We recently used Phoenix Home Remodeling to remodel our early 2000’s Kitchen. The process was very easy and we enjoyed getting to know the team that came to do the work! We appreciated the straightforward approach to the overall plan, expectations, timing, and cost. This is a local to Ahwatukee company which was very reassuring that these folks not only work but live in this community with their name on the line. We hired Holtzman a year ago to do 3 large projects in our home. We remodeled our bathroom and included a steam unit, added cabinetry throughout the house, and added a nice shiplap accent wall and fireplace in our family room. I want to give a shout out to Will, the supervisor, who took this project under his wing and made sure every detail was covered and the job was done right from the beginning. I couldn't be happier about how things turned out and we are loving everything they did. If I have more projects, I am calling Holtzman and you should too! If you get Will as your supervisor, that is a huge bonus!

Kitchen Renovation Project - Communication was the key as we worked through the surprises and challenges that came up as we progressed through the project. Bobby was there on most days especially when he needed to step in and communicate necessary changes to get the job done properly to our satisfaction. There are many moving parts in construction. What you plan to do today may have some challenges on application and scheduled deliveries which can be out of your project manager’s control. Bobby is sure to update you on any issues so that you are not left scratching your head. He is prompt to return phone calls. At the end, I am quite pleased at the outcome of the build. Yes, I recommend working with this company.

Shannon and his Five40 team did a medium-sized TI for us that included new walls, drywall and paint, and an ESD-safe floor. They did a great job, and did it in a very timely manner - in fact, they completed the job ahead of schedule. We are quite pleased with the work, and the professionalism of the team - we would use them again, and definitely recommend!

We recently had a backsplash installed. Derek was very professional, very friendly, and very helpful. His installer, Russ, was very nice as well. The backsplash is beautiful and they definitely know what they are doing. My husband and I are very pleased. Derek and Russ made it as convenient as possible for me by doing the legwork, picking up the product, and making sure everything was ready to go. Following installation, Derek applied a stone enhancer which was not included in his estimate. I appreciate those small touches and it meant a lot to me as I am not familiar with caring for backsplashes. We will definitely call Derek at Aqua Therapy Tubs in the future for all of our tile redecorating needs.

David Mikes of 4 Gen Homes helped us make our dream home a reality. This was an enjoyable and stress free process. We love the new vanities and the walk-in shower! As a bonus, we discovered that the walk-in shower is a great way to bathe our dogs too!

I tried getting an estimate from these guys to remodel our bathrooms, I stated I was getting other estimates and the guy asked how many I was getting, once I stated the number of estimates, he said they wouldn't do business with me . In short, the guy was pretty rude and unprofessional.

McCurdy Construction is awesome. My wife and I wanted to close in a room with a closet to make it a third bedroom. After receiving different estimates, we chose McCurdy Construction. We are so happy we did.

The company's crew did a great job cutting out and then installing double doors. The crew members -- Derek, Manuel and Dave -- did a wonderful job cutting out and then installing the double doors to our now bedroom. They are professional, polite and extremely neat. They covered with plastic all affected areas and then took their time to thoroughly clean up. Derek also impressed me by doing such a great job putting up the mirrors we wanted over our fireplace and in the den. He measured everything to make sure they were in the right places and Manuel and Dave helped him put them up.

Kudos also to Rob, who explained everything that would occur, and to Tom, who took the time to understand what I wanted and then correctly measured everything.

The owner, Mike McCurdy, emailed me every night to let me know the work schedule for the next day. Talk about a company being customer focused.
