Phoenix Home Remodeling recently completed the remodel of our guest and master bath rooms. We are extremely pleased with the quality of their work, their attention to detail and the professionalism displayed by every person (plumbers, tile setters, counter installers, shower doors and glass team, etc.) who worked on our project.
Jeremy and Mark were great to work with and provided an exceptional level of customer service. Remodels are always late and over-budget. I am sure you have heard that before. That summarizes our experience. We remodeled our floors, kitchen and bathroom. They were not cheap, end product was good but way over-budget, late and full of surprises. We made our selections and signed our lives away in March 2019, the project was completed in October 2019. We decided to finance the project, the sales rep indicated we would not need to provide a downpayment so we signed our lives away. A few months later the owner contacted us and indicated we needed to pay a 30% downpayment so that they could place the order. 30%!!!!!!!!

If they actually worked every business day this project would have taken 1 month.

Would I hire them again? NO
Would I go through a remodel again? NO

Where do I begin? After beginning and extensive, full gut remodel, my G.C. left me high and dry with a demolished home and ran off with most of my money. Juan and his crew swooped in like the Avengers to save the day, not only finishing the job, but doing so with better quality than I would have gotten from the original G.C. I could list many positive adjectives to describe Juan as a person and as a professional but I'll give you the main one: INTEGRITY! That's right, INTEGRITY, a characteristic sorely lacking among the General Contracting industry. Juan is that needle in the haystack; that diamond in the ruff; the guy you call when you want it done right and at a fair price. The math is simple: G&C Construction = Piece of Mind!

Getting my drywall repaired in my bathroom and garage was easy once I called this company. I first had an appointment for one of their team members who came over and took some pictures. Later the same day I received an estimate that was reasonable considering the amount of work that needed to be done. We had our bathtub replaced with a walk-in shower. We are so glad we went with re-bath because they did an awesome job. The shower installation was done on-time, the installer was careful and kept the work area clean and the results are beautiful.

did not give a quote on time but kept our $5000 deposit against which we got nothing - no estimate, no design, no drawing and no permit. they said just to show up they charge that much.

We had flooding at our house and needed immediate reconstruction as an outside wall was removed. Reuben was easily reached, responsive and sent a crew out to complete our reconstruction right away. The work was excellent quality. We were very happy with the work Matador Construction did and enjoyed working with Reuben!
