My wife and I moved to the area from Chicago recently. While researching epoxy floor covering contractors I made inquiries to several and Alan from AZ Polished Concrete was the only person to consistently answer my e-mails both during the week and on weekends. The work was performed last weekend and it turned out great! He showed up when he said he was going to and explained the procedure. RUN! They have you sign a contract BUT do not hold up their end of it. Take half of the quoted price and do not finish the work. They left a huge mess in my yard and refused to come back and clean it up. I had to hire 1-800-JUNK to come remove their mess! Miguel said he would pay for the removal, but then refused to pay after the junk was removed. Very disappointed in the companies work ethic. They now have my money for work that was not completed and then had to spend money to have their mess removed. STAY AWAY! See attached pictures.

I had these guys put 125' of curbing in my front yard while I was at work. For the most part it looked pretty good. Its not the best quality concrete mix out there but I'm thinking it will hold up. The first thing I noticed when I got home was a good sized lump right in the middle of my front yard. I contacted them and was told they charge more for any prep work and that their machine will follow the ground. I then told him that if I was contacted telling me there would be a lump in my yard I would have paid to have them take 3 minutes to level out the roughly 2-3 feet of uneven ground. They would not come back to fix it without charging me more which I understand but what I don't understand is it could have taken a 20 second phone call or text to let me know and very easily taken care of.
