Over the past 20 years, I lived through 5 major home renovation projects in my previous home. After interviewing multiple contractors for an extensive master bath reconfiguration in my new home, I knew that “Just Remodel“ was the real deal. I learned that Don, the owner, would be working and supervising. That sealed the deal! Throughout the process, I was impressed that Don was readily available to problem solve the surprises that always come with renovation. We recently purchased a home and we had the pleasure of working with Praveen and his incredible team. We always wanted to buy a new-build but settled on this 2006 built that fit our budget and with the hope that we can make it new with minimal investment. It was hard to find a contractor to work with you for a limited budget and with a tight schedule. Praveen is so easy to reach and so easy to work with and he even accompanied us during one of the home inspections prior to closing. This turned out to be a great idea as we outlined the stuff that we needed to be done at the house and ordered time-sensitive material ahead of time so that Praveen and his team can hit the ground running the moment we got the keys. With input from Praveen, we replaced the entire flooring upstairs with carpet and with luxury vinyl tiles, replaced baseboards and painted the house and viola, a week later, we entered into a brand new home and the beauty is that we still stayed within our budget. The workmanship of Praveen's team is second to none as they take ownership of every project and the team works as if the house is their own. Legacy and the team of Jeremy, Debbie and Derek did a fantastic job on the remodel of our master bath, bedroom and Panoramic doors in our great room. Jeremy incorporated everything we were hoping for in his plans. Debbie's eye for what works together is spot on. We thought we had everything picked out and unbeknownst to us she sought out 2 different tiles to compliment the wall tile in the shower, presented it to us and it was a WOW moment. Derek was fantastic coordinating all the subs, was on site every day himself, and kept us informed daily about who would be working and what time they would arrive. His communication with us was greatly appreciated. We would use them again and recommend Legacy with the team of Jeremy, Debbie and Derek to everyone.

They have great team! The salesman Chris helped to find the right granite slabs and made it easy. May kept me informed through out the process, and was very pleasant. I was Very Happy with the installation team Luis and his crew did a Great job they cleaned up so well you could never tell they were there except for a beautiful counter tops.

I hired Graco Home Remodeling to do repairs in the roof due to long-time water damage. After I contacted the company Ignacio showed up and performed a throughout inspection. He then proceeded to show me with pictures his findings and pricing.
His workers showed up on time, performed an excellent job and after the job was completed, cleaned up the whole area.
I was very impressed by Ignacio and his workers' professionalism. The job was finished with my complete satisfaction.
Next time, I know I can count on Ignacio to do repairs around the home. I fully recommend his services!
