Best Residential Home Remodeling in Phoenix AZ

Homework Remodels remodeled our kitchen, backyard, patio, and two bathrooms. They restored our second-story balcony when its floor leaked. Their work was excellent. Steve Shinn designed the kitchen and the patio. We have been completely satisfied.

We couldn't be happier with our bathroom remodel by Phoenix Home Remodeling. They nailed my vision to a tee and made a process which is usually unorganized, stressful and unpleasant all around, into a breeze. From start to finish they answered any questions that came up, gave us advice on finishes, showed up daily on time and was in constant communication with us about the project. To top it all off, they finished our project early! Who doesn't like that! All in all a complete win with this company. Thank you Phoenix Home Remodeling!

We hired Holtzman a year ago to do 3 large projects in our home. We remodeled our bathroom and included a steam unit, added cabinetry throughout the house, and added a nice shiplap accent wall and fireplace in our family room. I want to give a shout out to Will, the supervisor, who took this project under his wing and made sure every detail was covered and the job was done right from the beginning. I couldn't be happier about how things turned out and we are loving everything they did. If I have more projects, I am calling Holtzman and you should too! If you get Will as your supervisor, that is a huge bonus!

Paul was great! We worked with Neoteric Builders to remodel a kitchen in a home we recently purchased. He is trustworthy, his prices were fair, he was knowledgeable, and responsive, and worked quickly. He left the job site clean and he worked with us to give us the kitchen of our dreams. I was in a tough spot with a roof leak that destroyed my old laminate counter top and a few cabinets. Insurance did not help much and money was tight. Anthony made me realize that now is the time to do it correct. We found the right cabinets and counter tops for a unbelievable price. The service and attention to detail was exceptional!!!

Once again ArDan did excellent work for us. We used their repair and maintenance service to take care of several BINSR items that came up as we sold our home. The ArDan team did the work quickly with the highest quality we have come to expect from them. I would highly recommend both their construction and repair/maintenance services.

We hired A-Z Granite to remodel basically our entire home. I have to say they have exceeded my expectations! My home is flawless! Veny and his team was pleasure to work with. The entire process went very smooth from start to finish. I loved that they paid attention to the small details. From countertop to fire place to floors! Very professional and the quality of their work is amazing! Highly recommend.

We hired Ben from Champion to remodel our newly purchased home. He did a superb job, and was a pleasure to work with. His crew was professional, clean, punctual, and completed the project on schedule. Ben and his crew are true craftsmen, and if your looking for a contractor that doesn't cut any corners and does incredible work you need to hire Ben.

I recently had Granite Transformations install a new countertop and backsplash for me in my kitchen and from start to finish, everything was great! Tony, the salesman, was honest and easy to work with, while the installers Chad and Tino did a great job on the install. The price was more than fair, compared to others. I definitely recommend them!

We just completed our whole house remodeling done by Elodia, and her Son Ivan. We cant say enough on how efficient they were the whole crew that was involved were very perfectional! We ran into a few snags but they were quick to make everything right!
They gave us great design options and yet listened to our ideas as well! I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for remodeling of any kind! Great people skills!!

After months of looking for a contractor that I felt I could trust and understood my taste to remodel my master bathroom I found Spicegirls. Loved the concept that they are a women run business. I do not live in the US at this time and in so all of our decisions, pictures ect. were done virtually. I was updated regularly. My bathroom has turned out beautifully. Highly recommend.

I had them remodel our bathroom, replacing our old fiberglass shower/tub with a modern and save walk-in shower.

Hired this company to do my stores flooring, and it turned out better than I imagined! I get asked all the time who did the floors where did you get this and I always send them here! Will hire again for my next store remodel.

I can’t say enough good things about Jose’ Granda and Graco Home remodeling. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was done efficiently and to our liking. Every time my wife and I walk into our newly refaced kitchen we find a spot to sit down and simply enjoy the beauty of it, we do not want to leave it. No kidding, and hyperbole aside, the kitchen refacing by Better Than New Kitchen was a game-changer for our home. Now I know why this company is booked 2 months in advance. The installation crew were top-notch artisans and from the moment they stepped into our home I could see by their work ethic, and interaction with each other, that they knew what they were doing. They’re a very detailed, talented and knowledgeable team. Also, the owner of the company (Dan Oldejans) was very accommodating with us and gave us valuable suggestions on the refacing. Dan is very proactive and it is obvious that he has a lot of pride and camaraderie with his installation team. You would be remiss not to take a serious look at Better Than New Kitchens the next time you’re looking for a top-notch kitchen refacing company.
