Best Design-build Service in Phoenix AZ

Despite the delay in the arrival of my glass doors, and the fact that I had to look at my walk-in shower for 3 weeks before I could use it, I couldn’t be more pleased with the outcome in both of my bathrooms.
I started out with two, yellowed marble surrounds, and two, 12-inch mini tubs that didn’t hold enough water to cover my body.
I have ended with a beautifully pristine white walk-in shower and a soaker tub to beat all tubs!
(I regret the lighting in the bathrooms didn’t allow you to see how WHITE they really are)
We began with the master. Nathan and Dylan V. did an incredible job! They worked quickly and efficiently. Nathan ran to Home Depot twice to get some items that would improve the quality of construction, as well as provide the finishing touch on the project; very detail-cognizant.
Both Nathan and Dylan respected my home and my time. Nathan was thorough in giving me the maintenance and care instructions, and when the guys finished with the work, they cleaned up the bathroom as well as the garage!
Next, Robert and Jonathon worked with me on the guest bathroom. Moving from a 12-inch mini tub and told I only had one choice for a 17-inch tub, all I was expecting was a larger version of what I had. But when I saw Robert and Jonathon lifting off one of the prettiest tubs I’ve ever seen from their truck, I began jumping up and down with excitement and asked if I could sit in it. (silly me). This beauty even has arm rests! GEEZ!
NOTE: I hadn’t asked for a soaker tub specifically, but Aaron really listened to me at the sale meeting time, when I said I loved bubble baths. He also showed me bubble glass for the first time, and I am happy every time I look at the glass shower doors…no one else I talked to had this glass.
Robert and Jonathon had the demo done in no time, skipped my offer for lunch, and finished in 7 hours! I was again given cleaning instructions for care and maintenance. They were detail-oriented, did very quality work, and cleaned up like a dream!
After a snafu with scheduling, Nick came a few days later. He installed some rubber stripping in the master shower that was missed when the glass doors were installed. He hung the grab bar and switched out the waste and overflow cap in the guest bath. He also measured, cut, and installed PVC quarter round at the base of the tub. He called me upstairs and shared his expertise, in that he felt clear caulk at the tub/floor seam would look nicer than the white. I agreed, and I couldn’t be happier with the result…it looks incredible! He also cleaned up very nicely.
My only regret is that I didn’t ask him to hang the shower curtain; it makes me nervous that I won’t hang it at the right tension so as not to bow the acrylic, if that’s even a thing. I will call.
I am so very pleased with the work that Dreamstyle did for me. I find myself going upstairs all the time, just to look at the bathrooms.

FOLLOW-UP REVIEW Sept 8, 2021
After seeing and appreciating the expert job Nick did with the clear caulk he used on my guest bathroom quarter-round, I requested that he return and redo the quarter-round caulking in my master bathroom; I really wanted it to look as great as the other. Nick came back, carefully removed the white caulking, cleaned the tile and grout, then redid it using the clear caulk. The white caulk looked OK; it was something I could have lived with, but I couldn’t be more pleased. I am so much happier with the clear caulk against my dark, wood-look tile.
Once again, Dreamstyle, take care of Nick; he is an intuitive thinker, and with his attention to detail, you need him around. My bathrooms are now finished, and once again, I will say that I am extremely happy with Dreamstyle Remodeling.

After Ben did a fantastic job remodeling our daughter's kitchen, we hired him to remodel our kitchen and great room. This project involved removing a fireplace as well as some walls, and replacing floor tile throughout. Ben was easy to work with and highly dependable. He coordinated with our kitchen designer and communicated with us every step of the way. We were very pleased with Ben and hope to hire him again in the future.

I live in an older home so I am constantly having people in to tune up or fix something. I hired Five40 for a attic remodel to provide storage and even on the first day could tell these guys were on another level compared to the previous contractors we had hired. The attention to detail and craftmanship was so amazing that I ended hiring them to do multiple other projects. They are meticulous about cleaning up at the end of the day and left me with absolutely no mess (or dust) to pick up at the end of the project. I felt prices were very fair and estimates were right on every time. The crew was always on time and communication with the crew and Shannon (owner) was continuous to make sure that I was always in the loop on the progress of the projects. I plan on hiring this company in the future for other projects and would absolutely recommend them without hesitation!

We couldn't be happier with our new shower. The workers were very professional took care to make everything look and function beautifully. Materials are very high quality. The transformation of our bathroom is astonishing. We would highly this company to anyone.

We had Power install Solar and Windows in our home. The windows have been installed. They look great. Solar has been installed. Still awaiting on inspections and APS to do their thing to get it up and running. With the window install, we are still awaiting on our patio door to come in. That is already scheduled to be installed. They did a very good job, and they were very responsive to concerns that I had. Very Professional!Thank you again for the installation. Can't wait to see what the solar does for us on our electric bill.

So amazing! They were the only company that was up front about the price. Not only that, but they were about $1,000 to $2,000 below the other companies I got quotes from(from the same 'group' range.) Before I even met them, I sent Fabio my design and measurements. He replied that day and told me the turn around time, the cost for installation and fabrication, and the price range of their slabs. When I met with Fabio, he let me browse all the slabs and was patient while I decided. He let me pick out my choices and then when I needed a little extra help deciding, he was very honest about what complimented my cabinets and flooring and what he thought would clash, even though the ones that would clash were about 3 times the price of the others I liked. I ended up going with his advice, as he pointed out things I never thought of, and I ended up getting one of the least expensive slabs because it really complimented my flooring, without being too busy. I went home and told my husband that Fabio was amazing, he saved me so much money, when he could have just easily let me choose the more expensive slab even though it wouldn't compliment the colors of our kitchen. I was blown away with his expertise, honesty, kindness, and customer service. My neighbors told me all about Fabio and were very insistent I used him. They have had their countertops for about 2 to 3 years and not only do theirs look amazing, but they had such amazing things to say about the price, customer service, and Fabio specifically. I am so thankful I listened to my neighbors. Fabio also came to my home and took the template and measurements and helped me decide with going with an undermount sink, instead of top mount/drop in sink and now that it's all installed, I am so glad he suggested doing the undermount. It looks clean, seamless, and amazing-- and they installed it for me, complimentary! I also worked a little with Luiz and Victor when it came to questions, scheduling, and billing and they were both great and friendly. They were helpful and very prompt and kept me updated. Ivan and Gerard were the ones that installed. They came earlier than expected (called ahead to make sure it was okay) and had it installed in under an hour. They took such great care, were very kind and courteous, and very efficient. They did an amazing job and cleaned up afterward. I can not say enough about how amazing this company is as a whole. The materials look amazing, great quality and quality work, the price was amazing, but more importantly-- the customer service was beyond amazing. I can not say enough about this company and those that work here. Thank you so much for everything. I will for sure recommend.

I won't buy any home decor without checking with Megan. She provided detailed instructions and visuals to help me tailor my decor to the season as well. She envisioned, designed, and oversaw our garage makeover to a garage/home gym and the entire process went smoothly.

Crew was very unreliable.. would not show up on Saturdays. Twice waited all day for them and never showed up. Finally work was completed. Discovered one tile not attached to floor. Called in 3 times. Made appointments for repair by Briana Light. On 3 different occasions they were no call no show. Very disappointed on your follow up service. I’m having to pay a different contractor to repair your work.

We worked with the team at Design Lab to update our home. We took out some walls to open the space, replaced the flooring, painted the entire house, transformed 2 bathrooms and remodeled the kitchen. We couldn’t be happier with how it all turned out. Design Lab is THE place to go if you want someone that will work with you and your budget to get what you want.
