Amazing experience with Phoenix Home Remodeling. We bought a home and needed to have it completely remodeled. We remodeled the kitchen, 2 bathrooms, knocked thru 2 walls to add pass thrus, added a huge linen closet and turned empty space into a closet. We got multiple quotes and PHR was not only most professional but their prices were reasonable. Jake was an amazing first contact. He had great ideas and having had years of contract experience he knew what was possible. I told them about my timeline and they were so accommodating to get it done on time. They were excellent at communication and ensuring things were done the way we liked and giving suggestions along the way. Their work was top notch! They did the little detail oriented things and it is so appreciated. The end result was absolutely perfect! Ben was an incredible project manager. Mark, Aaron, Steve, Brandon, Garon were all incredibly skilled, detailed, accommodating, courteous, professional and timely! I can't say enough good things about this company! This company couldn't even get me quote! I called them multiple times after the gentleman came and looked at my master bathroom. Even though they said they would have the owner call me, he never did! How could I ever trust a company that can't even get you a quote after 3 weeks! Excuse after excuse....onto a more reliable company

Hunter Hawk and Nathan Garcia were our install team. They were prompt, professional, courteous and all-around excellent. They demo'd and installed our new walk-in shower in two days, as promised. I hired Graco Home Remodeling to do repairs in the roof due to long-time water damage. After I contacted the company Ignacio showed up and performed a throughout inspection. He then proceeded to show me with pictures his findings and pricing.

Our installers Colton and Patrick were great! They arrived on time and were very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. They removed our old tub/shower and replaced it with a walk-in shower, new fixtures and sliding door. The whole job was only 5-6 hours and they cleaned up and disposed of everything. Our bathroom looks amazing! In addition, from the time we purchased our shower and enclosure until install we received a weekly check-in phone call from Jacuzzi Bath Remodel to ask if we had any questions or concerns or if there was anything we needed from them. Great customer service, product and employees! We will be doing our other bathroom with them!
