Best Design/Build in Phoenix AZ

Buyer beware. I almost did a remodel through this company and I'm so glad I didn't. Steve came to our house for an estimate on a bathroom remodel. The estimate was for $20,000. He charged about 20% more than other quotes we received. But I liked Steve so we went with him. The company then goes through a design phase which no joke takes about 2.5 months. The entire design phase they give us no quote. At the end of the design phase they quoted us at $65,000 for a very simple bathroom upgrade. Small bathroom, nothing fancy. We weren't moving walls. We weren't moving the tub, shower or sinks. No way it could be more than $25,000. They could not break out the price for us one bit. No price for the tile, no price for the sinks, nothing. They got mad when we asked them to break out the price. Seemed very very very fishy to me. When I called them out for being fishy, they left and we never heard from them again. We still gave them $1,000 for the design. I feel like this company could be running some kind of construction scam. I just don't trust them. Go with someone that you can get a bunch of positive referrals from.

Recently completed a remodeling project of our primary bedroom and bathroom with Phoenix Home Remodeling. From start to finish the communication and execution were flawless. Their in-house designer captured exactly what I was looking for. They took care of ordering everything and all steps - from tile to paint to carpet. The team who did the work were respectful, hard-working and got things complete 1 week earlier than estimated! Really happy with our end result and the process.

Being new to Arizona we were not experienced or knowledgeable with Stucco material. After purchasing an older home we needed our back patio wall re-done. Was in a terrible deteriorated state. TWD came in and made it look like new again. You would never know there was a problem, exact match to existing in every way. Cannot tell where new and existing intersect. Great work! Very satisfied and highly recommend this company.

I had the best experience dealing with Trinity Home Center! The owner Anthony was so helpful and cared about the final product. He was always there to help us with our kitchen remodel. Dan and Danny are a great team and do an amazing job. They are very fast, precise, and neat. We had this father and son duo convert a bathtub into a shower for my mom so it would be easier for her to use and the work they did was even better than we hoped for. Danny was on time everyday and worked very hard to get the job done. He made sure all the tiles lined up and everything was in tip top shape. He would always clean up before he left every night and kept us updated of the timeline. We definitely recommend these guys and would use them again for any other projects we may have in the future.

First off, I don't write reviews but this company deserves to be recognized for excellent quality!

I used them to install 64 sq ft of granite and a new kitchen sink. There was a new large island being installed with an existing Formica countertop in the other areas needing replacement.

Throughout the entire process of the estimate with Todd, the template with Mannie, and the actual installation of the granite and sink they were top notch!!

Todd gave me a tour of their factory showing me the slabs, and each step in the fabrication. He and Rachel, front office, answered all my questions.

Each person during the process came when they were scheduled, did what they promised, completed the work in a timely manner, and was very respectful protecting my new floors, cleaning up after themselves, etc.

All of them stressed that customer satisfaction was important.
They did not rush and patiently answered my questions.

I have had 9 contractors in my home recently as I am doing upgrades. They rank right up there with high quality customer service.
I am telling everyone I know if they want granite or quartz to contact Diamond Granite. I would absolutely use their services again!!

We engaged Custom Creative team for lighting work in our newly built home and also kitchen customization work, the team has done a wonderful job!!! Keith and his team were phenomenal. We bought our countertops at a place that did not deliver and we couldn't transport them. Keith went and picked them up for us and then stored them for 4 months for us without complaint. (That was not our original plan - our other contractors were awful). When it came time to install, I got in touch with Keith and he was there within a couple of days, right on time. He came and got all of the exact measurements, setup an install time, and his crew did an amazing job. They were quick, precise, professional, and produced an amazing final product. I really enjoyed working with Keith and will be working with him again on my next countertop project.

Our experience with Legacy was great! I highly recommend them. My wife and I get nervous whenever we just need a handyman. As two women, we figure men know we have no idea what things cost. We've been taken advantage of in that way before. From the moment we met the staff until the very end we trusted that we chose the best team. Our project manager was James. He was so great! It was nice having him around. We felt safe. If you get him on your team, huge bonus! We initially got in contact with several contractors and decided to go with Legacy because of their professionalism, organization and their experience. It just felt like a good fit from the beginning. We needed to take care of some flooding issues and we wanted to expand our master bedroom. Jean, the talented architect, came up with an awesome plan and so far we've had no flooding! (Knock on wood.) They took a little bit longer than we expected to finish the project but only by about a week. We love the way everything looks! It turned out even better than we expected. I love my home now that Maxum has replaced all my flooring. I had carpet everywhere now I have beautiful wood like tile throughout. I'm amazed by house big and open it looks now. Great job Maxum!

We were having trouble with some new smart switches we had an electrician install. When we continued to have problems them we contacted Dakota from Republic West Remodeling. I can't say enough about what a pleasure it was to have someone that showed up when they said they would and did what they said they would to. He wanted to solve the problems as much as we did. He spent hours going through and correcting the issues created by the original vendor. He made sure everything was working the way it should. We'd highly recommend him to anyone. Thank you!

We love our new LTV floor that Trevor installed for us. Our whole house feels updated after getting the worn out carpeting out of there. He did a wonderful job transitioning up to our existing tile and he completed the job exactly as promised. We would highly recommend him and will use him again.

Dreams do come true! My wife and I bought our house in north Phoenix almost 2 years ago and have wanted to replace the original 1994 kitchen ever since. After talking with a few contractors, we met with Bobby of Atelier 507 and immediately had a positive feeling about what could be accomplished. He came back quickly with a presentation that clearly fulfilled my vision for our new kitchen, and his cost estimate was right where we wanted to be. Our new kitchen included all new cabinetry, granite countertop, tile backsplash, a custom island 3x the size of the old one, plumbing and installation of lots of new lighting. I could go on and on about what a great job his crew did, but what impressed me the most was Bobby’s constant follow-up and communication.
