceiling and cracks due to excessive downstairs jackhammering after flooding (no one else even wanted to come out & look at the deck. Jeremys team came out and acted like no big deal (with no huge price tag – they were wonderful)! Cemented light crumbling of stair edges; & patched up rusting around tub overflow valve]. I found Jeremy to be in high demand, but definitely worth the wait. Thank you, stellar job Jeremy and team. You Rock!

I had an excellent experience with Space Solutions and I cannot wait for the next project which is my pantry! I worked with Sean through the design phase. He knew and understood his product and followed up as necessary. Matt was our installer. He did an excellent job installing our master bedroom closet, garage cabinets/workbench, as well, as additional shelving. He left the areas as clean as he found them. I also had some follow-up requests and received excellent customer service! EXCELLENT experience and I definitely recommend the Space Solutions team!

I found a picture of built-in bookcases that I absolutely loved and this company was able to recreate them exactly! Amazing quality and the service was excellent. I recommend to everyone looking for custom cabinetry. You won't be disappointed!

I have known and had work done by Steve for 16 years! He has done everything from large water leak repair jobs to small fix-its. Always professional, on time, tidy and attention to detail is top notch! Highly recommend! I will try to add before and after pics of my most recent project where he cut out the center of my front door and added glass. Fabulous!!!!

Ray, Mina, and the Ray of Light team are great people to work with, and their quality of work like no other. They've transformed our once dated kitchen to reflect both our tastes and the modern design elements it needed. Ray has a meticulous, artistic eye, and we have enjoyed having him and his trusted counterparts in our home.

Beware of this company and its owner! They pressure customers to close with special discounts which are constant ( clearly ongoing not a limited time as they sell you on) as that is the only way they can compete with the quality companies in the market. I was pressured to close the deal for 3 closets with the understanding that this was 100% satisfaction guaranteed and high quality. Instead what I experienced was continual excuses for their mistakes, numerous incorrect measurements, forgotten components to closets that they were able to install which fell short of the quality for a closet of that cost and to top it off an owner who feels that he can charge the customer for his companies errors. When I had enough of their excuses and attempts to get the final closet correct I ended the stress and had them remove the partial incorrect install. Thereafter I spent months asking for our money back in a deposit that was overpaid and for the costs of items they didn't install only to have the owner threatened court procedures as opposed to reimbursing as they should. Clearly this will be the avenue taken as customers need to protect themselves from this type of company bullying. I was warned by other companies and should have known when it was obvious there was high turnouver in their staff and they continued to use excuses for their issues. They are subpar and even IKEA could do a better job for your closet needs. I can not speak for all other franchised CBD stores but this one is run by an incompetent owner who has no understanding or care for customer service and quality. My advice pay a little more for a quality company so you can have less stress in what should be a positive experience.

I walked up wondering if this tiny storefront would yield anything useful. After visiting a half dozen cabinet stores I came here and I'm glad I did. They have a great selection at a wide range of price points. There was so many great choices it was easy to find what I really wanted that I hadn't seen at any other chain store. They were very knowledgeable and friendly. It was a great experience and can't recommend this local shop highly enough.

Our experience with Kitchen Tune Up was ok, but would not recommend to anyone. Justin was our initial contact and he was amazing! Our issues with our kitchen countertop installs were: 1 - the waterfall edges were not matched up according to the directions I gave ( wanted the left side matched, they matched up the right side - and it's obvious). Pointed this out in email and text - no one acknowledged the problem, proposed a solution, etc. I should have probably pushed the issue and made them re-do the entire island...but I wasn't up to it at the time. 2 - the corbels for our extended island were not installed with the countertop install. I had to point out they didn't get installed and only then did Garth come to see the work. The fix? Extend the wall underneath the counter a few inches and put corbels in. So it works - but messes up the dimensions under our island where we may put cabinetry and beverage fridge at some point. Worst part of this issue is no one even acknowledged yup, we missed it. We are so sorry. They did offer a fix but no acknowledgement of the mistake. 3 - No one from kitchen tune up stays on site to oversee the work of the subs, to make sure all is going according to plans, etc. Other Kitchen Tune Up franchises have representatives stay on site during the work. Seems like the contractor should have been around, checked on the finished work, etc. 4 - you as the client better know exactly what you want. For example, there is no discussion about how far over you want the countertops to hang. They just assume 1 1/2 is whatever wants and that's what is installed. I didn't realize how off that looks - for me it's just too much. Especially on the island as the waterfall edge hangs over the cabinets almost 2. For what I paid, not what I wanted. But this is not my expertise or area of knowledge and I guess I had hoped for some assistance in the process. So unless you ask all.the.questions. they won't be assisting you in options available. I think I could have saved money by just hiring my own subs and supervising the work myself.

Garth and staff were excellent. They went above and beyond to make our kitchen gorgeous! They were able to repair our dog chewed corners, replace a water damaged pony wall and had an amazing granite guy to do our counter tops. If anything wasn’t to our satisfaction Garth immediately addressed the issue and fixed it.
