The hardest part of this experience was actually booking a time for the team to come out! Norm came out the same day I asked for an estimate! But then I waited for a quote for 2 weeks. Norm followed up after 1 week and asked if I had heard something, and I hadn't. He was supposed to speak with the office person. After another week I followed up myself. I found out that they had my email wrong. Why no one called me about that, I don't know. If I hadn't followed up, I'm not sure what would have happened. Once I signed the estimate, the team was out within the week, and they got the job done within 30 minutes. I was given a discount for the hassle. They did a good job. They need help with communication though.

I've tried trimming my own trees in the past....not anymore. Every time Bill trims my trees they look perfect and they grow out properly. He also does a great job at cleanup when the job is done.

Did a great job trimming 3 trees, removing a large bush and cleaning up afterwards. The price was excellent. The crew was fast, done in one hour. Customer service was very responsive too. I would definitely recommend them, and will be using them again.

As a professional Firefighter I pride myself on providing great customer service everyday. That is exactly what Fabian and his company provided for me. I called and told him I had 10 Palm Trees that hadn't been trimmed in over 2 years and needed lots of trimming. He asked me to send him some pictures and he not only gave me an honest fair quote. But they were able to come out and do the job all in the same day. Our Trees look fantastic and they made sure our yard was clean and back in order before they left. After heart surgery I could not do any yard work. I called AMS Landscaping and set up an appointment and they came out and did a great job. The gentlemen that came out were nice and hard working. I would recommend AMS to everyone.

My initial review was fairly negative because of no shows and debris left behind but Clara followed up and the crew came back to make sure my yard looked good.

I’m so so impressed with Valley View Landscaping. I’m very particular and picky when it comes to yard work however, I saw them, stopped and asked for a quote. They came over quoted us and started the work. I wish I had before pics I’ll have to see if I can find some and upload later but everything we asked for was perfectly done! They started out higher but due to an other quote we were able to receive the same pricing. I’m so happy I chose to use them! I would recommend anyone to them. They are very very sweet and willing to listen to your needs as well. I will be having them come back for more services! Thank you so much boys!!

Seems to be some major communication and pricing issues with Sergio’s. The first time we had them, they did two tree-trimmings, removed a dead plant at the roots, cleaned up/trimmed eight bushes, did some light weeding, and blew out the front and back yard. $180

They came back for a maintenance visit, were supposed to weed, trim four bushes, and blow out the front and back. $150. They also DESTROYED our three plants in the front by over-cutting. Clean up is fine, but they clearly didn’t adhere to what we asked for and seriously overcharged as compared to other lawn companies in the area.

Finally, they showed up without any confirmation or response as to when they would be coming. It was Friday morning, and we were waking out the door to go to work… Value, Responsiveness, and Communication on what we want/need is NOT there. I’ll likely be getting flagged by my HOA, because they destroyed my plants in the front yard… go somewhere else.

Provided free estimates, answered all my questions even through text, they were on time and ready to work without any hiccups, respectful to my neighbors and most of all communicated step by step what he’ll be doing so I stayed informed along the way.

I just to work there, co-workers are very friendly and administration made parties for workers to let them know that they appreciate their hard work!
