My system went down about 7 PM. I called for service and the Tech Joel, was at my house in less than two hours. He diagnosed the problem as a bad run capacitor and had the problem fixed in less than 1/2 hour.
Excellent job and the service agreement was well worth the cost.

We had an excellent experience with Green ID. David's crew was very friendly. We had duct sealing, additional insulation added and window screens added. Their work was thorough and the air seems like it has run less. I am very interested in seeing the bills this summer. I certainly recommend the energy assessment to see what may be worth

I work with this company, barely started and honestly it’s one of the best jobs I had so far. This company has a lot of pride of their work and aren’t willing to do anything unless it’s done right. The work was not done at my house but at friends and saw the progress. In the beginning they were nice but as items thebut once the job started it was different. The bathroom remodeling issues, the tile in the shower has cracked, the shower head is to low not for average person height, the towel rack n toilet paper holder has had to be replaced since what they installed fell out. The ac and duct work after installed the house was warmer on one side trying to get them put was a process in itself but each time they came they said everything is fine n was trying to upsell nsaying they need an additional unit. They had another company cone out and was told the wrong installation was installed, duct wrong was incorrect. I would not recommend this company at all and would give negative stars if possible.
