First time calling in, appointment service was great. From being greeted to appt confirmation, it was all a great experience. Armando showed up on time expected, I received a call to let me know tech was on his way. Once Armando arrived, he was very professional and knowledgeable as I was going over all the problems I had reported. He was quickly able to analyze and quote repairs along with suggested changes. Armando estimated the time needed and completed work before expected. All work completed was very well explained along with expectations on other repairs needed/suggested. We called Walker Plumbing based an a recommendation from a coworker. We had other estimates, but what made us choose Walker was responsiveness to our request for an estimate, our technician Jodi was on time for the quote, and it was a better price then the others. The work was able to be scheduled quickly. Jodi was on time for the work, and a bit early, which we were grateful for. He was professional, kind, and communicated with us throughout the whole process. We will definitely use Walker Plumbing in the future!

I recently had the pleasure of working with Abraham from Greenstar Plumbing. He was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain all the steps he was taking to fix the problem. He was very patient and answered all my questions in detail. He was also very affordable and I would recommend him and the company to anyone in need of plumbing services.

Charged me $318 for drain clean that took 30 minutes on one of my rental properties. Also drilled a hole in the metal drain and left jagged edges exposed. Took my credit card ahead of job and never called with a quote to fix. Just did the job and charged me. Was very unhappy with the service and very high price. Wouldn't recommend at all.

I had a problem with my hot water heater. Ray was very prompt and called before he came out. He was very professional, diagnosed the problem and repaired it. He did not try to upsell or make unnecessary repairs. I would use Harley Plumbing again.

I had Troy install a new tankless water heater and two years later I had some plumbing work done at my house with a different plumbing company and he informed me that the water heater was not installed correctly. There was no relief valve and recirculating line was not connected. The pump which is the main component to this type of water heater was not connected either. I tried calling several times but would not return calls. Please stay away from this company.

I can't rate what i didn't experience. They never called or showed up to take care of the service call set but the management company. So after 2nd day of no water, i bought the party and fixed it myself.
