Horrible experience. Installers were great, project management extremely poor.

Called into get some information, that was a mistake spoke with steve must just woke up.
I let him know that I found this company on the web and seemed a bit lost. I asked him if they would build a casita in Mesa, if he was familiar with the City building codes. steve said we are bizzy and we are not doing any more projects this year . Okay I will call a company that is interested in business . Great job steve

It was so beautiful great craftsman ship professional we asked them to do the guest bathroom. These gentleman are great. Thank you brad p the project manager with all the details and scheduling. I was thinking of remodelling my kitchen and had a general idea of what I wanted but didn't know where to start. I called them after seeing the work they have done previously for other clients. I ended up adding extra features to my kitchen and getting them to redo all the tile in the whole home as it was really old. They have the right approach to transforming people's homes and create beautiful spaces and unreal kitchens. Special thanks to Becky and Sean for helping me push through!

Derek and his crew did two jobs for me. One was a bathroom remodel and the second job was to install grab bars for my elderly mom. It both cases he and his crew were prompt, polite and when the job was done they cleaned up their mess. The quality of work was excellent. I would use Aqua Therapy Tubs again.

They did a great job, put down a drop cloth on the floors to keep from tracking in dirt, and did a good cleanup when finished. It was expensive but I'm happy with the job done and the finished product!

Spoke with Ross on the phone to put in tile Shower and tile bathroom floor. He threw out numbers of $6000 or more for services without even coming to view the area and measure, or bother to find out what kind of tiled shower design we were interested in, offered his thoughts on designs but never asked us what we wanted. Set appt for next morning but didn't have the decency to call and cancel as any decent company would have, sent an email 1.5 hours before appt. crappy customer service. This was an appt for a quote and i guess they did not need our business. Not a company I will work with! The phone conversation was very strange, hem hawing around. If he didn't want our business he should have been honest and up front. If I could have given zero stars that would be my rating.

Their glass guy put in flawed glass and we can't get them to come fix it even though they keep saying they have the new glass. Paid a lot to have a sad looking me shower. Would not recommend them.

UPDATE: So glass company replaced one panel and it had a chip in it. Tried to buff out other flawed panel but was unable to make it look better. They also did not replace damaged hinge. Installers did not speak English so hard to communicate with them. They just shrugged their shoulders and left. Down to 1 star.

I highly recommend Sun Country and Steve Garrett. As a Realtor in Scottsdale, AZ I have seen lots of home renovations, some good and some not so good. I had the pleasure to work with Steve and Sun Country personally on a project in Silverleaf Community. Steve took his time listening to the home owners wants and went above and beyond to deliver the vision the home owner had for this luxury home renovation. The work was done with the highest quality and craftsmanship which yielded several offers and a successful home sell. Thank you Steve and the Sun Country Crew.

I have only good things to say about Ruidoso Remodeling. They remodeled my entire home from start to finish. Attention to detail, arriving on time, ready for work, honest, fair pricing and really great people to be around. Our experience with these guys was great and we feel like we made new friends too. Everything turned out beautiful. We definitely would recommend and use the company again. They are knowledgeable clean up after themselves. My tile shower, floors, backsplash, fireplace all look awesome! We are glad to answer questions and tell you from some really bad experiences in the past these guys are the real deal. I am so thankful we met and hired them. You won't regret going with this company!

Phoenix Home Remodeling does great work. We found that Jeremy takes the time to understand what we need. Our experience was a good one and will use Jeremy in the future should the need arise again.

DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!! The salesman was polite and we chose Re-Bath because they stated multiple times they would not start until all the materials had arrived and would have the entire job done in 3-5 days. This was an entire remodel for a small basement bathroom. They sent one person who started on the project including tearing walls and bathroom fixtures out and then stated the wrong shower door had been ordered. The job was then delayed by an entire MONTH supposedly because of a shower door. And again, we chose this company based on speed of completion. Once the project was finally complete it was clear there was zero attention to detail. Seams on wall panels did not line up, fixtures did not match, and the caulking looked like a child had used a caulk gun for the first time. The finished product also just looks cheap. Don’t be fooled by the pictures from the salesman. Craftsmanship and pride in the work was non-existent and customer service completely ignored. We were burned and bad. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

It has been ~1 month since my bathroom upgrades (master and hall) have been completed and I can't be happier. It was a pleasure to work with the team @ Signature. My Project Manager Mike was great and the workers were professional, courteous and competent. I have to give a shout out to Chad who was at my home ~80% of the time.

As with any project when you open up walls or floors you never know what you will find. As it turned out the master bathroom shower pan was not installed correctly and required additional work to repair. Mike worked with me to understand the issue, and fix as well as worked with me in regards to the added cost. He also was great in sourcing materials to match the existing tile.

The overall experience was better than I expected. Mike was great at keeping me informed and setting expectations upfront. Providing tips on how to make the experience less frustrating. And when I called with a change or a concern he was always understanding and helpful.

I plan on using Signature for my Kitchen upgrade next year.

Audrey from Home Solutionz contacted me about a master bath remodel that we had been looking to do for the last two years, I told her I wanted to make sure they were going to manage this project and all the work could be taken care of BEFORE WE STARTED and she indicated that she had all the subcontractors lined up. We delayed agreeing until she promised to get all the vendors together to go over the work before the project started to make sure there were no issues with the various work that was scheduled. That never happened, even after the project was delayed by a week ONE HOUR before they were supposed to start. She only showed up on the first day work started (the day the project was fully paid for) and never returned and only finally texted me after everything was supposed to be done, never called to see how the project was going while it was happening. I ended up managing everything. One of the subcontractors for the drywall and glass block work only showed up a week after the project started and then never actually submitted a quote, so I have to go out and find other contractors to finish the work so I can actually USE my bathroom, and it wasn’t available for guests this thanksgiving, that was fun.

The actual tile work that Martin and his father did is excellent. The plumbing work by Freddy of AC by Jay was also good, so the subcontractors were great. That was the only thing Audrey was correct about. I’d hire the subcontractors again and refer them to others, so that is the only thing Home Solutionz actually accomplished. We canceled part of the install, yet that part of the job was never refunded and we have been charged the full amount, although a couple of extra $10 trimpieces did need to be added on, so I guess that equals out, NOT, but they wouldn’t know about it because nobody from Home Solutions even bothered to talk to me after they had charged my Credit Card.

So IF you want to pay a middleman who never actually does anything other than put you in contact with subcontractors who aren’t big enough to have advertising budgets, go ahead and hire Home Solutionz. I did receive one text from the Briana, the project manager, only that it was being delayed by a week exactly ONE HOUR prior to starting and after I had received several scheduling emails and texts confirming that work was going to be started on that Monday morning. Otherwise, I was inundated only with emails from this company requesting referrals for a $100 kickback from the company. I won’t be using Home Solutionz again and I doubt I’d ever recommend them or whoever Paul Turpin is.
