Just finished using King and Francisco for the second time. I called him for a service call and found that the unit was not fixable. He was out 2 days later and because there were tenants that needed it to happen quickly he had it in tested and happy people in 3 hours. I totally recommend these guys !!!

Although they didn't install my thermostat without error they came back and fixed the situation without charge.

Howard Air had a cancellation, so they were able to get to our place in the morning, instead of the pm--saved some time and thank you! The two techs they sent (Walter and Daniel) were efficient and courteous. They spotted a problem, advised us what was needed and took care of it on the spot.

Within a couple weeks, their team upgraded my attic insulation, duct sealing, and air sealing. I found their proposal very competitive and they are reasonable on pricing. David, the owner, was very accountable and quick to respond to any questions or concerns that came up. He even came out on a Saturday in order to address an issue that came up after initial work was completed the day before, and fixed the issue on his own. His team even came back up to re-blow the insulation after he had stepped through the attic, triple check everything, and add finishing touches. It is inevitable that issues may come up any time house work is being done, but what is important is how the company resolves them. Green ID demonstrated a high level of integrity and expediency in resolving and I feel good about the work they've done.
