Best House Build in Phoenix AZ

My family lives in one of the historic districts of Phoenix. We had Homework Remodels convert our old garage into a guestroom. The work entailed adding a bathroom, plumbing, electric, storage. Steve and his team did a fantastic job and I would highly recommend him for any work.

This was our first time working with Phoenix Home Remodeling to completely remodel two bathrooms. From start to finish they were professional and the workmanship was outstanding. They helped guide us through our first remodel venture. We are planning to use them again as we have a few more projects to get done.

Very professional. Repaired hairline cracks in garage ceiling drywall using expansion joints to compensate for the excessive heat that is experienced in the garage during summer months. Taping, spackling and painting to finish the work came out excellent. Highly recommend them for this type of work.

The team at ArDan has been wonderful to deal with. They helped me with a project that had an extremely short time frame (2 weeks),involved many different trades and lots of small tasks. They always responded with a positive attitude and was extremely conscientious and thorough, following up on all details. They made sure to get everything done on time and the results were outstanding. I cannot thank them enough...They made what seemed to be a daunting task look easy... This was actually because of their outstanding organizational skills and work behind the scenes ....and through it all- Always pleasant and always professional. I would highly recommend ArDan and have now engaged them in a monthly service contract for the property.

We found Serranos Surfaces on Offerup and could not be more happy with our experience. Keith and his Team are excellent communicators and was incredibly patient and very knowledgeable at helping us choose the perfect stone for our countertops. One of things that I noticed was that the backsplashes in the bathrooms and laundry room were well thought out, because the veining on the countertops continued up the backsplash. Also, by request we made our island edge thicker to stand out and anchor the kitchen. We couldn’t be more pleased! We highly recommend Serranos Surfaces!

This is pretty long but so was our bathroom remodeling job. I'm listing the problems in order of seriousness:
Didn't shut off water when connecting new vanity and ruptured a pipe damaging our nearly new carpeting. Removed carpet protection to dry out carpet. Subsequently the painter tripped and dumped a pint of paint on the carpet which also splattered across the bedroom damaging the bed comforter and pillows. He tried to clean up latex paint with turpentine leaving a reeking smelly mess. Had to call in a disaster recovery company to salvage the situation. Touch up done with wrong paint finish so the room had to be repainted. The shower tile not level for glass door installation. It
took 20 weeks to finish from start of demolition when they estimated 6-8 week job. The contract front-loaded payments so no incentive to finish.
The vanity was missing two drawers. They never ordered handicap grab bars nor the door. When shower was finished the hot water limiter was incorrectly installed so there was no hot water making for a cold first shower.
Since there was no dumpster, trash accumulated and wasn't promptly picked up until we complained sometimes multiply. From the beginning and through the whole project, there was poor communications about what would be done when, including showing up unannounced and not showing up when they said they would.

We love our new bathroom! From design to clean up Maxum Design and Development was superior! Each day the crew worked long hours to make sure we were satisfied. They were careful to keep the demolition mess contained. The crew and Maxum office staff were always available for questions. The work and materials are high quality. The result is a beautiful room, complete with a barn door. When the project was complete, our bathroom was clean and shiny. We would recommend Maxum Design and Development to anyone !

We used Atelier507 to remodel the tiling of our master bathroom shower, add a niche, and update the water fixtures. Throughout the entire process, they were very responsive, provided 3D renderings of what the final look would be and would update the renderings for any detail we want to add/remove/adjust. Atelier507 also provided progress photos during and after the project. They did an excellent job and were very professional. We are very satisfied with the final look of our shower. I highly recommend using them!

I provide construction services for Eric and I have found his company to be honest and reliable. He really goes out out his way to educate and inform the customer.

Nick and his team did a great job on our bathroom and laundry room remodels. They were professional, addressed all issues with ease and paid attention to all of the details. All of the subs used were great. Planning to use Nick and team for a major kitchen remodel this year. ?

I was thinking of remodelling my kitchen and had a general idea of what I wanted but didn't know where to start. I called them after seeing the work they have done previously for other clients. I ended up adding extra features to my kitchen and getting them to redo all the tile in the whole home as it was really old. They have the right approach to transforming people's homes and create beautiful spaces and unreal kitchens. Special thanks to Becky and Sean for helping me push through!

Amazing work and professional staff! Dion has a great crew, and the were quick and respectful of my home. I recently had flooring replaced in my home, and I couldn't be happier! Renovation and Design Concepts transformed my dated and unattractive kitchen into a beautiful, contemporary and functional heart-of-the-home. The RDC Gals worked with me at every strategic point. They designed a new countertop layout to include a functional eat-in bar. They showed me dozens of options for countertops and backsplashes. Helping me avoid distraction by shining objects they guided my selections to please my own design sense and optimizing the value of my home. The renovation included some drywall work, and included a re-do of my stair case. I highly recommend their service. From the quality of the workmanship to their keen eye for finishing touches, Renovation and Design Concepts fully met my expectations for quality, value and aesthetics. Can't wait to do my master bath!

During a very difficult COVID-19 environment, the leadership team, designer and installation crew provided outstanding customer service. They placed their trust in us, the customer, by being attentive to what we wanted, not what they wanted for remodeling our kitchen, laundry room and two bathrooms. The larger part of the project was a complete demolition of the existing kitchen and laundry room, installation of new cabinets, storage units, appliances, counter tops, backsplash, electrical and plumbing.

Our goal was to update an 11 year old kitchen to make it brighter and more functional. Mission accomplished. We have a beautiful, brighter, and much more functional kitchen, laundry, and two bathrooms thanks to both our Designer Aimee and Project Manager Kent. As we look back, its important to note how Premier treated us with care and respect. They were resolved to leave us with complete satisfaction with our project.

Highly recommend!!! All contractors are professional and friendly. My kitchen was completed in 3 weeks. Daniel responded in a timely manner with all questions. The page has been hacked with negative reviews. My pics should say it all. My kitchen is beautiful!
