I can’t say enough wonderful things about Phoenix Home Remodeling! I love my new bathroom. The whole team is incredibly professional, and each person on it excels in their area of expertise. Jeremy has established a wonderful system and provides so much valuable information and I love the software system he uses. I always felt well-informed, and my questions and requests were responded to quickly. Jason, the Designer, took my few ideas and came up with a design that was both beautiful and highly functional. The guys who did the work – Ben, Mark, Garin and all of the others - worked so hard, their work was perfection, and before they left every day, the area was clean and organized. I’ve heard of people so tired of having workers in their house and problems associated with remodels, but these guys were so great, professional and the whole process was so easy and went so fast! Awful. Guy shows up first day to clear a slow draining sink, no tools or ladder. Matter of fact, no work truck. Looks at sink and says yep, it's slow to drain. I'll have to come back tomorrow to snake it. Comes back the next day, no tools or work truck. Wanders around my house for 15 mins and says the stoppage is at the main and my warranty co doesn't cover it then leaves. The most unprofessional professional I've ever had the pleasure of meeting. Good luck with this company, you're going to need it.

We recently completed a full tear-out kitchen and master bath replacement with Homework Remodels in our mid-century home (built 1957). It was the second major project on which we engaged Steve Shinn and company. The first was about ten years ago for an addition to our home that added an office/bedroom, laundry room, garage extension, new roof, painting and changes to front and rear patios.

Doing such an extensive project that involved all trades gave us the opportunity to really get to know Steve, the quality of work from his team, and the way he runs his business. Needless to say, we were very satisfied and had no hesitation calling Homework Remodels for this latest project.

We were very pleased to see that Steve was not only still in business following the recession that clobbered so many local companies, but actually had grown his business over that time. Knowing that Steve takes a long-term approach to managing his business, and having seen his dedication to customer satisfaction, we were not surprised to see that Homework Remodels flourished. We had uncertainties about other contracting firms, so we went with the one we knew and with whom we already had a good experience. We had confidence in Homework Remodels, so it was a pretty easy decision.

One of the changes we found, that was of great value to us, is that Steve now had an in-house designer, Sheila, whose experience and expertise was obvious from our first meeting. It made tackling such a large project a much more comfortable experience. Sheila provided a lot of information on materials, fixtures, and design, and told us where to find more on our own.

The Homework team provided guidance every step of the way and did a great job. I would recommend them for their quality of work and great customer service.

Norm was so helpful! He made sure I had what I needed even though it took much longer than anyone expected. Water heater replaced and hot water restored! Thank you again, Norm!

After Ben did a fantastic job remodeling our daughter's kitchen, we hired him to remodel our kitchen and great room. This project involved removing a fireplace as well as some walls, and replacing floor tile throughout. Ben was easy to work with and highly dependable. He coordinated with our kitchen designer and communicated with us every step of the way. We were very pleased with Ben and hope to hire him again in the future.

I was very happy with the installation of my walk-in tub and the professional work done. Derek and his team were prompt, polite and clean. I had no mess to deal with during or after. I love the convenience of bathing in my tub.

Doug was reliable and informative . The installer kept in touch and stayed in contact throughout the install. I'm very satisfied with the install of my shower and the quality of the work and the product.

Redemption Renovations painted our entire home and did an amazing job at a reasonable rate. They are hard-working, thorough and reliable. Many businesses state they are customer focused, but Adam and crew truly mean it. Calls are always returned and questions answered. I would highly recommend this business for any painting, remodeling or cabinet refinishing needs you may have!

Cameron B and Cesar V came and did our bathtub reminder and tub to shower remodel. They were prompt and hard working and did a beautiful job. The tub is beautiful upstairs and is so much more insulated. It used to be so noisy in the master bedroom when the kids took showers and now it is so quiet! We love the new shower downstairs as well! Both beautiful and well made. Plus the lifetime warranty is amazing!

I have a tiled master shower walkin with a pan leak. I liked what I read on their website about how they conduct business and most important, how they build their showers. I called week one, no answer-left a message. I called week two, left a message. Week three, nothing. No call back, nothing. I don’t get it but I’m guessing they don’t need the work. Too bad, they were number one on my list. Moving on.

Had the old shower removed and replaced new shower with glass wall and door. Professional job done by both shower and glass guys. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 was told a week to 10 days for glass and door for shower, took 3 weeks. But when they gave a time and date they were there and cleaned up everything when finished. I would recommend AZ bath good job guys and thanks.

Xtra Mile was comunicative, and easy to work with. Work was finished before their timeline and looks great. We had them install a new tile shower that is perfect. Tile and drywall in our worship. They even painted. It has been a pleasure working with them.
