Best New Shower in Phoenix AZ

Holtzman home improvement impressed me from the moment I walked in the show room. Johnny the designer was amazing. He listened to me and created the perfect remodel for my house that truly match the picture I had in my head. When construction started we had a few issues with the project manager and it felt as though the project would never get done. Then Will Stubblefield took over as project manager and saved the day. He was wonderful, open, and worked hard to meet every deadline he gave us. His expectations for the project exceeded my expectations. I now have a wonderful newly remodeled house that I love.

Love our new shower. Redesigned our old shower and tub to a massive walk in. It looks great. Installation team of Eugene and Eli were great. Friendly, communicative, and professional. Would definately recommend.

Just Remodel remodeled our bathroom about a dozen years ago. We still enjoy it and get complements from anyone that sees it. The company was a pleasure to deal with (had them do more work for us the following year).

Bobby and team completely remodeled two showers and a bath. They were terrific - customer-focused, detail-oriented, reliable, punctual, and excellent communicators. Bobby checked-in frequently and made sure I was happy with the outcome. Overall, they made the entire process easy and I am delighted with the outcome. I would hire them again and have also recommended them to other family members doing a kitchen remodel.

Beware. Poor workmanship. Failure to pull permit on gas line because we believed they lied on placing the gas lines. Terrible customer service from president and his second in control -Jay W. Many sleepless nights. 3 month delay. Overcharged for kitchen cabinet materials that were not custom and lied to us. Fired them after failure to complete project and they took us to arbitration. Still in dispute. Please avoid. I am not even sure their reviews are real customers and recent reviews I think were removed. We are aware of other unhappy customers. Stay Away!!

OMG!!! We are in heaven!!! We remodeled our upstairs master bathroom to accommodate my pending hip re-replacement which would require a 3 month recovery. I needed a handicap accessible bathroom! Derek suggested an Aqua Therapy Tub with jets, light therapy, and macro bubbler to exfoliate the skin and leave it baby soft. It’s AMAZING!!! I highly recommend the tub! Derek also extended the shower to accommodate a wheelchair and added a handheld shower head along with a rain shower head. The shower experience is just as amazing as the tub...well, almost! Derek’s work is phenomenal! He is very knowledgeable, detailed and meticulous with his work. And he is very accommodating and easy to work with. He’s a very friendly guy who has made our remodel a very pleasant experience. We HIGHLY recommend derek@aquatherapytubs to remodel/upgrade your bathroom as well. You’ll be glad you did!

We had a visit from Designer Chris Poland a few weeks ago to review our needs and quote the project.Chris was very informative, professional, and personable. He walked us through in detail the processes, materials, our expectations, scheduling and pricing.We did not chose to use Jacuzzi, but Chris was great.

I work with Hunter as his bookkeeper and I can tell you that he is very thorough and responsive to his requests from me. I believe that carries over into his work as well. I've seen pictures of his work and it is impressive. If I lived in Arizona, I would want him to remodel my bathrooms.

Spoke with Ross on the phone to put in tile Shower and tile bathroom floor. He threw out numbers of $6000 or more for services without even coming to view the area and measure, or bother to find out what kind of tiled shower design we were interested in, offered his thoughts on designs but never asked us what we wanted. Set appt for next morning but didn't have the decency to call and cancel as any decent company would have, sent an email 1.5 hours before appt. crappy customer service. This was an appt for a quote and i guess they did not need our business. Not a company I will work with! The phone conversation was very strange, hem hawing around. If he didn't want our business he should have been honest and up front. If I could have given zero stars that would be my rating.

My existing walk-in shower developed a crack in the corner grout after only about two years following my new-build house being completed. The water had been slowly leaking into the connecting wall, causing the baseboard to bubble and discolor. At that point, I was adamant about replacing the whole thing with a groutless design, and having everything done right the first time. I researched three different companies to remodel my whole shower area. AZ BathMasters won the bid due to their reputation for quality, but they also came out on top in overall value. Both of the other companies offered inferior-quality materials, with one of them quoting an estimate significantly above AZ BathMasters' price. It was an easy decision. And AZ BathMasters didn't disappoint. What an excellent team with great synergy. Scotty was right there at the start of the job and throughout to ensure the integrity of the design--he prevented me from making a pretty significant mistake in what I had originally envisioned, and even offered some other design modifications that improved the overall aesthetics even more! Matt and his team performed the actual work, and I couldn't be more pleased with the level of care, expertise, and workmanship. Matt himself realized, right in time before implementing it, that there was one element of the design that should be adjusted to make it even better--and Scotty concurred. Make no mistake, this team is at the top of their game. With that said, I always like to offer some feedback on how to make the whole experience even better, and as a few others have pointed out, perhaps more contact between the original time of estimate and when the actual work begins would help address any concerns customers may have (especially if the estimated start date is going to be a bit off for whatever reason). Otherwise, I strongly recommend this company to perform the work you have in mind with the quality you would expect.

We've just completed our home renovations with Steve, Lori and the Sun Country team. We're particularly impressed with Steve's honesty and transparency. His team's done a great job. From the initial planning stages, contractual details, coordination of all of the subs, and final completion. We'd highly recommend Steve Garrett and Sun Country. A job well done. We had Spicegirl Remodeling renovate our kitchen this summer. New floor, countertops, tiling, lots of painting. We are extremely pleased with how the kitchen came out. Ericka was awesome and did what was necessary to ensure a great outcome. As with just about any project of this nature there will be bumps along the way but it is how those bumps are dealt with that matters. Ericka was flawless in handling those bumps and we can't thank her enough. After several months everything is holding up beautifully. Her crew was also very professional and we enjoyed having them work in our home. I highly recommend them!

Better Bath came to our home, viewed our needs and provided a very competitive quote for 2 bathroom remodels, involving tile work. Not only did the job start and finish on time, it was actually moved up a bit, which we were very excited about. Martin was assigned to our project and did a beautiful job!
