Best Building Design in Phoenix AZ

My family lives in one of the historic districts of Phoenix. We had Homework Remodels convert our old garage into a guestroom. The work entailed adding a bathroom, plumbing, electric, storage. Steve and his team did a fantastic job and I would highly recommend him for any work.

True professionals, everything was right on time they were reliable we put off doing the kitchen and bathroom remodel just because of the headache of dealing with non-professionals and contractors who will take your deposit and show up whenever it’s convenient for them and take weeks longer than they anticipated we have had night contractor stories In the past... I won’t use or recommend anyone besides the HOLTZMAN FAMILY!

The team at ArDan has been wonderful to deal with. They helped me with a project that had an extremely short time frame (2 weeks),involved many different trades and lots of small tasks. They always responded with a positive attitude and was extremely conscientious and thorough, following up on all details. They made sure to get everything done on time and the results were outstanding. I cannot thank them enough...They made what seemed to be a daunting task look easy... This was actually because of their outstanding organizational skills and work behind the scenes ....and through it all- Always pleasant and always professional. I would highly recommend ArDan and have now engaged them in a monthly service contract for the property.

They installed floating cabinets in a bathroom that I remodelled. A very timely and professional manner. The owners are very happy. They said it was an excellent job I have a great team. I wouldn't have been able to make it come together without the whole team. Cornerstone cabinets was a part of the team.

His overall design from the initial rendering to the final build out was outstanding! The fact that Atelier507 provides full project integration -- from design to full contractor services and project management -- made the process efficient and convenient. Bobby listened to what we wanted, was receptive to feedback, and the project was on time and done within our agreed upon budget. His team was professional, reliable, extremely hardworking, and kept the workspace tidy throughout the duration of the project, which we very much appreciated. After months of looking for a contractor that I felt I could trust and understood my taste to remodel my master bathroom I found Spicegirls. Loved the concept that they are a women run business. I do not live in the US at this time and in so all of our decisions, pictures ect. were done virtually. I was updated regularly. My bathroom has turned out beautifully. Highly recommend.

Working with Eric to select the perfect cabinets was a great experience. He took a lot of time to show us different styles and colors until we landed on the perfect design. He went above and beyond to help us find the perfect cabinets and matching accessories. The cabinets are much higher quality than other manufacturers I was looking at for the same price. I would definitely recommend Authentic Custom Cabinetry!

123 Remodeling team did a great job on my fairly large kitchen project. They remodeled a very dated kitchen, and I couldn't be more pleased with the results and the experience. Their team is outstanding: professional and responsive. Their designer provided great guidance and was wonderful to work with. Project manager, Ben, kept all running smoothly and handled any and all of my questions. I now have a kitchen I can really enjoy. I highly recommend them!

The Luxury Remodels Company gets a five-star rating for their budget-friendly remodel services. We hired them to revamp our outdated kitchen and are satisfied with their outstanding services.

Had them out for 2 bids on different projects
1st bid- kitchen, came in 8k below other vendors but had limited cabinet selection so we opted elsewhere. Salesman was very nice

2nd bid- extension to home, asked for same salesman and was told he no longer worked there, no big deal, send the next guy. New guy shows up, asks lots of questions about the project and asks where budget needs to be. I give him a range and he leaves. Calls me that afternoon and refuses to give me the price over the phone, insists we meet in person. Arrives at 630am instead of 7 (called me at 615 to tell me he would be early). Shows up with a bid that is 23k above what I told him I needed to be at to even consider the job.

Keeps asking me what would it take to get the work after I tell him that's not affordable and we already had a better bid. Salesman then insists on questioning the other contractor and his qualifications rather than re-examining his numbers. Finally, he leaves (no mask on during either visits during the peak of COVID).

Calls me later to tell me him and the boss accidentally added a fee 2x and would now be 8k cheaper, but still over by 15k. Still not interested. His boss calls immediately after and leaves a voicemail asking for a run down of the other contractors bid because it's bizarre someone is cheaper.

Didn't hire them for either project and ended up blocking the salesman because he wouldn't take no for an answer.

Leaving 2 stars because the first experience was great and price was competitive.

I'm trying to get a quote. But got hung up on. Not a good experience.
