Remodeling is such a daunting concept...until you meet the guys at Phoenix Home Remodeling. From the initial conversation, we were made to feel that our vision didn’t seem too far fetched after all! We gave them a long wish list and they took the time to provide the quote for each item allowing us to proritize. The quote left no room for big surprises. They were always accessible which is very helpful to anxious homeowners! What was even more impressive was how neat they left the work area each day. One of the many indications they really care about each home they touch. Thank you, Jeremy, Ben and Mark (in no particular order ?) and to your crew for everything! We are so happy with the care you gave our home and for the many extras you did just because.

From start to finish my husband and I are very pleased with John and his crew. Everyone was prompt, courteous, detailed oriented & efficient. I always received a prompt response from John or Michael to any questions that I had. We had both bathrooms remodeled at the same time, so it was important that the bathroom project was done in the time we agreed upon. Allure met every expectation with a A+ rating! POOR COMMUNICATION!!!! The quality of the work is great, when workers eventually do respond. The company fails tremendously at communicating schedule updates and changes. I have asked from the beginning of the project for a schedule to completion and am lucky if I can get them to commit to 2 consecutive days. I was quoted a 3-4 month project duration and am currently on month 6 with no end in sight. I've gone through 4 job superintendents (5 if you include the owner himself) and have had a very disheartening experience with this remodel. I will never recommend this company!

Paul and the team from Neoteric Builders are extremely professional and great communicators. They were willing to work around our schedule to get our kitchen remodel completed in the shortest amount of time. They told us what to expect every day and delivered on that promise.

After the remediation, no one could ever guess that the place was demolished a few hours ago. Their services genuinely need recognition.

We went in on Friday 7/10 to look at quartz counter tops and back splash. Both employees were very nice and helpful. We were asked to send our kitchen dimensions and pictures so they can give us an estimate. They would be able to send an estimate by the end of the following week . We went home and sent them immediately. We waited until Friday afternoon 7/17 and finally called them. We were told the designer hasn't looked at them yet and will be in later. It is now Tuesday 7/21 and we still have not heard back. Lack of communication or maybe our job is too small?

Ardan has completed multiple large and small projects over the years at our home and they are always responsive, effective, respectful and professional; they are great.

Very good to work with and very good service. Cost was more than we anticipated but reasonable compared to others.

After Ben did a fantastic job remodeling our daughter's kitchen, we hired him to remodel our kitchen and great room. This project involved removing a fireplace as well as some walls, and replacing floor tile throughout. Ben was easy to work with and highly dependable. He coordinated with our kitchen designer and communicated with us every step of the way. We were very pleased with Ben and hope to hire him again in the future.

We purchased counter tops for our master and hall bathrooms. Josh and his assistant showed up on time were and immediately got to work. During the time they were in our home they conducted themselves professionally and communicated well about the work being done. A few days later I discovered an issue with the counter in the hall bathroom. It sat too low and didn’t allow the top drawers to open. I notified Superior Stone and spoke with May. She assured me Josh would be out the following day to address it. As promised he showed up and corrected the issue. Due to the customer service and professionalism of everyone at Superior Stone I recommend them to anyone wanting to purchase their products and services.
