The firm is excellent in every aspect of the business. The owner, Neil, is hands on and it shows in the quality of the work and the responsiveness of the staff. Each person we interacted with was excellent. No task was too great, no request was unmet. We were able to visit the shop on multiple occasions to ask questions and even to see the work in progress. We presented them with a tough job but everyone looked upon it as a welcome challenge and not a burden. We highly recommend Designer Remodeling and you will be totally satisfied if you use them. Our result is exceptional.

The team that performed work in our home was outstanding. The attention to detail, courtesy, and overall result was over the top, they went above and beyond. From the estimator Mimi to supervisor Loius and all others were all very professional and accommodating to the customers request. The team at ArDan has been wonderful to deal with. They helped me with a project that had an extremely short time frame (2 weeks),involved many different trades and lots of small tasks. They always responded with a positive attitude and was extremely conscientious and thorough, following up on all details. They made sure to get everything done on time and the results were outstanding. I cannot thank them enough...They made what seemed to be a daunting task look easy... This was actually because of their outstanding organizational skills and work behind the scenes ....and through it all- Always pleasant and always professional. I would highly recommend ArDan and have now engaged them in a monthly service contract for the property.

The price is not cost effective just be aise it is over top of existing. The sales person glossed over the 3 day cancellation. We mistakenly thought he had said 30. After 2 weeks, which we thought we had to change our minds we decided we didn't like the what they had as far as selection, and couldn't find one that we could live with for the next 50 years. They didn't care, and would keep 33% of the total cost if we wanted out. I think if the sales person made a effort to stress the 3 days, I would have backed out. Beware.

These guy's know how to do a great job, I highly recommend this crew. Two thumbs up, my wife is happy, I'm happy, love the counters, now on to the floors and backsplash. Thanks again for the awesome job you did!

We used Reborn to update two of our smaller bathrooms. The installers on our 1st bathroom, Bryce and JT, were wonderful and we can't wait for them to return and work on our next one. Their work was precise, they were very clean throughout the process, and extremely courteous to us in every interaction. They are both real assets to the Reborn company!!!

They installed a bathtub for us in a bathroom that had only a walk-in shower.  The estimate for time and cost were both completely accurate.  They provided good guidance as we chose the tiles and the tub we wanted, and their work was professional and efficient.  We're really pleased with the results!.

They showed up as promised, their work was perfect, and they cleaned up completely before they left. The end result is terrific. We will definitely use them again, and strongly recommend them to anyone who wants a professional job.

I read the great reviews on here and yelp and contacted them on June 1st to get a quote. Dan asked for a sketch on June 1st and I provided him with that. On June 4th I followed up to see if he was going to be able to provide us with a quote. He did get back the same day and say he would provide a quote to us later that same day but still got nothing from him. I understand people get busy but find it very unprofessional that he can not even respond back to let me know and even originally I have always had to be the one to follow up. They may do great work but obviously are too busy now or our project is too small. Either way it is bad customer service and not professional.

Kitchen Tune-Up is amazing! The owners, Garth and Rhonda, are fantastic. Garth came to our home and gave us a very reasonable quote with lots of promises. We talked with Rhonda in the office and quickly got our work scheduled. Everything promised was delivered and more! Our beautiful cabinets look brand new - what a difference! Excellent - thank you!

We hired 123 Remodeling to renovate our kitchen and are so glad we did. Their designer came out for our first meeting and took measurements and explained the entire process to us. She has a great eye for detail and is very knowledgeable when it comes to knowing exactly what colors, finishes and fixtures will look best. Contractors showed up on time every day and their work quality was high-end. We love our new kitchen, thanks 123!

Do not use this company! Promises, promises, promises with no action. No followup, no bid, poor communication. Thank goodness we never got started! I would be waiting and waiting for work to be completed.
