TWD once again did a fantastic with our room remodel. Back in February they did a wonderful job remodeling our kitchen. This time it was our master bath. It was transformed from a shower/tub side by side to a beautiful walk in shower along with new floor and wall tile and new vanity top with two mirrored wall cabinets. Our designer, Ron LaBrie did a wonderful job again in picking all the items. We had the same oversight manager, Ralph Campa and he was available when needed which was rare as their people did a great job. I wish I could remember the names of those involved. I just want them all to know that we love how well they did their work. Everyone was professional and courteous. They even didn’t mind being supervised by our two boxers - Jake and Bailey. We again thank you for a great job and YES we would recommend them to others who wish to upgrade the home.

I recently had Holtzman Home Improvement do an extensive renovation on my primary home in Tempe. Everyone on the team (Ryan, Bruce, Brandon, Danny, and Melanie) was wonderful to work with--very conscientious and they all seemed to genuinely care about the quality of the work. Furthermore, their communication was impeccable throughout the duration of the project. I was routinely kept informed about the progress of the remodel and they were always available to answer any questions I might of had. Also--the online portal was an added bonus as I could log on at anytime to check what was on the calendar and also make payments conveniently.

The scope of work included raising the hallway ceiling, a/c work, re-doing the master-bath shower, patching and fixing drywall, replacing or moving lighting and electrical outlets, tile work, plumbing, and removing part of an exterior block wall to install a large new window in the kitchen. The tradesmen from each area: the plumber, electrician, carpenter, etc. were all very professional and very thorough in their work.

Overall, I could not be happier with how everything turned out. I would recommend Holtzman Home Improvement to anyone without hesitation. I plan on being a repeat customer!

Cannot say enough good things about our experience with Good Guys. Good Guys completed a full kitchen, living room, dining room and entertainment room renovation for us last August and September and we are now working with them on plans for master and guest bathroom renovations to be completed this summer. So we are obviously happy with them by trusting them again with our home.
On our initial renovation, we had been through 3 months of a process with different group and it was a nightmare. After moving on from that designer, my wife and I were in need of a group that could regain our confidence in proceeding and within a week of a first meeting with Amber, Shannon and Dean we realized we were in good hands and our vision was back on track. We needed a group that could not only design to our vision but also that could project manage the execution as we were going to be out of the country during the renos. The project management piece and having Dean on site was of huge value to us. Dean kept us posted of progress with pictures and videos through an App. When any issue came up, Dean kept us posted on our options and we always felt he was working on our behalf to make sure we were staying within budget and making the best decision for us, not the company or any sub involved. The job was done on time as promised and on budget. We returned to PHX to a new, clean house ready to live in. Any follow up or warranty work was attended to in short order. We even had a small issue with a new barn door last month that Dean came back and adjusted for us on his way home.
My wife and I are pleased to act as a reference for Good Guys anytime.

We hired Ben from Champion to remodel our newly purchased home. He did a superb job, and was a pleasure to work with. His crew was professional, clean, punctual, and completed the project on schedule. I just want to say a big thank you to Keith and his team for such an incredible job on my kitchen counters. I was desperately searching for quotes online, but every person I was meeting was so high in pricing, and it became frustrating. Although I was a bit skeptical too with the people I was talking to on Facebook marketplace; I didn't lose hope. I went on offer up and typed in the search bar and got a few results. I came across Serrano Surfaces and decided to check it out on Google Maps to see if it was legit because I didn't just want anyone coming to my house. With the reviews I saw, it made me feel calm in my spirit because it shows that it is legit. I went ahead and texted the number and set up a date with Keith. He came over, and he was soo friendly and outspoken. Keith is there for his clients at any time, day, and hour. I was able to talk with Keith for a discount, and this man didn't even argue or negotiate. He went directly to giving me the discount. I got my cabinets installed in a month from when Keith came over, and I must say, I was ecstatic with the results. I am definitely looking forward too more future projects with Keith and his team. We had Spicegirl Remodeling renovate our kitchen this summer. New floor, countertops, tiling, lots of painting. We are extremely pleased with how the kitchen came out. Ericka was awesome and did what was necessary to ensure a great outcome. As with just about any project of this nature there will be bumps along the way but it is how those bumps are dealt with that matters. Ericka was flawless in handling those bumps and we can't thank her enough. After several months everything is holding up beautifully. Her crew was also very professional and we enjoyed having them work in our home. I highly recommend them!
