Best Patio Design in Phoenix AZ

Buyer beware. I almost did a remodel through this company and I'm so glad I didn't. Steve came to our house for an estimate on a bathroom remodel. The estimate was for $20,000. He charged about 20% more than other quotes we received. But I liked Steve so we went with him. The company then goes through a design phase which no joke takes about 2.5 months. The entire design phase they give us no quote. At the end of the design phase they quoted us at $65,000 for a very simple bathroom upgrade. Small bathroom, nothing fancy. We weren't moving walls. We weren't moving the tub, shower or sinks. No way it could be more than $25,000. They could not break out the price for us one bit. No price for the tile, no price for the sinks, nothing. They got mad when we asked them to break out the price. Seemed very very very fishy to me. When I called them out for being fishy, they left and we never heard from them again. We still gave them $1,000 for the design. I feel like this company could be running some kind of construction scam. I just don't trust them. Go with someone that you can get a bunch of positive referrals from.

We had Todd Whittaker Drywall come out to do some patchwork and painting in our garage. They were efficient and clean and timely. I've never had a service person show up on time before. All employees showed up when scheduled (for the estimate as well as for the actual work). I would definitely use them again.

I've worked with Brandon Holtzman on numerous projects around town. All through 2018. Looking forward to doing even more projects in 2019. They treat you like Family. #HolzmanRemodelingRocks

They really take the time to understand their client's needs and put together the best design to work for them. Had a very good experience with Legacy. Did what they promised to deliver in the time they estimated. There were a few unknowns to deal with along the way but these people are problem solvers and they figure out options. New extension and master bath, new office/bedroom and new guest bath. Particularly like the the attention to dust control throughout the project as we lived through it in the house. Nice work from the main crew, Ritchie, Jacob, Jeremy and Floyd. Very happy with it. I'd use them again.

This review is written after contracting Stronghold Remodeling for our master bathroom remodel. We removed shower/tub combo and created one large walk in shower. Trevor and his team did an amazing job with our remodel design and install. He was professional, timely, and fun to work with. Trevor made the process easy from start to finish! We thought we would spend forever deciding what design to go with but he walked us through all the considerations. He turned around the installation in the timeline he promised (during COVID, to clarify) and was patient when other workers impeded his workspace. My master bathroom looks phenomenal. We will use Stronghold Remodeling again on any project, highly recommend!

What a great experience! Lorrie's design ideas were perfect. We got to the point during the project that we just told her to do what she thought was best, because her ideas were always so spot on. It turned out amazing. And on the construction side, I've never seen a construction company that was so dedicated to following their schedule for completion, always keeping us posted on where things stood, constant cleanliness, and perfectionists on the work being done. The kind of contractors and workers that you wish for but never seem to get . . . and the finished project far exceeded our expectations. Thank you Scott and Lorrie for a fantastic remodel.

I was very impressed with the COVID precautions taken durning my project. Everyone that entered my home had mask on and was very kind and courteous Dion address all of my questions before and during the process. I am very please with the French door installation, the slabs of concrete to extend my patio, installation and wiring for a ceiling fan, along with removing a wall in my kitchen. I definitely look forward to working with D&D construction again when I am ready to do my bathrooms. Remodeling can be stressful especially during these times I am thankful that D&D construction was able to make me feel safe and gave me piece of mind during the entire process

Many crews can do the job, but few do it with the integrity, commitment, and smile that the AZ Neighbor team does it with. Was very pleased with Retro Pro - Eric and his team of professional employees were great - to include Angela, Steve, Oscar and Blake. Two bathrooms were completely remodeled and both were completed timely with excellent workmanship on the remodel. New showers, tub, toilets, flooring, cabinets and paint. Could not be happier with the outcome and promptness of getting the work completed. Minor warranty issues came up but resolved quickly. Again highly recommend this company for any work you want done in your home.

The preferred insurance vendor wasn’t a match, so I sought out dozens of contractors, interviewing each one, digging in deeper as I had an entire home water loss and extensive work to be completed.

Jodi was the first voice of Bethom and was excellent. Their project manager/superintendent CJ Castro was on site within hours, professional, detailed, and assured me his estimate would be inclusive of all damages. I requested referrals to review Bethom’s prior work, and Jodi eagerly provided. I called EVERY SINGLE referral, sometimes multiple times to make a determination, asking several questions. All referrals had valuable input and realistically provided areas of opportunity for Bethom. Each referral spoke highly of Bethom and if they had to do it again, stated they would hire Bethom again, and many have used Bethom for additional projects.

My home is 65-70% complete and I’m ecstatic to see the final touches. For now, hands down I’d recommend Bethom for residential and commercial. Their project manager works hard and goes to bat for his clientele. CJ is knowledgeable, responsive, transparent, and involved in the process. He keeps you in the loop as often as you prefer. Any delays were outside Bethom’s control.

Current rating 4.7 star and on their way to a 5 star. Give Bethom a call and make sure to snag CJ as he is the best!

Brian and his team previously did a major remodel of my master bath including removing soffits, installing new cabinetry, counter tops, plumbing, lighting, freestanding tub as well as expanding the shower,. They did an excellent job, showed up on time and worked daily on the project through completion. Aside from their high quality work, they adhered to my budget and communicated regularly throughout the project.
Brian and his team just finished a major redo of my laundry room , replaced all our can lights with LEDs throughout the house, added four can lights to our family room and master bedroom as well as replaced our water softener. They did another phenomenal job.
I've recommended Brian to a number of my clients and colleagues who have all been pleased with his performance.
