It actually started in Fall 2020 with my Garage losing power. I bid out the work and hired Phoenix Contracting Services. The following Monday, Jeff and his crew (Mike and Gabriel) came out and finally resolved the issue, loose wiring from another outlet. I was impressed by the workmanship, politeness, and being On Time. My wife and I were actually in the market for a new service panel, that I ended awarding Jeff that work. Didn't need to look elsewhere. At the mercy of SRP, a date opened up in February 2021. So, we jumped on it. Jeff had setup everything, Blue Stake, and SRP. I as Home Owner didn't have to do anything. Service panel went Ok, and Jeff starting looking at other items in the yard, and mentioned that needed to be up to code. So, that was done too. My hot water control unit went out, so no hot water! Shane was in the area and was assigned to service the hot water tank. He was Awesome! He did a great job diagnosing the problem and then providing me with estimates and options. No high pressure to do more than necessary to fix the problem. He was very thorough and professional. I will be requesting Shane for my yearly inspections and any service. Thanks Shane!

He showed up as scheduled and performed neat, precise work in exterior areas exposed to view. He had all the tools and materials required.
