Best Design Build in Phoenix AZ

A few years ago, we had several significant cracks in the plaster walls and ceilings of our 1910 Craftsman bungalow. Rod with Homework Remodels was able to fix them all in one day and even now we can't tell where his patchwork starts and ends. Having a 100+ year old home in Phoenix, we're always looking for true craftsmen that will respect the style and idiosyncrasies of older houses and not just do the quick and easy fix. Thanks, Rod!

Amazing experience with Phoenix Home Remodeling. We bought a home and needed to have it completely remodeled. We remodeled the kitchen, 2 bathrooms, knocked thru 2 walls to add pass thrus, added a huge linen closet and turned empty space into a closet. We got multiple quotes and PHR was not only most professional but their prices were reasonable. Jake was an amazing first contact. He had great ideas and having had years of contract experience he knew what was possible. I told them about my timeline and they were so accommodating to get it done on time. They were excellent at communication and ensuring things were done the way we liked and giving suggestions along the way. Their work was top notch! They did the little detail oriented things and it is so appreciated. The end result was absolutely perfect! Ben was an incredible project manager. Mark, Aaron, Steve, Brandon, Garon were all incredibly skilled, detailed, accommodating, courteous, professional and timely! I can't say enough good things about this company! You will not be disappointed if you hire them!

The team that performed work in our home was outstanding. The attention to detail, courtesy, and overall result was over the top, they went above and beyond. From the estimator Mimi to supervisor Loius and all others were all very professional and accommodating to the customers request. They have all of their own people. They don't hire outside subs

We had a complete remodel of our guest bath and master bath, and they look amazing! Paul and the rest of the team from Neoteric Builders did a fantastic job. I just had my kitchen redone and it looks stunning! Everyone that we worked with throughout this project was helpful and professional. The installers were exceptional and treated our house like their own. We are so happy with our new kitchen and highly recommend!

Window header and sill were rotted and needed replacement. Ardan came in and fixed it in no time. Workers were polite, informative, and talented. I appreciated head man on the job Mason called to double check our satisfaction. I certainly would recommend Ardan.

Danny and his team were great to work with. They guided us through the entire process of the remodel. They had samples of the material we could look at and made a design drawing of what the kitchen would look like when they were finished. Every day during the remodel they completely cleaned up so there wasn't tools or debris laying around. Every wishlist item we had, they were able to accomplish. We now have a pantry, way more cabinet space, higher ceilings, better lighting, an island for the sink, and a more open entry into the dining room.

We couldn't be happier. You can't go wrong with these guys.

Honest and reliable

Diamond Granite was professional at every step of the kitchen remodel. Their communication was excellent at all times. There were no surprises. Their product selection was of good quality. There were no shortcuts. Each tradesman was proficient in his abilities, courteous and willing to adjust to our needs. Custom Creative Remodeling truly exceeded my expectations! I relied on Haleigh for design since that’s not my forte, and I was very happy with and took her initial idea. The entire team was a pleasure to have working on my project. Jose did an amazing job on the herringbone tile work (there was a lot of it), Rudy kept the construction as tidy as possible, Manny painted everything beautifully and Jesus was very efficient and detailed with the electrical work. The quality of it all is just outstanding. This team finished the project on schedule and it’s everything I had wanted! I highly recommend!

It's my honest opinion that this company should not hold a contractors license. Everything that could go wrong with our job did. They took our money and did not order materials for us like they said they were going to do. They underestimated the job to get us to sign the contract and then came back for job change orders throughout the construction. This is after we explained to the project consultant exactly what we wanted at the start of the process. We endured months of lies and lip service and are now dealing with the Registrar of Contractors and had to hire an attorney to help us fix their (Legacy's) many wrongs. I would not recommend this company to anyone! They will steal your money and A LOT of your time!! What was supposed to be a 3 month job is now nearing 1 year! Please look elsewhere for a contractor!

Brian and Jerry were the best designers we could find. Before we even signed the contract, they took the time to create beautiful 3D renderings of how we wanted both baths and our bar to look. The finished result looked exactly like the renderings. Couldn't be more pleased with the outcome.

had a great experience with Arthur Gambino who came out to give me a quote on building the backyard of my dreams. Arthur was very professional and did a free 3D diagram on how our backyard would look. There was no pressure and he really listened to my needs. Unfortunately, we did not use republic west yet, but we plan on working with this amazing company in the near future.

In getting to know Trevor I've realized that his attention to detail is unmatched. He obviously takes a lot of pride in his work. I definitely be referring him and using him in the future

Working with Bobby and his team on our guest house conversion was a pleasure. Bobby is a very talented architect/designer. His overall design from the initial rendering to the final build out was outstanding! Bobby listened to what we wanted, was receptive to feedback, and the project was on time and done within our agreed upon budget. After months of looking for a contractor that I felt I could trust and understood my taste to remodel my master bathroom I found Spicegirls. Loved the concept that they are a women run business. I do not live in the US at this time and in so all of our decisions, pictures ect. were done virtually. I was updated regularly. My bathroom has turned out beautifully. Highly recommend.
