Considering any remodel is a daunting process, Holtzman Home Improvements helped make the process as smooth as possible. Clear expectations were set up front and proactive planning helped us prepare. There are many many moving parts in a remodel or any home improvement, then throw skyrocketing material cost, labor shortages and covid on top of this process its makes my head spin. Holtzman home improvement helped manage this process in life and in mind. The result was great... Just like most good things in this world, you get what you pay for! Dreamstyle Remodeling did an excellent job installing our walk-in shower including removing a bathtub, small stall shower and a short wall between them. We chose vinyl panels instead of tile to avoid cleaning grout. The finished shower is attractive and works well. The chief installer did excellent work, including coming back on a Saturday to finish the job.

After we had signed the contract, Chris, a consultant, outlined the shower in painter's tape so we could better see the size. Chris suggested we make the pony wall a bit longer, plus some other ideas that improved the final product. We originally contracted to have a glass panel on top of the pony wall to be installed by a subcontractor. We discovered water does not go over the wall plus glass would require cleaning, thus we decided to delete this option. Dreamstyle refunded the cost of the glass panel.

I would rate the job 4½ stars if I could because of two minor negatives: (1) The supplied shower hooks were just small knobs that would not hold a towel. We bought better hooks and towel rods at a local store that were installed for us. (2) When he patched the ceiling drywall where the old wall was, the installer did not get the texturing right to match the rest of the ceiling. (He admitted he was not good at texturing.) We had to hire a handyman to sand off the drywall mud and add the texturing. Thus we suggest other customers find someone else for this small part of the job.

They had done kitchen remodeling, and I have already booked them for my bathroom service. Highly impressed with their timely service. Good work.

Competed the project on time and within quoted budget. Stood by their work two years later when a repair needed to be made due to something that was out of their control. Strongly recommend using Derek and his team.

Both Kevin and Tom did an amazing job installing our new shower. I can't say enough good things about them they were friendly, reliable, and extremely respectful. I would highly recommend them for another service.

Wanted to update a shower..and had no friends’ recommendations....found Ross Brower’s website and “took the leap” based on his work description/vision advertised there...my husband and I were super super pleased with not only the final outcome, but the whole experience! He was ALWAyS on time, attentive to our questions, and did perfect work. He made us feel like a valued customer right from the start... quite refreshing in this day and age.
