A few years ago, we had several significant cracks in the plaster walls and ceilings of our 1910 Craftsman bungalow. Rod with Homework Remodels was able to fix them all in one day and even now we can't tell where his patchwork starts and ends. Having a 100+ year old home in Phoenix, we're always looking for true craftsmen that will respect the style and idiosyncrasies of older houses and not just do the quick and easy fix. Thanks, Rod!

The bathroom of my dreams made easy! The remodel was completed in just one day, and each interaction from Marla, the salesperson, to her manager Chad and the installers was extremely pleasant! The installers were incredibly respectful and polite of my home, and unfortunately, they declined offers of McDonald’s for lunch, lol. In conclusion this was a great first experience in remodeling my bathroom! The cost was comparable, and the result is beautiful! Thank you all at DreamStyle Remodeling! My husband and I hired Ben from Champion Remodel. Ben and his team gave us the quality we were hoping for. We are very pleased with the results. We hired him to re-do our kitchen, 2 bathrooms and all the flooring throughout the entire first floor. All of the finishes were purchased by us and Ben put the whole job together! Bobby and his team are fantastic! I could not be happier with the results after working with Atelier 507. During our initial conversations, Bobby was very thoughtful, creative, and thorough in his approach to the project. During design, he worked through a number of iterations until we had it just right and we balanced the design, timeline, and budget. In construction, Atelier 507 was very proactive and attentive to detail. With any renovation, small unexpected things happen, but the key is the way those issues are resolved. Bobby and his team were always there to help guide us in the best way possible and provide options for every solution. Highly recommend this team and will use them again in the future.

Luxury Remodels Company is our family's most trusted contractor that we ever hired. I have hired them multiple times now to work on our investment properties, and never had any complaints. We hired them first time when we moved into our dream home, it was difficult decision to choose proper contractor, as Phoenix has one of the worst networks to find qualified labor. This was the company we hired to do a remodel to the vast majority of the 4600sf home, we had them add a guest room and a workout area for our kids. There were few material items with very long wait times, specifically kitchen and bar appliances took very long time to deliver, while their team worked around items being delayed and handled the process and overall project exceptionally, delivering stunning results. We can't thank them enough. If you in a search for your next contractor give them a chance, definitely worth it.

Excellent experience from the in-home consultation to the installation. We were especially pleased that our materials came in early and the work was done three weeks ahead of schedule. Our new bath/shower is beautiful. Our installers were on time, focused, neat, and thorough.

Adam and his team did a fantastic job remodeling our home. They painted the entire house and remodeled the kitchen. We were more than happy with their work. They paid attention to the smallest details. We will definitely work with them again.

We are in the process of remediating a complete remodel that had gone wrong with another builder. We tapped 4 GEN for the remediation and we cannot speak highly enough about 4 GEN Homes and David.

Background: we were new to Arizona and the previous builder we had hired to remodel our recently purchased home — after 16 months of ongoing workmanship problems and error — left us with a complete disaster and abandoned the project: having falsified their licensing, falsified their insurance, having not pulled a valid or legitimate permit, or having proper inspections done, and hiring many to perform work who were not licensed or properly skilled. You can imagine how difficult it would be to discover this after the fact, and what a complete mess and stress this would create in so many different ways. Any whole house remodel is, by itself, a daunting process in which you feel lost and need the guidance of an expert contractor. Given the difficult situation we were left with we needed someone to come in and not only do a whole house remodel (complex as that is), but, adding to that complexity, to remediate a remodel that had gone very wrong. Not many would be able or willing to take this on.

We are so thankful that we found 4 GEN Homes / David Mikes, and that he was willing to take on this huge problem for us. He is an amazing contractor — he listens, he is calm, always pleasant, very careful, intelligent, insightful, and experienced; and he speaks, consults, and guides us with the authority of confident construction expertise and extensive home building experience, and yet without ever presuming upon us. He is reassuring in how he counsels. He also has a cadre of vetted professional subcontractors he’s used many times and knows they can perform the work to an acceptable level — he’s not trying to find just any subs as he goes along. He takes the chaos of the situation and calmly organizes it and makes it seem manageable and clear, and he always wants to come to the right result and covers nothing up that needs to be done right. He is your advocate, not primarily an advocate for the subs or workers. He usually answers calls or quickly returns calls or messages and is always ready to help and address any concern — and he is usually way ahead of you in identifying any issue. If you bring it up, it’s likely he’s already on it. His eye for due care and detail is likely better than yours.

Another reviewer said David treats you like family. I would wholly concur with that.

George came to my house on a Wednesday to tell me all about the company and their products. He was very knowledgeable about the company, its products, its people and its history. It was a pleasure just chatting with him. However, he also was able to seal the deal with his knowledge and team-player attitude. I called early the next morning and George was back within 30 minutes and we signed the contract and deal was done! George went out of his way to make sure I was happy with everything I was getting. He also went WAY OUT OF HIS WAY to make sure everything fit within my budget! George was the best. He sold me on Jacuzzi, but much more he sold me your company! I will definitely refer you and use Jacuzzi again!

I work with Hunter as his bookkeeper and I can tell you that he is very thorough and responsive to his requests from me. I believe that carries over into his work as well. I've seen pictures of his work and it is impressive. If I lived in Arizona, I would want him to remodel my bathrooms.

Spoke with Ross on the phone to put in tile Shower and tile bathroom floor. He threw out numbers of $6000 or more for services without even coming to view the area and measure, or bother to find out what kind of tiled shower design we were interested in, offered his thoughts on designs but never asked us what we wanted. Set appt for next morning but didn't have the decency to call and cancel as any decent company would have, sent an email 1.5 hours before appt. crappy customer service. This was an appt for a quote and i guess they did not need our business. Not a company I will work with! The phone conversation was very strange, hem hawing around. If he didn't want our business he should have been honest and up front. If I could have given zero stars that would be my rating.

I had my bath/shower combo removed and replaced with a beautiful walk-in shower. I had a specific vision of what I wanted and it was spot on. Matt was my installer. He was terrific at letting me know what he was doing. I was impressed with his skill and work ethic. I would recommended this company 100%
