I am a senior, and have live in my home for 30+ yrs and I had been scan in 2021. I was very hesitant about allowing anyone in my home. But I saw West Shore Home advertisement and gave them a call. I received an appointment with Joe R. He came to my home and went over everything. I need 2 bathrooms upstairs with hairline cracks in master bathroom shower and the hallway tub & shower. I felt comfortable with the pricing & I select my, designed for both bathrooms and my installation date was set . Christian A and Daniel G were both professional and hardworking and I had 2 new beautiful bathrooms in 2 days. Barry A was also professional he came an installed my doors and did an excellent job. I knew I was in good hands when the General Mgr Zack T reach out before the Job started because I had some questions and after the installation of my beautiful bathroom making sure I was HAPPY. I thoroughly enjoy my walk-in shower. The company removed the 30 year old tub and gave me a beautiful shower with a seat. The dark bronze fixtures look so nice. I would highly recommend them to friends.

Don Hughes is our standard of what we would like to see when hiring a contractor. We hired him to remodel our kitchen, 2 bathrooms, replace the floor and fireplace. He is professional, personal, and completed the project on-time. We gave him ideas of what we wanted and what was a priority and he really focused on those items. For example we provided a sample of a floor tile we wanted. When we picked the cabinets later he saw a clash between the two and provided some alternatives and the one he suggested was better than we could have imagined. He spotted details we had not because he enjoys what he does and it shows in his work. I would highly recommend this company.

A couple years ago a friend gave me a recommendation for a contractor she used as I was getting ready to do a big remodel of our master bathroom & bedroom. I called and Ross promptly called me back. He told me he would come out and look at what we wanted to do and would then give us a quote. Well, he came over on a Saturday and met with my husband & I. Ross had a lot of good suggestions we went with. We relied on his expertise and reputation and we are so glad we did! Our project turned out better than I could have imagined! Everyone who has ever seen it is blown away. Ross is a perfectionist and I really appreciate that about him. He was at our house, on time every day of the project. Fast forward 2 years. We decided to remodel our guest bathroom and I didn't even have to think about it. If Ross couldn't do it, it wasn't getting done. He has spoiled us because he takes such pride in his work. The company just finished repair work at my house and did an excellent job. Steve is very professional and the quote was right on, with it actually coming in at a lower cost than anticipated. I highly recommend Sun Country Renovations.

DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!! The salesman was polite and we chose Re-Bath because they stated multiple times they would not start until all the materials had arrived and would have the entire job done in 3-5 days. This was an entire remodel for a small basement bathroom. They sent one person who started on the project including tearing walls and bathroom fixtures out and then stated the wrong shower door had been ordered. The job was then delayed by an entire MONTH supposedly because of a shower door. And again, we chose this company based on speed of completion. Once the project was finally complete it was clear there was zero attention to detail. Seams on wall panels did not line up, fixtures did not match, and the caulking looked like a child had used a caulk gun for the first time. The finished product also just looks cheap. Don’t be fooled by the pictures from the salesman. Craftsmanship and pride in the work was non-existent and customer service completely ignored. We were burned and bad. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

Robert was easy to work with and willing to take on all of my special request. Our work only extended through the planing and design phase, but he managed all the details well. I was able to speak face to face with the project architect, and he worked with the City of Mesa historical district to complete all permits(they are a pain). Overall I was pleased with the communication, design and planning that occurred during my project planing phases.

Renovation and Design Concepts transformed my dated and unattractive kitchen into a beautiful, contemporary and functional heart-of-the-home. The RDC Gals worked with me at every strategic point. They designed a new countertop layout to include a functional eat-in bar. They showed me dozens of options for countertops and backsplashes. Helping me avoid distraction by shining objects they guided my selections to please my own design sense and optimizing the value of my home. The renovation included some drywall work, and included a re-do of my stair case. I highly recommend their service. From the quality of the workmanship to their keen eye for finishing touches, Renovation and Design Concepts fully met my expectations for quality, value and aesthetics. Can't wait to do my master bath!

I would strongly suggest that you avoid Diamond Granite and Remolding at all cost. My experience with Diamond Granite and, Daniel Dubei, the owner was an unmitigated disaster from start to finish. For example:

Inordinate wait for product preparation and installation.

When the product finally arrived on installation day the measurements were way off - nothing fit. Either the laser measurements, fabrication, of both, were way off.

The installers were still in my house at 9:00 PM on installation day attempting to make the prefabricated pieces fit.

the bar quartz top was so bad measurement wise that it had to be returned to their shop and completely remade. The excuse was that they were supplied the wrong sink template. Disgraceful and total lack of attention to detail.

It took ten days for them to return and complete the installation. Countless Tucson Granite and Quartz kitchen countertop ads guarantee tear out and complete installation in one day.

I was without a kitchen for the entire ten day period.

They installed particle board on top of my cabinets after the old granite countertops were removed which was thick to the point that it is now exposed under the lip of the newly installed quartz countertops. Disastrous preplanning on Diamond's part which resulted in a very poor outcome that will have to be addressed with exposed moldings. Zero attention to detail again.

My original sinks were porcelain over cast. They were replaced with synthetic sinks in the new quartz. A step down for sure. Mr. Dubei's response is that the synthetic sinks have a lifetime warranty which I was never supplied with in writing and I wouldn't trust his word at this point with all that has transpired to date.

The oversize bar sink that was installed didn't take into consideration the outside the cabinet garbage disposal switch which is now hanging exposed on the side of the bar cabinets. It will have to be moved to another safe location and I'm still left with the hole in the cabinet that the switch used to occupy. Again, disastrous preplanning and complete lack of attention to detail.

I notified Mr. Dubei, in writing, that he was, under no circumstances, to charge my credit card with the remaining cost due until he and I agreed, in writing, what reasonable compensation would be for the corrections that still need to be made (exposed particle board, re-locating the electric and making provisions for the hole in my bar cabinets) along with the inordinate delay completing what was no more than a one day job and me being without a kitchen for 10 days. He never communicated and definitely charged my credit card when he was expressly told, in writing, not to.

It was my mistake to not take the time read the inordinate amount of one star ratings and blistering critiques Diamond Granite and Remolding and Mr. Dubei have garnered over time. If I had, I would have been duly forewarned and avoided the grief I experienced employing
Diamond Granite and Remolding and Mr. Dubei.

My advice would be to read Diamond's and Mr. Dubei's ratings and critiques on the various contractor review sites very carefully. You will quickly see little attention to detail and preplanning on their part along with the complete disregard for customer satisfaction.
