Best Construction And Remodeling in Phoenix AZ

We live in a historic home (1926) and needed to have the bathroom completely remodeled. We hired Homework Remodels to take everything out (tile floor, walls, ceiling, tub, toilet, vanity, etc) and install a new bathroom. They were very professional and were great to work with. We explained the items that we wanted, and they provided information on those items as well as other options, which we greatly appreciated. They communicated very well throughout the project, and we were extremely happy with the end result. Working on historic homes can be difficult and unpredictable, but their expertise made it look easy. This bathroom is the only bathroom in our house, and they managed to keep it functional throughout the entire construction phase, which is an incredibile feat. Our new bathroom is beautiful and is better than what we expected - great quality of work! We finally have a bathroom that we are proud of. We will definitely hire them again for future projects. I highly recommend them.

I had the wonderful experience of doing a 3 bathroom remodel, and many other add ons, with Phoenix Home Remodel in the fall of 2019. The entire team was extremely professional, easy to communicate with, reasonably priced and fabulous to work with. From the initial meeting with Jeremy to the final walk through, they made the entire process easy and manageable. Loved the app to track the whole process, loved when Mark was able to explain my vision to plumbers, glass, tile and the many other trades that we were working with. If you are ready to remodel, give them a call.

Dreamstyle performed a custom tub/shower replacement. There was excellent communication on the job site and the team was very courteous.Update on review: communication post-install is poor. It's taken multiple phone calls, texts, and visits to address the tub hardware installation (yes the faucet and drain). Appts scheduled were no-shows or changed at last minute. Wrong materials sent to address the issue. When one item finally fixed 2+ weeks later, the drain wasn't tested and didn't work. Only found that out when I tried to use the tub. I informed the lead installer who came out. He admitted it wasn't the right part. So he knew it and didn't say anything.

Super customer service!! Appreciated the weekly progress reports and pictures. Great communication during the remodeling and very easy to contact with prompt return calls concerning any questions or issues. Work overall was A+, and they stayed within the projected time lines for each phase of the remodel. They were very detail oriented and addressed all our concerns about the finest details of our remodel. I would highly recommend their services to anyone.

Professional and quality work!

Easy to communicate and very empathetic to the remodel. They not only managed my issues with bad weather and a whole load of old bathroom issues, but was open to working through the issues with patience and grace. I was a little pessimistic regarding this type of walk-in shower remodel with my older home - but found true artists of their skill. I'm not easily impressed but this time… Absolutely!! Anthony was very responsive and did an amazing job with our Kitchen remodel. We are so happy with the results! From the minute we walked into his showroom we knew we were getting professional courteous service that was specific to what we wanted. We had to be very patient with selecting our quartz because many suppliers were out of stock due to issues with the pandemic. Anthony was persistent with them and made sure we got exactly what we wanted and we couldn’t be happier.

We found Serranos Surfaces on Offerup and could not be more happy with our experience. Keith and his Team are excellent communicators and was incredibly patient and very knowledgeable at helping us choose the perfect stone for our countertops. One of things that I noticed was that the backsplashes in the bathrooms and laundry room were well thought out, because the veining on the countertops continued up the backsplash. Also, by request we made our island edge thicker to stand out and anchor the kitchen. We couldn’t be more pleased! We highly recommend Serranos Surfaces!
