Have been a member of the Comfort Club over five years was told when you purchase an air conditioner would receive 10-15% discount did not. Told in 2019 if bought a new air conditioner would be $7000 if waited until 2020 would be $9000. In September 2019 had a technician come because being a member of the Comfort Club a technician comes out once every six months to check your air conditioner unit. Before even looking at my unit was trying to sell a new one since mine was eleven years old. Told me for $9000 would have to finance a month would be one hundred dollars never brought into my house a tablet. He said has been working in air conditioning for twelve years & knows about them. I was telling him how in my kitchen only small vent for the air to come thru hot in there at times he told me about a unit where it cools off the entire house each room. I did not say I wanted that unit he never asked. He never showed me three different quotes for different units. Only sells Trane. He then told me would be higher than one hundred dollars a month more like one hundred forty. The next week the finance company sent a bill showing that it was for eight years with paying back eight thousand dollars in interest. This was never told to me. I called the finance company was told the unit purchased was eleven thousand dollars! I called SMW told them I wanted the unit to be removed. Was told the manager would call back in twenty minutes. About half hour later Wayne called asking me what did I want. Told him was never told that I was purchasing an eleven thousand dollar air conditioner & would never have said yes to that! Wayne said he had talked to the technician that sold me the unit and showed me three different prices on his tablet. Told Wayne the technician only showed me the unit app on his phone with the temperature set. Wayne asked me what I wanted told him wanted to pay $9000 since that was the price I was told. Wayne told me he could not give me that unit for that price he would be loosing two thousand dollars. Wayne told me he needed to think about this and when was a good time to call me back to discuss this. Said tomorrow but Wayne said he was in Texas for a meeting and would next Wednesday be good to call to discuss this at nine o'clock in the morning. Said yes Wayne said talk to you then. The following Wednesday came and went Wayne never called back. I feel that I was totally taken advantage of ! Thought the customer was always right not with this company ! Want to warn consumers especially women about this company. There is absolutely no advantage to belonging to the Comfort Club I learned just lies about saving money.

The work was not done at my house but at friends and saw the progress. In the beginning they were nice but as items thebut once the job started it was different. The bathroom remodeling issues, the tile in the shower has cracked, the shower head is to low not for average person height, the towel rack n toilet paper holder has had to be replaced since what they installed fell out. The ac and duct work after installed the house was warmer on one side trying to get them put was a process in itself but each time they came they said everything is fine n was trying to upsell nsaying they need an additional unit. They had another company cone out and was told the wrong installation was installed, duct wrong was incorrect. I would not recommend this company at all and would give negative stars if possible.
