Giving 3 stars for the estimate experience I had today. I have a very very small bathroom that needs to be remodeled. I have had a few other contractors come out to give me quotes. All quotes lived in the $10,000.00 or less zone. Steve quoted me $45,000.00 plus $2000.00 redesign plan. I was shocked and explained that we would not be spending anything near that amount.
I wish I would have been told over the phone before taking the time to work from home that they are a very high budget contract company so we would not have wasted my time or their time. I would never pay 4x the quoted amount from others let alone have them come out to quote me that. I recommend informing potential customers over the phone ahead of time in the future.

We are very pleased with the way our kitchen remodeling project turned out. They were not the lowest bid we received but not the highest either but overall we were comfortable with their ideas and references. Will use them again next year when we do our master bath

This was our first time working with Phoenix Home Remodeling to completely remodel two bathrooms. From start to finish they were professional and the workmanship was outstanding. They helped guide us through our first remodel venture. We are planning to use them again as we have a few more projects to get done.

Best tile work I have ever seen. Ran my hand down the wall and never caught it on the grout joints. Perfectly even. John and his team were excellent to work with every step of the process. His pricing is very fair and honest. They were very flexible and even made suggestions for the design changes. I am recommending him to our close friend for some work. Definitely will use their service again.

I experienced Pros & Cons:
Pros: Sales guy was nice, worked with me on different options and so did Melanie in the office. She was super responsive and flexible, so the front end of the job went well. And the execution was done with professionalism and quality workmanship. We are pleased with final product.
Cons: The scheduling was frustrating and the online portal was not always up to date. What was quoted as a 1-2 day job took 1.5 weeks. We did not always receive accurate or timely updates on when the next guy was coming (plumbing, electric, counter, drywall, etc). When I voiced my concerns to Jeff the schedule guy stating that he wasn't managing my expectations well, he shared that it wasn't his job to manage my expectations. That was disappointing. I escalated to the service manager who did not get back to me during the process, however after the job was complete I got a call from the owner who listened to my concerns and apologized for not setting/managing my expectations.
Bottom line: At times a frustrating experience, but quality end result.

The work was to a very high criterion and has converted my bathroom, and it looks fantastic. The team were amicable, punctual and different. I highly recommend it.

First of all the finished product looks amazing. Tracy took the time to go over every detail with us. She was able to offer her guidance and opinion to ensure everything we picked would not only look great but also sure we’d be happy with it. The installers were very experienced and overall just really nice people. They did an awesome job and went over all the final paperwork with us answering all of our questions. The final product turned out nicer than I even expected. The products are very high quality and the installers are very experienced and professional. I couldn’t have asked for a nicer more talented group of people on top of an awesome product. Just overall great experience. We are thrilled with our kitchen. We can’t stop talking about how great it looks.

After 6 months of searching other cabinet suppliers, speaking with Doug Parry at Superior Stone and Cabinet was like a breath of fresh air. He was very knowledgeable about the products, explained features well, showed us options, and made us feel good about our choices. Installation went pretty smooth. The bathroom cabinets look great, and my construction friends say that they are built well. The staff at the reception area and warehouse were also great to work with. All followup has been great. I recommend Superior to everyone.

I inquired via email for a bathroom remodel and the guy who called back left an incredibly rude message. I’d never call them back let alone hire this jerk.

Garth and team were very responsive and addressed all the issues. It was a very large project so there were a few issues with measurements and that was challenging but they worked with us and delivered everything in the end.

Had them out for 2 bids on different projects
1st bid- kitchen, came in 8k below other vendors but had limited cabinet selection so we opted elsewhere. Salesman was very nice

2nd bid- extension to home, asked for same salesman and was told he no longer worked there, no big deal, send the next guy. New guy shows up, asks lots of questions about the project and asks where budget needs to be. I give him a range and he leaves. Calls me that afternoon and refuses to give me the price over the phone, insists we meet in person. Arrives at 630am instead of 7 (called me at 615 to tell me he would be early). Shows up with a bid that is 23k above what I told him I needed to be at to even consider the job.

Keeps asking me what would it take to get the work after I tell him that's not affordable and we already had a better bid. Salesman then insists on questioning the other contractor and his qualifications rather than re-examining his numbers. Finally, he leaves (no mask on during either visits during the peak of COVID).

Calls me later to tell me him and the boss accidentally added a fee 2x and would now be 8k cheaper, but still over by 15k. Still not interested. His boss calls immediately after and leaves a voicemail asking for a run down of the other contractors bid because it's bizarre someone is cheaper.

Didn't hire them for either project and ended up blocking the salesman because he wouldn't take no for an answer.

Leaving 2 stars because the first experience was great and price was competitive.

Trademasters has done several jobs for me , always prompt, curtiious and professional. They have always finished the job on time . I have always been satisified with their work.

Garth and staff were excellent. They went above and beyond to make our kitchen gorgeous! They were able to repair our dog chewed corners, replace a water damaged pony wall and had an amazing granite guy to do our counter tops. If anything wasn’t to our satisfaction Garth immediately addressed the issue and fixed it.
