The team at Homework Remodels are the consummate professionals. From the beginning of the process, Steve and his teams quality of work & attention to detail were superb. The design team worked with me to ensure every idea was developed fully, and the follow through & workmanship was fantastic. We even called a couple of audibles along the way, which were implemented seamlessly. I would hire Homework Remodels again without hesitation!

From first contact to finish the experience was beyond my expectations! The communication, collaboration, and attention to detail was first class. The bathroom tub removal & shower install was completed on time and at budget. I can't wait to start an even bigger project with Phoenix Home Remodeling.

TWD really got me out of a jam when an inspector discovered a damaged attic truss in my condo attic. Facing a short turnaround time to sell my condo, I searched the Internet to find an available repair company licensed to do residential structural repairs. TWD responded to my request and understood my short timeframe. Within a few days they had inspected all of the trusses, taken several photos, and given me a plan for repair. They set me up with their online project site where I could track their progress and download photos. All contacts by phone and in person were friendly and professional.

A few days later the repairman came over. He covered the floor and walls surrounding the attic entrance. While making the repairs, he photographed each step, and was done and gone within an hour.

I forwarded the photos and the project contract and receipt to my realtor, putting to rest any concerns the buyer might have.

In summary, this was a simple job costing me less than $400. Yet TWD treated me as if I was a long-time customer. I will certainly call them for remodeling work on my new home. I highly recommend their services.

They have been honest, straightforward, and fair in pricing. They take the time to understand your priorities and provide council through the decision making process. The craftsmanship has been great, they leave our house in good order every day and are friendly to our dog. We have been so thrilled with the remodel they did on our bathrooms that we signed for our master bath and main home flooring.

Holtzman Professionals: Rob is our sales guy-he is highly experienced, knowledgeable, honest, friendly and easy to work with. Mike is our construction managers- He is on top of it, communicative, so easy to work with and cares about the quality as much as we do. Grace is our design consultant-She has made is so easy to make design selections, is patient and creative.

I have heard good thing about this company and would use this company if we have need for a kitchen remodel in the future.

After calling multiple dealers searching for a replacement kitchen cabinet door, I was so happy to reach ArDan. The office manager went out of her way to help me with my issue. She connected me with Danny who went above and beyond and to help me. Due to their high level of customer service, I will definitely use them in the future! Highly recommend!

I just want to say a big thank you to Keith and his team for such an incredible job on my kitchen counters. I was desperately searching for quotes online, but every person I was meeting was so high in pricing, and it became frustrating. Although I was a bit skeptical too with the people I was talking to on Facebook marketplace; I didn't lose hope. I went on offer up and typed in the search bar and got a few results. I came across Serrano Surfaces and decided to check it out on Google Maps to see if it was legit because I didn't just want anyone coming to my house. With the reviews I saw, it made me feel calm in my spirit because it shows that it is legit. I went ahead and texted the number and set up a date with Keith. He came over, and he was soo friendly and outspoken. Keith is there for his clients at any time, day, and hour. I was able to talk with Keith for a discount, and this man didn't even argue or negotiate. He went directly to giving me the discount. I got my cabinets installed in a month from when Keith came over, and I must say, I was ecstatic with the results. I am definitely looking forward too more future projects with Keith and his team. Y'all ROCK!!

Our experience with Legacy was great! I highly recommend them. My wife and I get nervous whenever we just need a handyman. As two women, we figure men know we have no idea what things cost. We've been taken advantage of in that way before. From the moment we met the staff until the very end we trusted that we chose the best team. Our project manager was James. He was so great! It was nice having him around. We felt safe. If you get him on your team, huge bonus! We initially got in contact with several contractors and decided to go with Legacy because of their professionalism, organization and their experience. It just felt like a good fit from the beginning. We needed to take care of some flooding issues and we wanted to expand our master bedroom. Jean, the talented architect, came up with an awesome plan and so far we've had no flooding! (Knock on wood.) They took a little bit longer than we expected to finish the project but only by about a week. We love the way everything looks! It turned out even better than we expected. We hired Maxum based on the relationship we developed with the designers Jerry & Brian who were very caring, professional and followed thru with all their commitments. We then waited several months for the work to start. We were told they wanted to wait to start until they had all the materials so there wouldn't be any delays once they started. Unfortunately that isn't what happened. They had some really bad subcontractors doing work on our house that were constantly making mistakes like taking out lighting that wasn't being replaced (even after we told them so), installing the wrong tile even after going over all the tile and instructions, building unlevel walls, etc. There was very little supervision of these idiots and when we complained to Maxum, we kept being told what great work they've done on other jobs. After several weeks of this, they finally acknowledged the bad work being done and brought in new guys that did know what they were doing but they didn't get very far since they ran out of tile replacing all the bad work that we had to wait 2 more weeks for them to get replacement tile.
The communication has been awful, they don't contact me until after repeated calls/ texts to them. We're never told in advance what's being done when, how long things are going to take, when we're getting our house back. It's been a very frustrating experience! I hope we will be happy with the results when/ if they finally get done. I don't know how they have managed to stay in business 20 years of they is how they operate. I don't recommend them at all.

Kitchen Renovation Project - Communication was the key as we worked through the surprises and challenges that came up as we progressed through the project. Bobby was there on most days especially when he needed to step in and communicate necessary changes to get the job done properly to our satisfaction. There are many moving parts in construction. What you plan to do today may have some challenges on application and scheduled deliveries which can be out of your project manager’s control. Bobby is sure to update you on any issues so that you are not left scratching your head. He is prompt to return phone calls. At the end, I am quite pleased at the outcome of the build. Yes, I recommend working with this company.

Luxury Remodels Company is our family's most trusted contractor that we ever hired. I have hired them multiple times now to work on our investment properties, and never had any complaints. We hired them first time when we moved into our dream home, it was difficult decision to choose proper contractor, as Phoenix has one of the worst networks to find qualified labor. This was the company we hired to do a remodel to the vast majority of the 4600sf home, we had them add a guest room and a workout area for our kids. There were few material items with very long wait times, specifically kitchen and bar appliances took very long time to deliver, while their team worked around items being delayed and handled the process and overall project exceptionally, delivering stunning results. We can't thank them enough. If you in a search for your next contractor give them a chance, definitely worth it.

I was very impressed with the COVID precautions taken durning my project. Everyone that entered my home had mask on and was very kind and courteous Dion address all of my questions before and during the process. I am very please with the French door installation, the slabs of concrete to extend my patio, installation and wiring for a ceiling fan, along with removing a wall in my kitchen. I definitely look forward to working with D&D construction again when I am ready to do my bathrooms. Remodeling can be stressful especially during these times I am thankful that D&D construction was able to make me feel safe and gave me piece of mind during the entire process

During a very difficult COVID-19 environment, the leadership team, designer and installation crew provided outstanding customer service. They placed their trust in us, the customer, by being attentive to what we wanted, not what they wanted for remodeling our kitchen, laundry room and two bathrooms. The larger part of the project was a complete demolition of the existing kitchen and laundry room, installation of new cabinets, storage units, appliances, counter tops, backsplash, electrical and plumbing.

Our goal was to update an 11 year old kitchen to make it brighter and more functional. Mission accomplished. We have a beautiful, brighter, and much more functional kitchen, laundry, and two bathrooms thanks to both our Designer Aimee and Project Manager Kent. As we look back, its important to note how Premier treated us with care and respect. They were resolved to leave us with complete satisfaction with our project.
