Best Refinishing Projects in Phoenix AZ

My wife and I are so happy to share our experience we had with Dreamstyle Remodeling of Phoenix. We have been wanting this remodel for about eight years. We had a one but shower stall and a soaker tub in our master bath. We never used the tub, and the shower, well kept banging into the wall every time we turned around. We were so fortunate to have Sean and Beth Murphy as our installers. To start with they were here when they said they would be, they called first. Next, they went through the entire process with us, about how the shower stall and tub would be taken out. They also had to take out a window where one shower wall would be. We chose to have the window removed, as opposed to just putting a wall over it. Always a possibility of mold. They had to reroute some pipes, frame the new shower where the tub had been, put extra framing in where grab bars would be, which my wife needed. Sean and Beth always made sure we knew what they were doing. Really, they were just like family. It was such a pleasure working with them. The transformation was incredible. They also had my wife stand in the shower area to be sure the grab bar placements were right for her, as well as the bench seat height. Just a super job. I would be remiss if I didn't mention the great job the two person crew did on putting stucco where the window had been. After texturing, you would never know anything had been there. Sean replaced the sheetrock in the old shower area and made sure it was ready for me to texture and paint. I recommend the company and especially the install team of Sean and Beth, to anyone who wants a real first class installation.Mike and Jeanette

I selected Holtzman out of a large group of local companies as they seemed to have the best understanding and appreciation of what I wanted done, and were within price expectations. Rob Hardee was my Project Manager and my go to person.

The scope of work was as follows. The previous owner of my house enclosed the patio into an additional room but made some decisions that made is susceptible to water. The room flooded during the massive rain back in 2014. Since then we were keeping it clean but unused until we could afford to repair.

When it came time to repair we knew we wanted two things, raise the floor to the same height as the rest of the house, and remove concrete on the side of the house that was higher than the room. Most companies wither wanted to repair in place and not raise the room or do a full demo of everything. Rob Hardee was open to some alternatives recommended by friends of mine in the industry, he carefully considered the the options and we went with what I felt was the best option.

We did not overrun budget with the exception of a small amount on tile as the cost of tile we picked was higher than the estimate. With the refinancing boom we came to the table expecting that many construction companies were going to be stretched thin, but Rob was responsive to questions and communicative throughout the whole process so we were not concerned.

Absolutely will use HHI again when I have more remodeling to do.

Paul was great! We worked with Neoteric Builders to remodel a kitchen in a home we recently purchased. He is trustworthy, his prices were fair, he was knowledgeable, and responsive, and worked quickly. He left the job site clean and he worked with us to give us the kitchen of our dreams. ArDan came to our home to fix some issues (including a leak of unknown origin) after our original remodeling company failed on several occasions to do so.

We worked with Ron specifically from ArDan. Ron easily figured out what was wrong in regard to our leak when several others at Patterson Remodeling could not. He always showed up on time and as promised. Ron was quick to come up with a plan of action, how much it would cost, as well as schedule a time for it to be completed.

Ron was extremely kind and professional. He has such a talent for the work he does and his experience and love for his job truly shine through. His professionalism was exhibited through his communication, respect for our home, children and pets. His talent and experience is evident in the finished work.

The way care was taken when prepping the job site and throughout the job itself was above and beyond what we had hoped for.

Also, I wanted to comment on ArDan's office staff as well. I had the pleasure of speaking with Taylor and Connie. They were very professional, courteous and prompt.

Overall ArDan is an exceptional company! Honest, trustworthy, experienced, kind, professional and cost effective.

Our experience with Just Remodel! was fantastic. Don was amazing and helped us through every aspect of our Master Bathroom remodel. He was so accommodating with everything whether it was giving us advice on finishings or cost concerns, they were always on time and communicated their schedule to us every day. They were also super conscientious about taking care of our home and our dogs. We heard so many horror stories about hiring a contractor, but Don was just a dream. and the work his craftsman, Mike, did on our bathroom is just unbelievable. They are both true professionals and amazing craftsmen who turned our master bathroom into exactly what we envisioned! Best experience ever! The sales representative was very thorough & professional. The installation team was amazing, on time both days 7:00 am, very proficient and excellent craftsmanship. We love our new bathtub and the artistic details that went into the construction.

I read the great reviews on here and yelp and contacted them on June 1st to get a quote. Dan asked for a sketch on June 1st and I provided him with that. On June 4th I followed up to see if he was going to be able to provide us with a quote. He did get back the same day and say he would provide a quote to us later that same day but still got nothing from him. I understand people get busy but find it very unprofessional that he can not even respond back to let me know and even originally I have always had to be the one to follow up. They may do great work but obviously are too busy now or our project is too small. Either way it is bad customer service and not professional.

Shawn installed my 50 kitchen cabinet pulls and did an amazing job. He was very kind and professional. I am very pleased with his work. I would definitely recommend Kitchen Tune-Up!

Garth and staff were excellent. They went above and beyond to make our kitchen gorgeous! They were able to repair our dog chewed corners, replace a water damaged pony wall and had an amazing granite guy to do our counter tops. If anything wasn’t to our satisfaction Garth immediately addressed the issue and fixed it.
