Shower install was performed by the very good team of Joseph T and Blake K. Very personable, and made sure I understood everything their were going to do and asked for clarification things like type of caulk , positioning of hardware. They were more concerned about doing the job right than getting it done. Very meticulous and attention to detail. Highly recommend Dreamstyle, Joseph and Blake.

Allure Bath came recommended to us from a business associate who recently had a bathroom remolded and it was beautiful! We met with John who was very friendly an accommodating to our busy schedule and came up with a very fair and competitive price. The proposal was very easy to understand and we paid what was quoted NO HIDDEN COST!! Now we have a INCREDIBLE master bath to enjoy daily! Such a wonderful feeling with my budgeting family! Mike the onsite manager was very family friendly and kept me completely informed on work and progress. The work done in a timely matter and cleanliness of the crew was a absolute blessing. I'm a repeat customer with Holtzman Home Improvement. They remodeled my kitchen last year, and now we're just finishing up a master bath remodel. For both projects I'm happy to say that I am very satisfied with their work.

Before deciding to work with the Holtzmans, my wife and I did some research, called in an architect, and asked several contractors to offer bids. What finally stood out with Danny and Brandon, and really what made us decide to work with them above any other contractor, was their ability to take a design approach from the start. Understanding design aspects of any remodel (as I've learned from Rick, their lead designer) is crucial. For both our kitchen and bath we found that the right design helped ensure we got what we expected (aesthetically) and that things stayed within the budget we set for ourselves.

Another interesting feature of Holtzman Home Improvement is their staff. They have their own employees for most jobs ; plumbing, carpentry, tile, etc. My wife and I liked this very much because it insured a high-level of quality and a group of workers that did not change throughout the project. All the people who work at Holtzman are steadfast professionals and did a great job.

Now for anyone who thinks that any well-planned home improvement project is impervious to mistakes, let me say that such is not the case. Some problems will, without a doubt, emerge. And whenever a problem presented itself, Danny and Brandon were always very honest about it, and worked with me to find a good resolution. If the wrong tile was laid down, they simply removed it. In other cases we had to endure some overages in order to resolve the issue. However if I had to pay a bit more to get what I and my wife wanted, we were always satisfied with the solution and found the final outcome better than expected. In some cases, the problem actually forced a solution that was superior to the original plan.

Finally the online project management system that Brandon set up is great. Not only does it show the schedule and upcoming work, but it helps document overages which is an important part of any project. I think this kind of system represents icing on the cake because bigger projects are complex and need exactly this sort of tight oversight.

So in the end, would I use the Holtzmanns on my next project? The answer is very much yes.

Two men came for work and they cleaned up as soon as every section was completed. They had the kitchen cleaned up and the parts were ready for installation. They showed professional behavior and were very responsive. Highly recommended.

Jacuzzi Bath installed a new shower in our manufactured home after a few companies refused the work. They were very careful, laid plastic over everything for protection during the demolition and did an excellent job installing the new shower. We were able to make choices for our design. Manny, Gavin, George, and Brandon were very cordial, thorough and pleasant to work with along with our salesman, Josh.

Sent a request for a shower rennovation quote on their website. A few days later I get an email telling me they only work in the north valley, citing east valley cities they wont do work like Gilbert, Mesa, etc. I respond with my location in the west valley-not sure if I’m “north” enough for them but either way I expected at least the courtesy of a response of either they wont work in my area or they will. A week later, still no response. Also, when they first responded they said their first opportunity for a quote would be Feb 20, 3 weeks out from my request. I guess they don’t need the work. Wouldn’t hire them now just for being rude and unprofessional.

I had a great experience with Rebath. I was referred by a friend and very pleased with the professionalism and presentation presented to me by Mike Fattaleh. Mike was on time, prepared and answered all my questions about the process to remodel my bathrooms. I liked that the quote for the job was presented to me at the time of the initial meeting and samples were shown to me for the products that they offer. I was in the process of getting pricing from other contractors and he is the first one to show up on time and give me a price for my job. Although I have not moved forward with my remodel at this time I will be using re-bath when I am ready. I feel like they will deliver what they present with no surprises at the end of the job. I highly recommend Re-Bath and Mike Fattaleh to anyone looking to have their bathrooms or kitchen redone. I can’t wait to have them do my job for me!

We purchased a beautiful slab of granite and they installed it. we absolutely loved it and the overall experience was great. Everyone that came by to measure and install were courteous, professional and clean.

I am so upset to have to post this. ABA did a great job with the remodel of my house. HOWEVER when the baseboards fell off my kitchen cabinets 16 months later Joe did not respond to any of my texts to come and help repair the work. I CANNOT in good faith recommend this company. His counterpart when I used them was Rob Personale and he was amazing! He left and I could not be more disappointed. I was going to use them to do my bathrooms this summer but they do not stand behind the quality of their work. He was recommended by a friend and even she would NEVER recommend ABQ again. Nothing was done when it was supposed to be and I was quiet about it when it was being done. If it wasn’t for Rob things never would have been completed. I feel my kitchen was cheaply put together and I will be using someone else going forward

I used Home Makeover Creations to remodel two bathrooms in my home. The entire team did a great job. They showed up on time. Worked hard, cleaned up and completed the project quickly as scheduled. Jeromie alway went the extra mile to explain and helped with selection of materials that were used. In the end I have 2 beautiful bathrooms that I always get complements on. I had a water leak in the kitchen. Did not know who to go with. Someone told me about Acuity. After meeting with Ken I decided to get my entire house remodeled. I have a brand new house! Working with the insurance was a nightmare! Ken worked with the insurance and got my tile covered. I had water damage under the tile and the insurance was refusing to cover it. My existing walk-in shower developed a crack in the corner grout after only about two years following my new-build house being completed. The water had been slowly leaking into the connecting wall, causing the baseboard to bubble and discolor. At that point, I was adamant about replacing the whole thing with a groutless design, and having everything done right the first time. I researched three different companies to remodel my whole shower area. AZ BathMasters won the bid due to their reputation for quality, but they also came out on top in overall value. Both of the other companies offered inferior-quality materials, with one of them quoting an estimate significantly above AZ BathMasters' price. It was an easy decision. And AZ BathMasters didn't disappoint. What an excellent team with great synergy. Scotty was right there at the start of the job and throughout to ensure the integrity of the design--he prevented me from making a pretty significant mistake in what I had originally envisioned, and even offered some other design modifications that improved the overall aesthetics even more! Matt and his team performed the actual work, and I couldn't be more pleased with the level of care, expertise, and workmanship. Matt himself realized, right in time before implementing it, that there was one element of the design that should be adjusted to make it even better--and Scotty concurred. Make no mistake, this team is at the top of their game. With that said, I always like to offer some feedback on how to make the whole experience even better, and as a few others have pointed out, perhaps more contact between the original time of estimate and when the actual work begins would help address any concerns customers may have (especially if the estimated start date is going to be a bit off for whatever reason). Otherwise, I strongly recommend this company to perform the work you have in mind with the quality you would expect.

Wow. I can't say enough about this company and their employees. From the very first meeting I knew my research had paid off. Eric and Angela helped me pick out details and style when I was unsure but were never pushy. They were also incredibly accommodating with my crazy work schedule. Steve the project manager was great and I always had him as a point of contact if I had any questions. And Oscar and Blake were incredible workers. They let me know every day when they were on their way and when they had left. And they cleaned after every single day. If I ever move or need another remodel they will be my first call. After working with other remodel companies and big box stores, I learned my lesson the hard way...Retro Pro is the way to go!! Do yourself a favor and call them. You won't regret it!
