The toilet in one of my bathrooms was not working properly so I called the company. They sent over one of their workers, Norm, and it was fixed. He did everything very clean, quickly, and professionaly. Norm is very friendly and respectful. He did a great job!

Juan and his team are great! I had 5 teams come over to my new house for estimates. Juan carefully listened to me and gave me lots of creative ideas to fulfill my vision under my budget. His estimate was very reasonable and he didn't ask additional while the project was underway.

Derek and his Aqua Therapy Tubs team of veterans replaced our dated bathtub with a handicap-accessible walk-in shower. He designed it to suit my husband's large size. After the job began we decided to extend the shower another 6 inches and Derek's team handled the change with grace and enthusiasm. The workmanship is superior and the bathroom is not only safe, but also gorgeous. The crews were on time, careful, courteous, and respectful of my privacy and belongings. George came to my house on a Wednesday to tell me all about the company and their products. He was very knowledgeable about the company, its products, its people and its history. It was a pleasure just chatting with him. However, he also was able to seal the deal with his knowledge and team-player attitude. I called early the next morning and George was back within 30 minutes and we signed the contract and deal was done! George went out of his way to make sure I was happy with everything I was getting. It says a lot about a company when they follow through with everything they said they would do. It might seem like a givin but working with so many builders over the years you learn its not. And when you work with people like Ellen you learn to appreciate it. Hope to work with her again on the next one.

Breath taking bathroom remodel!

If you want work done on your home and money is no object then this is the place for you. I cannot speak to the quality of the work that they do because it never got that far. I placed a $5000 deposit so they could get started on the design work. I understand that this is a lot of work and they need some sort of certainty that they can recoup some of their expenses. What they came back with was an astronomical bid. I won't get into the whole issue of pricing but here is an example. They had a line item in for repainting the house (all walls, baseboards, doors and ceilings). The amount that they came up with was $7000. Note that this is a 2600 square foot house. After seeing this red flag I met at the house that weekend with 2 painters to get bids for the same work. They came back with bids of $1700 and $2500.

In an effort to get some value for the $5000 that I had already committed I told them that I would still hire them to install the folding wall system in the house. They returned with a bid of $34,956. I have also reached out for competing bids. I have only received one back but it came in at $19,554.25.

I will be looking elsewhere or I will do the work myself. Do yourself a favor and don't even get started here. I cannot believe that if feels good to be walking away from $5000.
