Buyer beware. I almost did a remodel through this company and I'm so glad I didn't. Steve came to our house for an estimate on a bathroom remodel. The estimate was for $20,000. He charged about 20% more than other quotes we received. But I liked Steve so we went with him. The company then goes through a design phase which no joke takes about 2.5 months. The entire design phase they give us no quote. At the end of the design phase they quoted us at $65,000 for a very simple bathroom upgrade. Small bathroom, nothing fancy. We weren't moving walls. We weren't moving the tub, shower or sinks. No way it could be more than $25,000. They could not break out the price for us one bit. No price for the tile, no price for the sinks, nothing. They got mad when we asked them to break out the price. Seemed very very very fishy to me. When I called them out for being fishy, they left and we never heard from them again. We still gave them $1,000 for the design. I feel like this company could be running some kind of construction scam. I just don't trust them. Go with someone that you can get a bunch of positive referrals from.

Dreamstyle installation coworkers named Josue and Jose are amazing at professionalism, quality, fast-pace, and a hight standard of work ethic. Excellent installation! And then the closers come in named Max and Skyler to finish an easy touch-up. I appreciate their customer service skills and abilities to complete this project; going above and beyond! Sarah is very timely in scheduling, coordinating, and fixing any surprises.My husband and I love this shower! It's very easy to clean, the bench is such a nice feature, the valve awitch is in a convenient and better location, the dual shower head is the correct dual height for both of us, and the shower doors slide vety quietly and easily. We had a large crack in our exterior stucco that was getting large with time. It was determined that the two existing materials where not properly joined to prevent the cracking. Tood Whittaker Drywall did a fantastic job repairing the crack. The Repair person ensured everything in the work area was protected from damage. Excellent workmanship, I would highly recommend

I highly recommend using Neoteric Builders LLC for your home renovations! We hired them to redo our hallway bathroom. They took it down to the studs and rebuilt a beautiful new bathroom! They offered suggestions as to lighting, electrical, paint color, etc.

The quality of their work is excellent! They are neat, timely, and professional. They kept us apprised at each stage of the work and answered all of our questions.

We are so happy with the job they did that we’ve scheduled them to redo our master bath as well!

We had Spicegirl Remodeling renovate our kitchen this summer. New floor, countertops, tiling, lots of painting. We are extremely pleased with how the kitchen came out. Ericka was awesome and did what was necessary to ensure a great outcome. As with just about any project of this nature there will be bumps along the way but it is how those bumps are dealt with that matters. Ericka was flawless in handling those bumps and we can't thank her enough. After several months everything is holding up beautifully. Her crew was also very professional and we enjoyed having them work in our home. I highly recommend them!

They installed a bathtub for us in a bathroom that had only a walk-in shower.  The estimate for time and cost were both completely accurate.  They provided good guidance as we chose the tiles and the tub we wanted, and their work was professional and efficient.  We're really pleased with the results!.

Awesome experience at Better Than New. We had a whole house cabinet refacing. Dan O did estimate, was helpful in doing some cabinet redesigning, and outlined the timeline. Timeline went off without a hitch. He and the folks who did the work were all very professional, reporting in on time, making sure work area was clean each day, and they also made sure we could use all areas in house during the work.

Dan also made this stressful time in our life less stressful by taking the time to answer all questions about this major project.

Had a great experience at Cabinets 4 Less. My wife and I added an addition to our kitchen. We have never took on a project like this and we were not sure what to expect. I have to admit I was skeptical at first since I found them on on line. Then Eric came to the house and spent quality time laying everything out. Giving me the pros and cons of my choices and because of that I am in love with my new kitchen. It came out better than I could have ever hoped. The product it quality and the advice and patience is even better!

I invited this company to take a look and design a remodeling for my bath. Although I got 1 hour off time from the work, the owner, Kelly Brown, came 45 min late to the appointment. Before this appointment, she called me 3 times for appointment verification, but she coming late without an excuse was totally disappointing. At home, she did not make any measurements. She took some notes and then vanished. No follow up... Even the day she came, I sensed that she was somehow felt forced coming.... very interesting and untrustworthy company.
