Best Design Build Services in Phoenix AZ

Buyer beware. I almost did a remodel through this company and I'm so glad I didn't. Steve came to our house for an estimate on a bathroom remodel. The estimate was for $20,000. He charged about 20% more than other quotes we received. But I liked Steve so we went with him. The company then goes through a design phase which no joke takes about 2.5 months. The entire design phase they give us no quote. At the end of the design phase they quoted us at $65,000 for a very simple bathroom upgrade. Small bathroom, nothing fancy. We weren't moving walls. We weren't moving the tub, shower or sinks. No way it could be more than $25,000. They could not break out the price for us one bit. No price for the tile, no price for the sinks, nothing. They got mad when we asked them to break out the price. Seemed very very very fishy to me. When I called them out for being fishy, they left and we never heard from them again. We still gave them $1,000 for the design. I feel like this company could be running some kind of construction scam. I just don't trust them. Go with someone that you can get a bunch of positive referrals from.

Deciding to remodel my house interior was a major decision. The scary part of this decision, I lived out of state in NY. I was fortunate enough to still have my first house I purchased while living in AZ. After reviewing various contractors, I felt the most comfortable with Phoenix Home Remodeling. I have to admit that this was the most stress free, easy going process I ever experienced. I was able to keep in contact with Ben even with a 3 hour time difference. I was informed about the progress of my project by phone and was also sent photos. The final results of my remodel were above my expectations. My place looks great! Thanks to Ben and his crew.

This was the 3rd project we hired TWD to do in our home. Their quality of workmanship is perfection. Everyone from the office staff to the field workers are very professional and friendly. Special shout out to Mike Leighton our Project Manager for being very responsive to all our special request, phone calls, and text messages. We highly recommend TWD.

They have been honest, straightforward, and fair in pricing. They take the time to understand your priorities and provide council through the decision making process. The craftsmanship has been great, they leave our house in good order every day and are friendly to our dog. We have been so thrilled with the remodel they did on our bathrooms that we signed for our master bath and main home flooring.

Holtzman Professionals: Rob is our sales guy-he is highly experienced, knowledgeable, honest, friendly and easy to work with. Mike is our construction managers- He is on top of it, communicative, so easy to work with and cares about the quality as much as we do. Grace is our design consultant-She has made is so easy to make design selections, is patient and creative.

Paul oversees a skilled, reliable and exceptionally competent team with complete integrity. My husband and I have lost count of renovations done on our home over 33 years. Neoteric Builders is the only company that has performed exactly as they said they would, given us a quality of product beyond our extremely particular expectations, surprised us by addressing any issue before we had a chance to ask and will actually make us miss them now that we've wrapped things up. An unreserved recommendation from us!

Anthony and his crew were beyond amazing. The professionalism and quality of work was top notch. Trinity is truly a one stop shop for all of a persons kitchen needs from cabinets to countertops and backsplashes. The design and layout was flawless, resulting in an amazing kitchen. True Craftsmen. Dan and Danny did a flawless job with our new interior doors and cat door installation. Looks like they were always a part of the house. The Patio Pergola tho was much more amazing than I thought it could be. they took a very basic sketch i had and made a beautiful and sturdy construction that Im sure will last forever. it is well constructed, great quality and most importantly functional so we can enjoy our new shaded patio. They were very communicative, using text and email which i appreciate. Always on time and very respectful of the home. I will use their expert services again for sure. Thanks Guys!

Our remodel included a complete re-do of the master bathroom, two guest bathrooms, repaint entire house and an update of the fireplace wall. We interviewed several contractors but we decided on CCR due to the professionalism of Praveen and his team. Each person, especially the project designer Haleigh, on the team is extremely responsive and easy to work with. They listen to the client's needs and make sure you are satisfied with the progress and end result. I have not yet met another business owner as passionate as Praveen so I trusted he will deliver the end result I am happy with. Overall the quality of the work was good and they are willing to come fix any problems as necessary after the remodel. I recommend CCR to anyone who is looking for a dependable contractor. Great job team!

Outdoor kitchen counters. Great work. Honest and reliable.

Upon a bathroom remodel we wished done, we called Legacy Design. At first the lady Beth was very helpful. Going through ways to save but knew what we wanted. Our job was not big at all just a simple shower remodel to a walk in for an older woman who needed it.

We set up the appointment. My schedule is very tight and my time like anybodies is very valuable. Well they pretty much completely did not show. The next day Beth apologized and took requirements for the remodel and said she would call me back with an estimate as making it out that day would be impossible with such a busy day she can't even make up for missing out on an scheduled appointment but I still gave them the benefit of the doubt.

She called back but this time her tone was different. She was not as cheery as before and sounded like she was making excuses for us to not want to take the job or a reason. by giving an outragous estimate nearly 3x the amount that other experienced contractors were offering for the bid and a reason for her guys not to make an actual appointment to give us a real estimate.. I asked her to send me the estimate via email and said she would get it to me and I would have called her back after I reviewed it. Never received the email nor follow up call.

Even though our job was small, they all start somewhere and referrals, word of mouth, go along way in adding business. I can not recommend this business as its product may be amazing as I am sure it is, but its service is disappointing.

Without a doubt the worst SUB-contractor in all of Arizona if not the country.
They know nothing about building and the hire the cheapest subcontractors who also know nothing

Scheduling an appointment for my tree to be trimmed was easy and efficient. They showed up on time and were so thorough that they alerted me to an issue with some rotting on our tree. Grateful for their service and expertise.

The team has worked very fast and completed everything within a very short time frame which was very vital for me. They were there every step of the way always answering any questions I had.
