Our maintenance technician, Norm, who usually handles our work orders is always friendly, professional, and has awesome time management so he gets the jobs done in a timely manner. I had Dreamstyle install a shower and a tub this week and they're amazing. Absolutely professional from start to finish and the work is perfect. We were lucky and had Joseph Thomas and Andrew Grizzle do the installs. I was impressed with their competence and punctuality. Unfortunately, I had a blackout and these gentleman worked through the heat without complaint. I would absolutely recommend this crew and this company.

We hired him to re-do our kitchen, 2 bathrooms and all the flooring throughout the entire first floor. All of the finishes were purchased by us and Ben put the whole job together! The guy described to me all the steps of bathroom remodeling, the whole team was punctual and paid keen concentration to every small detail that anyone else might have skipped. Their positive approach throughout the project is highly noticeable.

We worked with Lux in 2018 and had a horrible experience with our bathroom renovation. We found them to be arrogant and pushy, without the expertise to help our project turn out well. They used a sealant on the marble floor that turned the marble darker, and mixed up the grout color on the floor/wall. It seemed like they were more concerned with getting our project done quickly than anything else. While I appreciated the organized, assembly-line approach from an efficiency perspective, it was not the type of remodeling service we were expecting and we did not like the way the project was turning out. We lost 15K when it was all said and done, and then had to start the whole project over with another contractor! It seems as if some of the team has changed since that time, but my husband and I would definitely not recommend!!

Competed the project on time and within quoted budget. Stood by their work two years later when a repair needed to be made due to something that was out of their control. Strongly recommend using Derek and his team.

Just had a great in home meeting with Josh Whiting designing and arranging financing for the remodel of our master bathroom shower. It was really great getting to see the materials and color options in person and how they would look in the lighting for our bathroom. Josh was amazing and took the time to explain everything to us and make sure we didn't have any questions at all. Thank you guys so much for working with us to remodel the shower and give us a working shower in our master bathroom again.Update: Steven and Ashley just finished installing our shower. It looks amazing and I couldn't be happier. Working with Jacuzzi has been great, we ran into some issues with the condition of my house during initial installation (the original 1970s cast iron drain pipes were completely rusted out and starting to fall apart) and had to put the project on hold until we could get the plumbing repaired, jacuzzi was really easy to work with and even appologize that they couldn't complete the project. Once our pipes had been replaced it was a simple phone call to reschedule the install and now I have an incredibly beautiful shower in our Master Bath designed with the materials that we picked out exactly how we wanted it. Thank you Jacuzzi.

My wife and I hired Ross to remodel our bathrooms and add a pantry to our kitchen and are very happy with the results. The bathrooms feel fresh and modern and the pantry integrates into the kitchen flawlessly as if that were the original design. Throughout the process, Ross juggled the balance of style, practicality, and affordability. He was professional in communicating, working with our schedule, respectful of our space (he kept everything VERY clean), reliable, and punctual. Overall, Ross is a pleasure to work with; he clearly takes pride in his work and delivers as if he were working with his own money on his house. We have ideas for future remodeling projects and he will be our first choice!

Getting my drywall repaired in my bathroom and garage was easy once I called this company. I first had an appointment for one of their team members who came over and took some pictures. Later the same day I received an estimate that was reasonable considering the amount of work that needed to be done. My project was finished and it looks so good my neighbors can't even tell the previous damage happened. Thank you.

They promised a start date but then delayed and delayed. When I finally told them it had to be done because of scheduled renters they were able to do 85% of the job.
