Best Home Improvement Contractor in Phoenix AZ

Steve came to my house. Nice guy. I told him the work I wanted done. Reface fireplace, tear down a wall, new flooring and baseboards. My estimates were coming in from $25 to $35k. Steve didn't blink an eye, said his bid would be double. There will be a cold day in you know where that I pay up to $70k for this job on a 1650 square foot house!!! I don't like rip off artists!

I contacted Todd Whittaker Drywall, Inc. (TWD) regarding an estimate on the removal of 7 rooms of acoustic (popcorn) ceilings and the repair, retexturing and painting of them in addition to the remodeling of a bathroom. The proposal was reasonable and was returned in a timely manner.
The whole process was organized and well planned. I was informed of what to expect to be done each day. The supervisor of my project kept me apprised of everything, and there was also an App available to me to refer to regarding the schedule. My supervisor, Juan, was so impressive. He guided and advised me courteously, respectfully and patiently throughout the process and was instrumental in solving any unforeseen issue that would arise. He was promptly responsive to any question or concern.
The TWD staff and their subcontractors were considerate and professional, friendly and polite, and provided great customer service. All workers were reliable, skilled, hardworking and friendly. As you can imagine, it was a dusty, messy project. Everything was draped and covered, and the cleanup was remarkable both daily and at the completion of the project. All ceiling fans were either reinstalled or replaced with new ones. Francisco handled that chore with remarkable patience given problems he encountered with wrong size or missing screws (totally the fault of the manufacturers) not to mention vaulted ceilings.
TWD proved to be a very professional and reliable company. They made the whole process painless. I would highly recommend them to others and would definitely use them again myself. I was extremely pleased with the outcome of my project.

I highly recommend using Neoteric Builders LLC for your home renovations! We hired them to redo our hallway bathroom. They took it down to the studs and rebuilt a beautiful new bathroom! They offered suggestions as to lighting, electrical, paint color, etc.

The quality of their work is excellent! They are neat, timely, and professional. They kept us apprised at each stage of the work and answered all of our questions.

We are so happy with the job they did that we’ve scheduled them to redo our master bath as well!

Our experience with Legacy was great! I highly recommend them. My wife and I get nervous whenever we just need a handyman. As two women, we figure men know we have no idea what things cost. We've been taken advantage of in that way before. From the moment we met the staff until the very end we trusted that we chose the best team. Our project manager was James. He was so great! It was nice having him around. We felt safe. If you get him on your team, huge bonus! We initially got in contact with several contractors and decided to go with Legacy because of their professionalism, organization and their experience. It just felt like a good fit from the beginning. We needed to take care of some flooding issues and we wanted to expand our master bedroom. Jean, the talented architect, came up with an awesome plan and so far we've had no flooding! (Knock on wood.) They took a little bit longer than we expected to finish the project but only by about a week. We love the way everything looks! It turned out even better than we expected. Everardo and his team did a great job. Any issues I had were responded to quickly and taken care of. My remodeled kitchen counters and backsplash, remodeled master shower and addition of door to my backyard and my patio door replacement were done beautifully and look amazing. We just had our bathroom slightly remodeled by AZ Bathmasters. We moved the shower to where the bathtub was, and where the shower was, we had them change to a closet. Bathmasters came out within two days of us making the initial phone call. We also got quotes from three different companies aside from bathmasters.

I can't say enough about the service we got from AZ bathmasters! There were quite a few things that my wife were unsure of as far as color, style, etc, and we told bathmasters to just use their best judgement. Looking at the finished product, there is not a single thing my wife or I would change! The service we got from them was amazing, great communication throughout the project, and even though we did not specify, they used very high quality hardware and materials. I have no hesitation in giving bathmasters 5 stars and recommending them!!

I highly recommend Home Improvements & Moore. Brian Moore and his crew of guys come on time, work hard all day, know what they are doing, communicate effectively (in English), leave the home clean every day, honor their estimates, and produce a fantastic finished result. They have done work in my kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, laundry room, and back yard. I am happy with all of it and I am asking them to come back and do more. Brian is full of excellent ideas about how to accomplish goals and how to prioritize projects to stay within budget. He is a personable guy who is a pleasure to work with. I appreciate that he takes the time to listen, understand goals, and then suggest the best and most cost efficient ways to achieve those goals. I asked Brian to hold onto keys to my house between projects – while I wait a month for some doors I custom ordered to be delivered. Brian is a contractor I have hired for multiple jobs. I intend to hire him again. I am willing to trust him around my valuables unattended and with keys to my house. That is the highest endorsement I can give someone. If you hire him, you will be happy.

The estimator was professional and thorough in describing the work necessary to complete the job. 50% of the job price was collected at signing of contract. Product came in on time. Crews scheduled time that worked for us. Advised project could take a full day and part of a second. Crews arrived on day of installed at time we agreed on. They were respectful of our furnishings and property. Throughout the project they asked us to provide input on aspects that were variable and it was nice to be included. Project was completed by 3 pm on the 1st day and looked very professional and just as we imagined it would. The crews were positive, upbeat and pleasant to have around. We obtained several bids prior to proceeding with Diamond Granite and Remodel. From our first meeting with Danny the sales representative, we felt comfortable with his explanations and he was very straightforward about the process. He explained the lead time would be several weeks, due to busy schedule and the move to their new facility. Rachel in the front office was very helpful in getting my final template/measurements when I had a schedule conflict, she also maintained our install date, though we had to delay the final template appointment. When the installers Ernesto and Jose’ arrived they were polite, professional and courteous, the install went smoothly until our Bartop which had several complex angles involved, wasn’t fitting properly, Ernesto carefully measured and made a few adjustments taking his time until it fit perfectly. The job ran a bit long and another installer Art replaced Jose’ who had an appointment, transition was seamless the guys did a fantastic job. Danny won us over,from the beginning, and we were very pleased in our choice.

Good

The remodeling of our shower was an absolute nightmare with RWR. It was supposed to take 2-3 weeks but took over 2 months due to lack of communication and poor craftsmanship. After leaving 3 messages asking to speak to a supervisor we got a call back from the accountant. While he was very nice it wasn't his job to handle escalated issues. They say they are about customer service and making the process stress free but it was quite the opposite experience. We did a lot of the leg work and dealt with a complete lack of professionalism throughout the process. We heard a lot of apologies along the way but in the end there are still craftsmanship issues we simply have to live with. We spent way too much money to deal with what we did. Would definitely NOT recommend!!

I'm trying to get a quote. But got hung up on. Not a good experience.
