Best Building Design in Phoenix AZ

I am very pleased with Howard Air. We had our HVAC system replaced with a new Trane gas furnace and AC. Several things were installed incorrectly with the old system, including ductwork, drainage system and drain pan, outdated electrical box. These were all corrected with custom fitted ductwork, new drain lines and a larger custom made drain pan, new electrical box and conduit for the AC outside. Kyle and Terrence came and worked patiently in the rain all day. They were very careful not to track any dirt through the house and put canvas tarps over all my new carpet.They worked steadily all day and were polite and pleasant.At the end of the day they cleaned everything up and vacuumed the floors. They removed all the old system and new packaging materials.Scott did a great job helping us select a system and informing us of all the features.They communicated well and came on time and did what they promised to do. Great company!

Scheduled maintenance was easy to schedule and I didn't have to wait more than 4-5 day's for the tech to come to our home.

Not something that was normal.

This was by far the easiest phone call I have ever made regarding my roof top water cooler. The gentleman I spoke with was extremely helpful and helped me to find all the part numbers I needed to get my cooler up and running for the summer. He was quick and explained things to me in a way that was easy to understand. Your customer service is superb!! My parts were delivered to me in just 2 days,exactly like he said they would be, and my cooler was ready the next day!! I'm so glad I found this company for all my cooler needs and at a great price! The work was not done at my house but at friends and saw the progress. In the beginning they were nice but as items thebut once the job started it was different. The bathroom remodeling issues, the tile in the shower has cracked, the shower head is to low not for average person height, the towel rack n toilet paper holder has had to be replaced since what they installed fell out. The ac and duct work after installed the house was warmer on one side trying to get them put was a process in itself but each time they came they said everything is fine n was trying to upsell nsaying they need an additional unit. They had another company cone out and was told the wrong installation was installed, duct wrong was incorrect. I would not recommend this company at all and would give negative stars if possible.
