Todd and Austin couldn't have been nicer to work with. The exterior stucco is free of unsightly lumps! They answered our questions, managed the workload, and communicated with us on a regular basis with scheduling and what to expect. We are very happy with the outcome.

Will was my superintendent and he was very kind, professional and accommodating to my needs during the remodel. The remodel took longer than expected but I was expecting it would because of the pandemic. I appreciate the workers too ! They were all very kind and trustworthy!

After contacting several contractors, decided to go with Neoteric Builders LLC. Paul was the most responsive and continued to be so during my bathroom renovation. Meticulous work and offered suggestions that I hadn’t of (ceiling, nicer tub). My bathroom looks fantastic. Definitely recommend them!

My husband and I hired Ben from Champion Remodel. Ben and his team gave us the quality we were hoping for. We are very pleased with the results. We hired him to re-do our kitchen, 2 bathrooms and all the flooring throughout the entire first floor. All of the finishes were purchased by us and Ben put the whole job together! From the beginning Ricardo was awesome. Really honest and upfront about our roofing project. I quoted four other valley roofing and remodeling companies and Graco’s product was the same and their price was really competitive. Went with them and are really happy with the result of the work and the customer service. Day before work was scheduled it rained and our roof finally started leaking, called Ricardo and he came out same day, covered it with a tarp (while it was raining) and he also went into the attic to check it out. Next day work was started and finished in two days. Excellent crew, solid work. Thank you Graco!

Bobby and team completely remodeled two showers and a bath. They were terrific - customer-focused, detail-oriented, reliable, punctual, and excellent communicators. I tried getting an estimate from these guys to remodel our bathrooms, I stated I was getting other estimates and the guy asked how many I was getting, once I stated the number of estimates, he said they wouldn't do business with me . In short, the guy was pretty rude and unprofessional.

We hired 123 Remodeling to renovate our kitchen and are so glad we did. Their designer came out for our first meeting and took measurements and explained the entire process to us. She has a great eye for detail and is very knowledgeable when it comes to knowing exactly what colors, finishes and fixtures will look best. Contractors showed up on time every day and their work quality was high-end. We love our new kitchen, thanks 123!

Our whole house remodel was completed on time and within budget – wow!

Jayson, at Mill & Stone, listened carefully to our wish list, then designed a plan that honored the quirky features and floor plan of our 70-year-old house AND modernized it perfectly.

Throughout the 3 month design process and another 3 months of reno/remodeling, Jayson ensured permits and inspections were done properly, problems were solved quickly, subcontractors were on time and did excellent work, and we were always in the loop.

We moved in last week and are delighted with the design, the materials, and the feel of our home. When we’re ready to begin Phase 2 (outdoor work), Jayson will be our first call.

I had the pleasure of using Rhino Construction to help repair a 600sqft section of roofing. Due to builder flaws, this section has always been a problem. Through years of wear and tear from the sun and the rain we did get, we had tried repairing it ourselves to save money. It failed numerous times and that led us to needing a professional who was licensed, bonded, and insured. I found Rhino Construction via Yelp and was in contact with them in less than 24hrs. Everando came to walk and provide an estimate within a few days and the job was scheduled within the following week. Everando and his team meticulously repaired the roof while keeping us informed of any hidden damages that may have come up in the process that should be addressed. The job was done in 3 days and contact with Everando was consistent, timely, and professional. When doing a final walk through for the underside of the roof where drywall and painting was required, some touch ups were needed. Everando was on the phone with his team and they responded to complete the work same day.

Overall, I am happy with the work completed, the time it took to completely , and the value that was delivered. Thank you Everando to both you and your team for a job well done. We will gladly be using you in future projects where possible.

The preferred insurance vendor wasn’t a match, so I sought out dozens of contractors, interviewing each one, digging in deeper as I had an entire home water loss and extensive work to be completed.

Jodi was the first voice of Bethom and was excellent. Their project manager/superintendent CJ Castro was on site within hours, professional, detailed, and assured me his estimate would be inclusive of all damages. I requested referrals to review Bethom’s prior work, and Jodi eagerly provided. I called EVERY SINGLE referral, sometimes multiple times to make a determination, asking several questions. All referrals had valuable input and realistically provided areas of opportunity for Bethom. Each referral spoke highly of Bethom and if they had to do it again, stated they would hire Bethom again, and many have used Bethom for additional projects.

My home is 65-70% complete and I’m ecstatic to see the final touches. For now, hands down I’d recommend Bethom for residential and commercial. Their project manager works hard and goes to bat for his clientele. CJ is knowledgeable, responsive, transparent, and involved in the process. He keeps you in the loop as often as you prefer. Any delays were outside Bethom’s control.
