After working with Jeremy and his team on my master bath remodel, I can honestly say I wouldn't look elsewhere for future projects. Every person we worked with throughout the process was 100% professional and a pleasure to work with. The initial estimates were extremely detailed and we knew exactly what to expect, which made our first big remodel much less intimidating. The Project Manager had great attention to detail, made helpful suggestions, and ensured that everything was completed on time. The designer was super helpful and didn't blink an eye when I made some off-the-wall changes (like a bright blue vanity!). The tile expert, knowing I was a little nervous about the grout color, even did a small sample and called me over to take a final look to make sure everything was perfect. Phoenix Home Remodeling is truly a class act.

I have used this company a few different times. They recently replaced a roof on my house I was trying to sell. They helped me with the insurance claim process and supplied all the necessary pictures and documents to support the claim. Once the claim was settled, which was very quick due to the supported pictures/documents, the old roof was removed and the new roof was installed within 4 days. They also worked with my HOA to make sure the shingles were approved. Due to their efficiency my closing was not delayed. I would recommend them to anyone. The roof looks great also.

I hired Graco Home Remodeling to do repairs in the roof due to long-time water damage. After I contacted the company Ignacio showed up and performed a throughout inspection. He then proceeded to show me with pictures his findings and pricing.
His workers showed up on time, performed an excellent job and after the job was completed, cleaned up the whole area.
I was very impressed by Ignacio and his workers' professionalism. The job was finished with my complete satisfaction.

My husband and I hired Ben from Champion Remodel. Ben and his team gave us the quality we were hoping for. We are very pleased with the results. We used Atelier507 to remodel our kitchen, install new floors, build a closet and other misc items. We are now planning remodeling our master bathroom. Not only are they professional and reliable but Bobby and all his team are a pleasure to deal with. Bobby also helped with designing our projects and his advice was extremely helpful. I would highly recommend them.

Danny and his team were great to work with. They guided us through the entire process of the remodel. They had samples of the material we could look at and made a design drawing of what the kitchen would look like when they were finished. Every day during the remodel they completely cleaned up so there wasn't tools or debris laying around. Every wishlist item we had, they were able to accomplish. We now have a pantry, way more cabinet space, higher ceilings, better lighting, an island for the sink, and a more open entry into the dining room.

We couldn't be happier. You can't go wrong with these guys.

Scott knew where we were located and we spent a lot of time with him outlining the various projects that were desired. The total project cost would be well into 400k. He promised a timely review and estimate. We asked several times for an update. Finally his only response was via a text saying the project was not a good fit for them. I even left a VM asking for courtesy call to explain and never called back.

Jake is an outstanding worker. And takes a lot of pride in his work. That's what separates his work from the rest. And very reliable always on time.

We have had Shannon and the crew from Five40 do our Kitchen/family room remodel (‘17), guest bath (‘19), and master bath/closet (‘20). Each job was a complete gut and rebuild and required electrical, plumbing, framing, etc. the result of all 3 jobs was phenomenal. We could not have been happier, and we demonstrated that by contracting him for the two bathrooms after we did our kitchen. His quotes were competitive and the only significant change orders were because of design or material changes that we made midstream.

The the best thing about working with Shannon was that he didn’t come into our jobs with opinions about what we should do. Rather he listened to what we wanted and was always enthusiastic about the vision we had and did his best to make them happen.

If we need contracting work again in the future we will definitely us Five40 and enthusiastically recommend them.

Aqua therapy tubs renovated two of my bathrooms. It was a large project that took several months to complete. Over this time I got to know Derek and his crew (Dean and Brandon) and grew to trust them. Derek is a honest person who will give you a fair deal and does his best to make sure that you are happy with the job they have done. He cares about his work and about providing the best service possible. I also appreciated that when a few issues came up after the installation they came out right away to fix them.
