Sewer Time Septic & Drain repaired our sewer line outside our home when our tree roots grew into and cracked the drain line to our septic tank. After Dan inspected the line using a camera he found the sewer line needed to be replaced and also found our septic tank had root intrusion and damaged our septic tank. They were able to replace both the main line and the tank very quickly and we felt the price was fair. Highly recommend these guys.

Showed up to diagnose leak under sink. Found garbage disposal leaking around the top where it connects to the sink. Tried to sell me a $775 replacement when there was nothing wrong with the disposal. It only needed to be retightened under the sink.
Had service man come and reinstall… no leaks $75 cost.

Was having water heater problems and went thru Lowe's.
Patrick came out to install the water heater. He was on time, very knowledgeable, professional, and did excellent work.

All our drains were backing up so I called Rooter Ranger at 6:00 a.m. to have our sewer main rootered. A technician arrived by 8:00. After discovering the pipe was obstructed by tree roots in two locations (documented by video), we were forced to repair the areas. They began work immediately, worked until 7:30 pm, then completed the job by around noon the following day. We were without use of our drains/toilets for only a couple of hours the entire job. The owner Jordan and employee Danny, were professional, very honest and up front regarding our options, time frame, cost, etc. The technicians who did the work were also extremely polite and professional. The experience was positive in every aspect. I would recommend Rooter Ranger without reservation.

We searched around for a septic contractor that could do a turnkey septic system for our new house in Scottsdale, and could not find anyone that could do the soils perc testing, design, excavate and install the septic tank as well as the leach field needed. A friend gave me Arizona septic tank information and we hired them to do our system and were very happy with how these guys handled everything.

It's always tough balancing, can I do this myself? Vs. having someone do it for you. What I didn't realize was that not only would someone come do the work but would walk me through the how and why of the process so I felt more confident in the value provided. I would recommend mr. On time, a nice, honest, and friendly plumber arrived. I received excellent and professional service. Grohe taps and new isolator valves have been scheduled for installation. Very skilled and meticulous, with great attention to detail, he explained what needed to be done. Before leaving, I cleaned up, tested the new taps, and checked for leaks. Also reasonably priced.
